2. Riding Safety
1. Please wear all appropriate safety and protective gear as previously mentioned in the User Manual before operating the
scooter.
2. Make sure to wear comfortable clothes and at closed toe shoes when operating your scooter.
3. Do not try to open or modify your scooter, as doing so will invaild your manufacturer warranty, and may cause failure to your
device leading to serious bodily injury or death.
4. Do not operate the scooter while under the inuence of drugs and/or alcohol.
5. Do not operate the scooter when you are restless or sleepy.
6. Use your best judgment to keep yourself out of dangerous situations with your scooter.
7. Do not ride your scooter o of curbs, ramps, or attempt to operate in a skate park, empty pool, or in any ways similar to a
skateboard or scooter.
8. Do not turn sharply, especially at high speeds.
9. Do not abuse your scooter, doing so can damage your unit and cause failure to the operating system leading to injury.
10. Do not drive in or near puddles of water, mud sand, stones, gravel, debris or near rough and rugged terrain.
11. Do not ride in inclement weather: snow rain, hail, sleek,on icy roads or in extreme heat.
12. For bumps and uneven pavement,please bend your knees when riding on bumpy or uneven pavement to absorb the
shock and vibration and help you keep your balance, If you are unsure if you can safely ride on a specic terrain, step o
and carry your scooter.
13. Do not attempt to ride over bumps or objects greater then 5.9inch even when prepared and bending your knees.
14. PAY ATTENTION - look at where you are riding and pay attention to roads, people, places, properties and objects around
you.
15. Do not operate the scooter in crowded areas.
16. Operate your scooter with extreme caution when indoors, especially around people, property, and narrow spaces like
doorways and other narrow spaces.
17. Do not operate the scooter while talking, texting, or looking at your phone.
18. Do not ride your scooter where it is not permitted.
19. Do not ride your scooter near motor vehicles or on public roads.
20. The scooter is intended for use by a single individual, DO NOT attempt to operate the scooter with two or more people.
21. Do not carry anything while riding the scooter.
22. Individuals with lack of balance should not attempt to operate the scooter.
23. Women who are pregnant or who may become pregnant should not operate the scooter.
24. Young children and the elderly should not operate the scooter without proper instruction and supervision from a certied
scooter trainer.
25. At higher speeds, always take into consideration longer stopping distance.
26. Do not attempt to jump on or o your scooter.
27. Do not attempt any tricks or stunts with your scooter.
28. Do not ride the scooter in dark or poorly lit areas.
29. Do not exceed the maximum or minimum weight limits.
30. Avoid driving the scooter in unsafe places, including near areas with ammable gas, steam, liquid, dust, ber, which could
cause re and explosion accidents.
Remember that whenever you ride the scooter, you risk injury from loss of control, collisions, and falls. To reduce the risk, you
must read and follow all“CAUTION” and “ WARNING” notices. Please understand that you can reduce the risk by following the
instructions and warnings in this manual, but you cannot eliminate all the risks. Please use common sense when riding.

3. Assembly
2. Insert the stem into the body.
3. Use the included 5mm Allen key to tighten
the bolts on the Lower clamp.
4. How to adjust height of extension pole.
Open the lock buckle of extension pole.
Pull extension pole to the length(2 levels of height
for option) to t rider’s height. When the bead goes
into the hole, the height is xed.
Close the lock buckle.
*If the riser is loose, you can adjust
the tightness through the knob.
Make sure there are no loose fasteners and damaged components.
Check all functional parts like the frame, handlebar, tires and make sure the steering system is well adjusted.
Ensure that all locking devices are engaged.

When the scooter accelerates above1.86 mph (3 km/h),
the scooter's powertrain will activate and the scooter
moves forward automatically, then place the other foot
on the scooter.

NOTE
Only the indicator light on the
charger will tell you the charging
status of the battery.
There is risk of falling down during riding, so make
sure to wear helmet and protection kits all the time.
Note, for your safety,
the motor will not engage
until the Scooter reaches
1.86 mph (3 km/h).
Step 1: Ensure that the charging port is clean and dry.
Step 2: Plug the charger into the power socket, then connect the cable with the power supply (100V ~ 240V; 50,60Hz), make
sure the light on the charger is GREEN.
Step 3: Male DC connector plug into the charging port ofthe scooter. The indicator light on the charger should change to
RED, indicating that your scooter is now, being charged. When the RED indicator light on your charger turns GREEN
then your scooter is fully charged. A full charge typically occurs within 4 hours.
Step 4: Please unplug the charger from your scooter and power outlet.
If the green light on your charger does not turn RED when you plug it into your scooter, it could mean you have to check
the cables to ensure you have a proper connection; or that your scooter is already fully chaged. Turn on the display to
check the battery status.
Do not overcharge, as this will aect the life of the battery.
The optimum charging temperature is between 32-113°F(0-45 ° C).
Extreme cold and heat can prevent your battery from being fully charged.
Make sure to unplug your charger before standing or operating you scooter,
as this can be very dangerous.
Use only the scooter charger you received in your box.

8. Operating Range
Please notice the scooter can travel a distance of 2.5–5.0 mile ( 4–8 km ) on a fully charged battery in ideal conditions. The
following are some of the major factors that will aect the operating range of your scooter.
Terrain: A smooth, at surface will increase your driving distance, while driving uphill, as well as rough or uneven terrain
will reduce your distance signicantly.
Weight: The weight of the user can aect driving distance, a lighter user will have further range than a heavier user.
Ambient temperature: Please ride and store the scooter under recommenged temperature, which will increase driving
distance, battery life, and overall performance of your scooter.
Maintenance: Reasonable battery charging and maintenance will increase the distance. Overcharging the battery can
reduce range.
Speed and Driving Style: Maintaining a moderate speed will increase your distance; while travelling at high speeds for
long periods of time, frequent starts, stops, idling, along with frequent acceleration and deceleration will reduce your
overall distance.
11. Certifications
Old equipment cannot be disposed of with household garbage! If electric scooters are no longer used, every consumer has
a legal obligation to separate old equipment from household waste. For proper disposal and recycling of used products,
please store them at special collection points established in accordance with national laws. This ensures that old equipment
is properly recycled and avoids negative impacts on the environment. This is why electrical equipment is marked with this
symbol. So please bring defective or unused batteries to your local collection point and note the symbol on the battery.

BATTERY WARING
This section is intended to provide you basic information about your battery and charger. Please read this section carefully to
ensure you. For user safety and to prolong the life of your battery, as well as improve battery performance, please follow
these instructions.
Do not attempt to modify, change,or replace your battery.
Do not use your scooter if the battery begins to emit odor, overheats, or begins to leak.
Do not touch any leaking materials, or breathe fumes emitted.
Do not allow children and animals to touch the battery.
The battery contains dangerous substances, do not open the battery, or insert anything into the battery.
Please only use the charger provided by scooter.
Do not attempt to charge the scooter if the battery has discharged or emitted any substances. In that case, the
battery should be abandoned for safety.
Comply with all local, state and federal laws regarding the recycling and disposal of lithium batteries.
The scooter should only be shipped in its original packaging.
Your scooter requires routine inspection and maintenance. This section describes maintenance steps and important
operating tips. Before performing the following operations, ensure the power and charging cable is disconnected.
Inspecting and Cleaning your scooter
Disconnect the charger and turn o your scooter. Routinely check the body of the scooter and tires for damage or excessive
wear. Avoid using water or other liquids and cleaners to clean the scooter. Moisten soapy water with a clean cloth and wipe
the bike body to make sure water does not get into the power button, charging port, deck or tires.
Storing your scooter
Fully charge your battery before storing.
If you are storing your scooter for an extended period of time, please fully charge your scooter at least once every 30-60 days.
If the ambient temperature of the storage location is below 32℉( 0℃ ), please do not charge. You must bring the scooter
into a warmer environment before charging.

To keep dust out of your scooter, try wrapping it or sealing it in its original packaging.
Store your scooter indoors, in a dry and suitable temperature.

Limited Warranty Statement
This limited warranty is applied to X3 Pro SCOOTER. All electric scooters come with one year limited warranty.
This Warranty starts on the date of your purchase and lasts for one year ( the“ Warranty Period” ).The Warranty Period is not
extended if the Product is repaired or replaced.
The following conditions are not covered by the warranty :
(1) Damage caused by any water damaged, human factors, including improper use and failure to keep in accordance with the
instructions.
(2) This limited warranty doesn’t cover any problem that is caused by conditions, malfunctions, or damage not resulting from
defects in material or workmanship. This conditions, may include, but not limited to, road hazards, accidents and improper
operation or maintenance.
Important Tips: Do not disassemble the Product. Disassembling the Product will void this Warranty. Only X3 Pro scooter
manufacturer or third party authorized team can perform the service on this Product.
Manufacturers’ warranties may not apply in all cases, depending on factors such as use of the product, where the product was
purchased, or who you purchased the product from. Please review the warranty carefully, and contact the manufacturer if you
have any questions.
