1. INTRODUCTION
Cong atulations on you pu chase of the ALTAIR single channel wi eless beltpack WBP-212 of
the WB-200 se ies wi eless inte com system. The e a e a lot the cha acte istics that make of the
ALTAIR WB-200 se ies one of the most highlighted in the audio p ofessional ma ket, some a e
enume ated he e:
Dual channel Manage beltpack allowing simultaneous o p ivate conve sation with 2 diffe ent
wi eless o wi ed inte com channels.
Stage Announce (SA) function, allowing di ect messages to the PA system.
Dual p e-amble dive sity antenna system detects and selects the highe adio signal ensu ing
bette cove age and minimum d opouts.
Digital enc yption p ocess allows high secu ity conve sations.
Beltpack uses inte nal antennas fo a mo e comfo table belt fitting.
As a batte y dependent device, special ca e has been taken as batte y status indication, low
consumption “call eceive” mode and gene al low powe ci cuit y.
Out of ange indication, helps the use to unde stand adio cove age and anticipate to possible
communication failu es.
Mo e than 15 HOURS batte y life in full duplex. Seconda y batte y (AA alkaline), p ovides ext a time:

Befo e beginning ope ation it is impo tant to ead this manual. This manual will help you to
install and use you new beltpack. It is ve y impo tant to ead it ca efully, mainly the pa ag aphs
ma ked as NOTE, PRECAUTION and DANGER, fo you secu ity.
Save the original packing, you can re-use it to transport the unit. NEVER SHIP THE ALTAIR
WBP-212 WITHOUT ITS ADDECUATE PACKA E.

3. OPERATION
The WB-200 se ies inte com system a e designed to allow maximum easy communications
ope ation between the diffe ent cont ol a eas in music o theat e live pe fo mances, television,
cinema, confe ence halls, and whateve b oad events whe e multiple and fast communications a e
equi ed, by means of its simultaneous listening-speaking ope ation system.
The Dual Channel Manage Beltpack WBP-212 unit was designed fo intensive use in po table
applications. An unb eakable plastic belt clip enables easy and secu e suitability. Call signalling is
T iple, visual, audible and with a vib ation fo imp oving adaptability. The unit can be configu ed fo
dynamic o elect et mic ophones enabling the use of diffe ent types of headsets and hands-f ee
ea pieces in the ma ket.
This beltpack is designed fo ope ation unde the new Altai WBS-202 dual channel base station
in o de to obtain full ope ation functionalities.
A maximum numbe of 1 WBP-212 unit pe Radio 1 and anothe unit pe Radio 2 is allowed.
New pe fo mances a e inco po ated to ease the use in st ess conditions: Headset connecto by
standa d size XLR-4 fo a highe du ability and compatibility, long life Li-Ion batte y, seconda y batte y
supply fo eme gency uncha ged main batte ies, keyboa d lock to p event inadve tent ope ations,
bigge illuminated switch buttons, and many othe s.
Inte nal p eset configu ations, batte y emaining time, cove age and anothe info mation is
p ovided by a helpfull colou sc een. Gene al keyboa d ope ation is enabled by di ect keyst okes in
both uppe and f ont panels.
Othe gene al specifications a e maintained ove the classic WBP-200/202 beltpacks: inte nal
dual dive sity antennas, high listening level, numbe of beltpacks pe base station, cove age, etc. This
new beltpacks can be combined with the classic size WBP-200/202 on the same installation.
In o de to begin to use its new beltpack ALTAIR WBP-212, tu n on the base station on which the
beltpack is egiste ed (if it is not egiste ed to any base, goes to the egist y section).
Once tu n on the base station, push and hold the on/off switch of the beltpack fo two
seconds. All the beltpack leds light on and last a little while it will sound the buzze (if
buzze is tu n on) and will vib ate (if the vib ato is tu n on), indicating that it is ope ative.
If the base on which it is egiste ed finds within its ange, the led of the ON/OFF switch will
begin to blink, the ange indicato placed at the uppe left co ne of the OLED display will
begin to blink and the audio will be opened. At this moment you can begin to use you beltpack
ALTAIR WBP-212.
If the beltpack ALTAIR WBP-212 emains tu ned on du ing a pe iod of ten minutes without
connection to the base station (the base station is tu ned off, outside ange, o the beltpack is not
egiste ed to any base station), it will be tu ned off automatically to conse ve batte ies.
3.1 HEADSET CONNECTION
A TINY Q-G and a standa d XLR-4 connecto s allows to connect a headset to the beltpack. The
headset impedance must be of 200 Ω o highe (up to 2 KΩ) and the mic ophone may be dynamic
o elect et type.
Fo the elect et mic ophone type it is necessa y to enable the phantom powe of 9 VDC with a
key combination o with a MENU selection.
The next list shows the TINY Q-G and the XLR-4 pins co espondence:

NOTE: Headphones could be with a double o single muff. In case of using a double muff
headphone, the two speake s should be wi ed in pa allel mode.
3.2 MIC ON/OFF/PUSH TO TALK SWITCH (TALK)
The MIC switch allows to enable/disable the
mic ophone, so that we a e able to speak with othe
units connected to the same inte com channel.
If the mic ophone is activated, its associated LED will light up and this icon, will show in the
display: ,and on the othe hand, if it is disabled, its associated LED will tu n off and will not
show the icon in the display.
The MIC switch has two ope ation modes. When this switch is p essed quickly the mic ophone
changes its state, if it was enabled, upon being p essed it gets disabled and tu ns off the
associated LED, and if it was disabled, upon being p essed gets enabled and tu ns on the
associated LED.
When the MIC switch is p essed and held, the unit will ente in the special function PUSH TO
TALK, this means that the mic ophone will be enabled until the switch is eleased.
The unit p ovides a MIC-KILL (tu ns off the MIC) system, so that when the mic is enabled it is
possible to muted it by the MIC-KILL function of the base station ALTAIR WBP-200 o a maste station
EF-200, connected to the base station. This MIC-KILL system is compatible with othe inte com
systems of the ma ket.
The state of the MIC (on/off), it is sto ed in the unit.
3.3 CHANNEL SELECTION SWITCHES
The main function of this switch is to select the
ope ation channel you want to communicate.
Selected channel is indicated on the indicato lamps A/B and the
OLED Display: . P essing this switch, if it was selected, deselected and vice ve sa, with the
condition that should always be selected a channel (A o B, o both at the same time), so if you only
have selected A and p ess A, not deselect as always should be selected at least one channel.
Channel selection affects the beltpack functions as desc ibed:
MIC: The beltpack mic signal is feed to the selected channel indicated by the lamps. You can adjust
you mic level by menu o by p essing the mic switch and change its gain with the up-down
a ows.
LISTENING The listening channel depends also of the selected channel indicated by the lamps and
by the OLED display: . By selecting AB, you can listen both channels simultaneously. A balance
listening between channels is allowed in each of the 3 possible selections A, AB and B. By using
this balance, you can listening the opposite channel at a small, say 20 % level, helping
management of both channel c ews at a time.
CALL The sending Call channel is the indicated on the lamps and in the OLED display. When AB is
selected, a Call is sent to both channels. The eceiving channel Call is also shown on the AB lamps
by flashing acco dingly. As the selected channel is obviously not automated, you must go to that
channel if you a e in the opposite channel in o de to communicate with him.
3.4 STA E ANOUNCE (SA) KEY
With this function, you can send a message to the PA
(Public Add ess) system f om you beltpack at any time.

P ess and hold the Channel Select switch and when the AB lamps flashes (wait 2 seconds),
sta t you message f om the headset mic ophone. When done, elease the switch.
On the WBS-202 base station, the f ont panel SA led will glow fo the time you a e dep essing
this switch and the message is ca ied out f om the SA output to the exte nal PA equipment. This
function is ve y useful fo timing events, fi e ala ms, o gene al announces.
Inte com mic signal is not inte upted in this mode and emains in the selected channel.
3.5 CALL SWITCH
When this switch is p essed, a call
signal is sent to the system and to the
inte com channel in which it is connected
the base station. The call signal makes the LED
associated with the switch to sta t blinking; the OLED
display lights in ed with the wo d CALL showed
inte mittently and the numbe associated with the
wi eless beltpack that is calling at this time (if the call is
f om the base station does not indicate any numbe
associated); if the vib ato is enabled (see vib ato on/off section fo mo e info mation) will be
vib ate; if the buzze is enabled (see buzze on/off section fo mo e info mation) an inte mittent
sound takes place du ing about th ee seconds, the same as in all the units (wi eless beltpacks,
beltpacks, base stations, desk stations, maste stations, etc.), connected to the same inte com
channel.
If the CALL switch is p essed continuously, the du ation of the call signal will be highe (the
time that the switch is p essed, and app oximately 3 seconds mo e).
If a call signal is gene ated in an exte nal unit (wi eless beltpacks, beltpacks, base stations,
desk stations, maste stations, etc.), the LED associated with the CALL switch will sta t blinking, the
OLED display lights in ed with the wo d CALL showed inte mittently and the numbe associated
with the wi eless beltpack that is calling at this time (if the call is f om the base station does not
indicate any numbe associated), if the vib ato is enabled (see vib ato on/off section fo mo e
info mation) will be vib ate, and if the buzze is enabled (see buzze on/off section fo mo e
info mation) an inte mittent sound will take place du ing about th ee seconds.
3.6 OLED DISPLAY
The wi eless beltpack has a colou OLED display of 96x64 pixels to show the
messages and the configu ation of the unit at a glance.
The display, in idle mode, indicating the base station cove age , the
time that the beltpack emain on , the batte y level of the t unk , if it is on the
mic ophone , phantom powe , mic ophone ext a gain , buzze , the
egist ation numbe of the beltpack , the name of the
beltpack , the beltpack selected channel the vib ato and
the volume level of the headphones .
Afte thi ty seconds of inactivity, the display and the LEDs of the wi eless beltpack, lowe its
b ightness to save powe , and afte anothe thi ty seconds the display goes off and the LEDs down
light intensity again.
If you p ess any key, eceive a call o plug the wi eless beltpack cha ge , the display will
switch back on and the LEDs will etu n to thei scheduled light intensity.

3.7 MENU SWITCH
When the MENU switch is p essed and the e isn't active any message on the wi eless
beltpack, appea s the menu of the beltpack, with which va ious pa amete s of the beltpack
can be configu ed. If any beltpack message o the beltpack menu a e active, the system
etu n to no mal mode.
When the beltpack menu is activated, the VOLUME switches move the cu so up/down the
options, the MENU (ESCAPE) switch exit the MENU and the SELECT (ENTER)
switch access the pa amete that is cu ently selected.
3.7.1 MICROPHONE AIN
The mic ophone gain adjustment menu allows
attenuating o amplifying the mic signal, f om 1 (minimum
value) to 16 (maximum value).
The mic ophone gain can be adjust di ectly (without menu), p essing the MIC
ON/OFF switch and at the same time the UP (to inc ease the gain) o DOWN (to
dec ease the gain) VOLUME switches.
The MIC GAIN, it is sto ed in the unit. P ess again to switch on if necessa y.

3.7.2 MICROPHONE PHANTOM POWER
The mic ophone PHANTOM powe could be activated o
disabled with the beltpack MENU. If an elect et mic ophone
is used, the PHANTOM powe must be enabled and if a
dynamic mic ophone is used, the PHANTOM powe must be disabled. The mic ophone
PHANTOM powe is 9 VDC.
The mic ophone phantom powe can be enable/disable di ectly without accessing the
beltpack menu, p essing the MIC ON /OFF switch , and at the same time the channel
A selection switch .
If the mic ophone phantom powe is enabled, this
icon: appea s nea to the mic ophone icon .
When using elect et type mics, MIC level must be set to a ound
5 steps highe than minimum position as gene al ecommendation. Set also the SIDE TONE
setting acco dingly.
The state of the mic ophone phantom powe , it is sto ed in the unit.

3.7.3 MICROPHONE EXTRA AIN
The wi eless beltpack has an additional 6 dB
mic ophone gain, so if it is necessa y an additional mic o-
phone gain, we can activate the mic ophone ext a gain. This
ext a gain can be enabled/disabled via the app op iate menu, o di ectly without accessing the

3.7.4 SIDETONE AIN ADJUSTMENT
The sidetone gain adjustment allows attenuating o amplifying
the own mic signal that we listen in ou headphones. The sidetone
gain can be adjust with the app op iate menu, o di ectly without
accessing the beltpack menu, p essing the SELECT (BUZZER) switch and at the
same time the VOLUME switches (UP to inc ease the gain o DOWN to
dec ease the gain).
The SIDETONE GAIN, it is sto ed in the unit. P ess again to switch on the buzze .

3.7.5 CHANNEL LISTENIN BALANCE
You can adjust the listening balance between channels A
and B in all the 3 possible selections, A, B and
A+B. The system saves the configu ation of the
th ee settings independently. This channel listening balance can be can be adjust with
the app op iate menu, o di ectly without accessing the
beltpack menu, p essing one of the channel selection switches and at
the same time the VOLUME switches.
If it is selected a single channel (A o B), we can adjust the listening
balance f om the selected channel (A o B) to A + B, if instead it is selected A + B, the listening
balance can be egulated f om A to B.
FACTORY PRESET:
Channel A: Listen channel A only.
Channel B: Listen channel B only.
Channel A+B: Listen both channels A+B.
3.7.6 VIBRATOR ON/OFF
This beltpack vib ato can be enabled/disabled via the
app op iate menu, o di ectly without accessing the beltpack menu,
p essing the MIC ON/OFF switch, and at the same time the SELECT (BUZZER)
switch (changing the vib ato state, if it is on, tu n to off mode and if the
vib ato it is tu ned off, tu n to on mode).
3.7.7 HEADSET BEEP RE ULATION
Each time you dep essed a key, the beltpack emits a beep onto
the headsets to confi m keyst oke ope ation. Depending of the
ambient noise o pe sonal p efe ences you can adjust o cancel out
that beeps.
This headset beep volume can be changed via the app op iate menu, o
di ectly without accessing the beltpack menu, p essing at the same time both UP and
DOWN f ont panel VOLUME switches to select between 3 possible adjustments: HIGH,
LOW, OFF.
This headset beep volume adjustment will emain on memo y.

3.7.8 CHAN IN THE BELTPACK NAME
With the Name MENU, the use can change the beltpack
name that appea s on the display , unde the
beltpack egist ation numbe , this name has 7
cha acte s, selected by the use .
With the VOLUME switches, we can change the cha acte cu ently selected (in
black) with the SELECT (ENTER) switch, the beltpack select the next cha acte (if we
a e in the last cha acte , the beltpack name edition finished) ,
and with the MENU (ESCAPE) switch, the beltpack select the p evious cha acte
(when we a e in the fi st cha acte , the beltpack cancel the edition).

3.7.9 OLED CONTRAST ADJUSTMENT
The display cont ast can be changed using this menu,
between the values 1 and 10, to adapt to diffe ent ambient light
conditions. The OLED display it is visible f om any angle, and the
cont ast level does not affect the display viewing.
The display cont ast is adjusted to its maximum intensity, and if the beltpack emain quiet
fo thi ty seconds, the display cont ast level will fall, and if emain quiet fo anothe thi ty
seconds, the display shut off automatically, tu ning on when any key, o an exte nal event
occu s.
This cont ast display adjustment will emain on memo y.

3.7.11 KEYBOARD LOCK CONFI URATION
With this menu, it is possible configu e the keys (TOP,
FRONT o ALL) that the beltpack lock when activate this featu e
(see section 3.7.12). This means that when lock the keys in the
wi eless beltpack, the beltpack lock the keys configu ed in this section of the menu.
This keyboa d lock configu ation will emain on memo y.

3.7.12 KEYBOARD LOCK
The keyboa d lock is useful to p event unwanted use
and to avoid unwanted key p ess. With this menu option you
can lock the keys configu ed in the keyboa d lock
configu ation (see section 3.7.11) TOP Panel, FRONT panel o
all.
The keyboa d lock can be enabled via the app op iate menu, o di ectly without accessing
the beltpack menu, p essing the ON/OFF switch, and at the same time the MIC ON/OFF
switch (changing the vib ato state, if it is on, tu n to off mode and if the vib ato
it is tu ned off, tu n to on mode). It can only be disable by p essing the
ON/OFF switch, and at the same time the MIC ON/OFF switch unless the keyboa d lock
configu ation will be only the TOP panel keys, in which case it can be disabled by menu.
Wheneve the keyboa d will be locked, the following icon appea s on the display: .
3.7.14 STAND BY MODE
In this mode, the beltpack can eceive CALLs, but the audio it
is disconnected. This mode is useful to save batte y, since the
beltpack consumes 5 times less than in full duplex state.

3.7.15 BELTPACK RE ISTRATION
Each beltpack can be egiste ed in two diffe ent base stations,
so that if it loses the ange of one, changes the ope ation to the othe
base station. Each base station can egiste a maximum of fou
beltpacks. See the WBS-200 owne s manual fo details.
With the base station tu ned on, p ess and hold the REGISTER base station switch du ing six
seconds. At this moment the base station will sound (if the
buzze is tu ned on) and will blink the IN-RANGE (1-2-3-4) leds
co esponding whe e is going away to egiste the new
beltpack. If the base station has egiste ed fou beltpacks
al eady, the function will be eset, and new beltpacks will not be

able to be egiste ed until the de egist ation of some beltpack is made o de egiste all the
beltpacks egiste ed in the base station (consult the base station WBS-200 manual fo mo e
info mation).
If we do not do anything du ing 60 seconds the function will be eset.
If we p essed key REGISTER again the function will be eset.
The beltpack egist ation can be made th ough the menu, in witch we select the base
station that we want to egiste the beltpack (FIRST o SECOND), o with the beltpack that we want
to egiste tu ned off, tu n on p essing the ON/OFF switch maintaining p essed the
VOLUME UP/DOWN switches (to egiste it the FIRST base station) o
maintaining p essed the VOLUME UP/DOWN and the SELECT (BUZZER)
switches (to egiste it the SECOND base station).
If you p ess the MENU (ESCAPE) switch, the egiste p ocedu e will be
cancelled.
If eve ything goes well, the base station base
will sound (if the buzze it is tu ned on) and the beltpack also (if
the buzze it is tu ned on), the co esponding base station IN
RANGE led will tu n on and the ON/OFF switch LED of the
wi eless beltpack sta t blinking, the base station ange indicato
on the display will stop blinking , indicating the ange
level.
If the p ocedu e fails, tu n off the base station and the beltpack and sta t again.
Registe ing p ocess must be nea the base station and is not allowed du ing batte y
cha ging.
3.7.16 BELTPACK DERE ISTRATION
Tu n on the base station that you want to de egiste the
wi eless beltpack.
The beltpack de egiste can be made th ough the menu,
and with the wi eless beltpack connected to the base station on

and once confi med the egiste will be deleted immediately, o tu ning on the beltpack p essing
the ON/OFF switch maintaining p essed the MENU and the SELECT switches,
the beltpack will sta t no mally, but when it is connected to the
base station, this one will be eset and the beltpack will be de egiste ed. We can
cancel the de egist ation p ocedu e, befo e the wi eless beltpack connect with the base station,
by p essing the MENU (ESCAPE) switch.
If the p ocedu e fails, tu n off the base station and the beltpack and sta t again.
3.8 ON/OFF SWITCH
When the beltpack is powe off, and the beltpack’s ON/OFF switch it is p essed and
hold fo two seconds, all the beltpack LEDs light on and last a little while it will sound
the buzze (if buzze is tu n on) and will vib ate (if the vib ato is tu n on), and the display
will tu n on, indicating that it is ope ative.
If the base on which it is egiste ed finds within its ange, the ON/OFF switch LED will begin to
blink, the base station ange indicato in the display will stop to blink and the audio will be
opened. At this moment you can begin to use you ALTAIR WBP-212 wi eless beltpack.
To tu n off the beltpack, p ess and hold two seconds the ON/OFF switch when the beltpack is
tu ned on. In this moment will sound the buzze (if the buzze is tu n on), a
GOODBYE message appea s in the display and when the ON/OFF switch
it is dep essed, the beltpack it is tu ned off.

If the wi eless beltpack is tu ned on, and you p ess the ON/
OFF button fo a while, the beltpack shows the batte y status.
3.9 VOLUME UP/DOWN SWITCHES
The volume switches allows attenuating o amplifying the
signal sent to the headphones. This switches adjusts the listen level
to the headphones as you wish.
When volume UP/DOWN switches a e p essed, appea s in the OLED display the
volume level indication allow us change this volume level. The e a e 10 steps of volume (1-
10), and this is indicated in the OLED display with the next icon: .
The VOLUME, it is sto ed in the unit.

3.10 SELECT SWITCH
This switch , in no mal mode, enables/disables the buzze sound
when the unit eceives a call and when the use p ess a key. Wheneve this switch is
p essed, and the buzze is enabled, it will be disabled, and the LED indicato will tu n off. On the
othe hand, if the buzze was disabled, it will be enabled and the LED indicato will lighten up, and
appea s this icon in the display.
The buzze also sounds when any switch is p essed, emitting a sho t hoot, when it is enabled.
The unit p ovides a BUZZER-KILL (tu ns off the BUZZER) system, so that when the buzze is
enabled it is possible to muted it by the BUZZER-KILL function of the base station ALTAIR WBS-202 o
a maste station ALTAIR EF-200, connected to the base station. This BUZZER-KILL system is
compatible with othe inte com systems of the ma ket.
The BUZZER could be disabled with an inte nal p eset. In o de to obtain mo e info mation,
consult the special ope ation section.
The state of the BUZZER (on/off), it is sto ed in the unit.
3.11 USB DC-IN CONNECTOR
The Li-Ion 1800 mA/h batte y of the wi eless beltpack must be cha ged with the ALTAIR
WBPC-210 cha ge by the USB connecto .
Cha ging time is fou hou s with the batte ies empty.
The estimated batte y life, in full duplex mode is 15 hou s and 100 hou s in standby mode,
with full cha ged batte ies.
The Li-Ion batte ies have a p otection system that disconnects the load when a sho t ci cuit o
when the batte y down a voltage level, to e-enable the batte y it is necessa y plug it to the
cha ge .
The batte y is discha ging even with the beltpack off, so
fo extended pe iods without using the wi eless beltpack, the
batte y may ente into a self-p otection state, and sta t
cha ging ve y slowly (the LED cha ge does not tu n yellow),
showing a c itical batte y message, do not wo y, leave the unit
cha ging until it sta ts to cha ge no mally (app oximately 10
minutes). As a gene al ule, cha ge the unit befo e using the system.

4. SPECIAL OPERATIONS
In o de to set-up some of the wi eless beltpack possibilities, the unit must be opened emoving
the bottom auxilia y cove , emoving a sc ew.
NOTE: This type of ope ations takes place with the unit is opened; the best thing should be to ca y it
out by a qualified technician. Ca e must be taken to avoid sho t ci cuit between batte y holde s, etc.
DAN ER: Befo e opening the unit, tu n it off. Use of p otective glasses when ope ating batte ies.
CAUTION: P otect the wi eless beltpack f om the ain and moistu e, mostly if it is open. If liquid is
spilled into the unit, disconnect it f om the mains and consult a qualified se vice technician.
4.1 AUXILIARY BATTERY
The wi eless beltpack has a batte y holde to place an
alkaline batte y, Ni-MH batte y 2500 mA/h o lithium batte y
of AA size, which gives us a ange of 3/4/5 hou s
espectively with the main batte y discha ged.
Be ve y ca eful, do not inse t the batte y in eve se
pola ity, as it may b eak the ci cuit y of the wi eless beltpack.
Always emembe to emove the empty batte y.
4.2 RESET BUTTON
The unit has a RESET button nea the auxilia y batte y
holde in o de to eset the unit in case of malfunction

7. BATTERY CHAR ER ALTAIR WBPC-210
The batte y cha ge ALTAIR WBPC-210 allows to
cha ge up to fou beltpacks ALTAIR WBP-210/WBP-212
simultaneously. The cha ge time is app oximately of
fou hou s with the batte ies totally discha ged.
7.1 CHAN IN THE FUSE
The batte y cha ge ALTAIR WBPC-200 is set to ope ate f om 100 VAC, 50-60Hz to 240VAC,
50-60Hz.
Make su e that the unit is disconnected of the mains.
In the unit ea panel, is placed the mains connecto , and the fuse holde . The box bellow this
mains connecto is called fuse holde . Take out the fuse holde .
Upon ext acting the fuse holde , the fuse will appea , take out it and
change fo the new one.
Inse t the fuse holde into the mains connecto again.
Make su e that the fuse is the ight one fo the selected voltage:
FUSE
T2A/250VAC.
CAUTION: Always make su e upon changing the fuse, that this is the adequate fo the selected
mains voltage (T2A/250VAC).
7.2 CONNECTIN TO THE MAINS
The connection of the batte y cha ge ALTAIR WBPC-210 powe supply to the
mains takes place by the co d included in the box.
Make su e that the beltpack a e disconnected f om the batte y cha ge .
Inse t the female I.E.C. connecto of the t ipola cable into the unit powe supply
male connecto , placed at the ea panel
Inse t the male connecto of the t ipola cable into the mains plug.
In that moment the cha ge LEDs indicato s will light in g een colou , indicating
that the unit is tu ned on.
CAUTION: Make su e that the mains voltage is the co ect as well as thei fuse is the adequate.

7.3 BELTPACK BATTERY CHAR E
The batte y cha ge ALTAIR WBPC-210 has fou connecto s to allow the cha ge up to fou
wi eless beltpacks at the same time.
Take any of the batte y cha ge connecto and inse t it in a wi eless beltpack connecto . If the
batte y cha ge is connected, the connecto associated LED of the batte y cha ge will change f om
g een to o ange, indicating that the wi eless beltpack batte ies a e cha ging. The inte nal batte y
ba g aph indicato on the beltpack display top left will begin to move f om ight to left
indicating the connection of the cha ge .
Afte about fou hou s if the batte ies a e fully discha ged, othe wise
less time, the beltpack indicate that the batte y is cha ged.
If a p oblem appea s in one of the connecto s, and the
consumption inc eases, the batte y cha ge ALTAIR WBPC-210 will
p otect itself, and the LED associated to this connecto will tu n to ed
colou .
