1 Important information
This document is an annex to Alfa-V Instruction Manual and applies to the option 1 and 2 m legs
mounting kit. This document is supplied in combination with the Air Cooled Liquid Coolers Product
Manual AHE00050 and the Alfa-V Instruction Manual. All manuals must be carefully examined and
instructions should be followed up at all times. Alfa LU-VE does not accept liability for any damage
resulting from non-compliance to the instructions as given in the manuals and order-related docu-
ments.

3 Installation
Anchor all the legs (1) to a level ground with
proper anchor bolts (not included in the scope
of supply). Layout as per footprint of the legs
mounting kit.

Fix the frontal wind braces (2) to the legs with
the M16 screws, washers, growers and nuts.

Fix the lateral wind braces (3) to the legs with
the M16 screws, washers, growers and nuts.

With a crane, carefully position the cooler on the
legs and support the unit weight. Always follow
guidelines and instructions as given in the Air
Cooled Liquid Coolers Product Manual and the
Alfa-V Instruction Manual to lift the unit.
Fix the cooler to the legs with the M20 screws,
washers, growers and nuts.

Check the tightening of all fixings prior to and
just after removing the crane lifting chains.
The structure must be subjected to a mainte-
nance check yearly or after any abnormal event.
