Q & A TROUBLESHOOTING
How Frequently do I need to change the filter?
The charcoal filter and foam filter should be changed every 2-4 weeks
depending on the number of pets using the fountain. Having more pets
will increase the saliva content and food debris in the water, so the filter
will need to be changed more frequently.
Why am I finding small black particles in my pet’s fountain?
It is common for some residual charcoal dust to seep from the filter,
particularly when the filter is new. This is perfectly normal and is not
harmful to your pet in any manner.
To help prevent the charcoal dust from shedding, please rinse the filter
thoroughly under running water prior to placing it in the fountain.
How often should I clean the fountain?
The fountain should be cleaned at least every two weeks. Please check
the fountain daily for the first few weeks as different environments and
water type have a different effect. If you live in an area with particularly
hard water, cleaning should be once per week.

How long with the fountain pump last?
The fountain runs a long life AC Pump. The pump normally lasts
between 2.5 and 4 years (>20,000 hours). If the pump has been in
regular use for approximately this time period, it will need replacing.
We provide a full 1 year warranty for the pump.
What is the power consumption?
The fountain runs a super low power AC pump with a power adapter.
The power consumption is approximately 2.0 Watts, therefore the total
power consumption is about 1.5kWh per month or 18kWh per year.
FOR INDOOR USE ONLY!
To avoid the possibility of the plug or outlet getting wet place the power
adapter in a higher position than the pet fountain.
Runs on AC 12V power adapter as supplied. Other brands of power
adapter are prohibited.
Do not allow the water level to fall below the pump or the pump may run
dry and burn out.
Ensure that the power cord is not frayed, chewed or has any exposed
wires at all times.
Place the fountain on a protective surface to avoid water damage from
any spillage.

ASSEMBLY OF THE PUMP & LID
1.1 Take the bowl and place the pump inside the bowl.
(It may have already been set up when packaged.)
1.3 Install the water pump in the sink of the drinking bowl.
1.2 Feed the in-line plug of the electrical power cord over and through
the raised post and out the notch on the right.
(It may have already been set up when packaged.)

1.4 Place the water bowl on the drinking bowl and the LED Light passes
through the water bowl.
1.5 Install LED Light under water outlet of the water tower liner.

1.6 Place the water tower liner in the water bowl.
1.7 Place the lid on the water bowl.

ASSEMBLY OF THE FILTER & SPOUT
2.1 Rinse the charcoal filter thoroughly in cold water to help remove
any excess or loose charcoal dust.
2.2 Place the filter on top of the lid and press down firmly.

WATER FILLING & POWER ON
3.1 Add water as necessary, the maximum water level is located on the
top of the filter. Connect the power cord to the wall adapter and insert
into the electrical outlet.
3.2 Setting the Water Flow:
Adjust the valve to control the water. (Rotating clockwise will increase
the water flow, counterclockwise will decrease it).
1.3 LED Light:
The LED lights up the water area and allows your pet to locate the
device a little easier in the dark.
1.4 Switch function instructions:
Press once, the pump turns on, while the LED light remains off.
Press twice, the pump AND the LED are both turned on.
Press three times, the pump AND the LED are both turned off.

PUMP MAINTENANCE
Cleaning the pump is essential for the longevity of the fountain.
Clean at least every 2 weeks
1. Remove the pump cover
2. Remove the impeller cap by placing your fingernail underneath the
small lip.
3. Remove the impeller and clean the parts with mild soap and warm
water.
FOUNTAIN MAINTENANCE
Turn off and un-plug before cleaning.
Clean the fountain (excluding filters and pump) with water and
weak detergent
The foam filter should only be cleaned with water – detergent
should not be used
The filter is not designed to be cleaned, please replace as
necessary.
Hot water, gasoline, alcohol and/or solvents should not be
used on the fountain
Dishwasher safe – excluding the pump and filters.

WARRANTY
This limited warranty is provided by Select Trading Pty Ltd to you as the
original purchaser of the All Fur You branded product(s) (the "Product").
The Product may be manufactured by a third party not affiliated
with Select Trading Pty Ltd.
We warrant the Product against defects in materials and workmanship
under ordinary use for one year from the date of your original retail
purchase from us, except that if the Product is a consumable product, this
limited warranty is null and void as soon as the consumable part of the
Product has been consumed.
During the warranty period, if a defect arises in the Product and you
follow the instructions that we will provide to you for returning the Product,
we will, at our option, take one of the following actions:
(i) replace the Product with either a new or a refurbished Product that is
the same as or similar to the Product you purchased;
(ii) repair the Product using either new or refurbished parts; or
(iii) refund to you the purchase price of the Product.
