The connection and attachment of All-Wind generators may only be executed by specialized
windmill installation companies. Connection to the site’s distribution grid should be performed
when installing the windmill by qualified personnel in strict compliance with electrical equipment
standards and regulations.
Use of equipment at rotation speed exceeding the RPMmax may cause damage of the ge-
nerator or consumer‘s household appliances.
The temperature range for generator use is – 30°C to +40°C.
When connecting these or any other electrical devices, please remember that electric current
creates unavoidable risks.
Never touch naked electrical wires or disconnected connectors. Check that the electrical▪
wires and connectors are in working order.
Do not use equipment that is not in working order, this may result in accidents and electric▪

Mounting instructions
Before mounting of the generator please make sure to provide the electrical connection (see
„Recommended connection“ on page 8).
The AW-1000s generator is designed both for horizontal and vertical wind turbines.
When mounting, it is strongly recommended to take into account the need for natural external
cooling of the generator. Any fairing/housing should not obstruct the free passage of air flow.
Otherwise it can lead to overheating of the generator. Overheating of the generator due to
improper installation is a non-warranty case. It is strictly prohibited to remove bolts from the front
side of the generator.
The generator should be fixed on a mast platform. The layout of fixture points of the mast plat-
form is given in Fig. 1.
The recommended thickness of the mast platform is as follows:
5 mm for steel, and•
10 mm for aluminium alloy.•
In Fig. 2 you can see the recommended mounting scheme for the AW-1000s generator.
Installation and mounting procedure:
Insert the bolts into mast platform holes and fix them using nuts DIN 934-M8 (6 pcs) and
grower washers DIN 127-M8 (6 pcs). These fasteners are not supplied with the generator. They
are commercially available.
