SAFETY PRECAUTIONS
1. Always use the heater in accordance
with the instructions supplied with each
heater. Keep the user manual in a safe
place.
2. DO NOT place clothes or other
material on the heater. This could cause
a fire risk or affect the efficiency of the
appliance.
3. DO NOT position heater close to
furniture.
4. DO NOT move heater from room to
room when lit.
5. DO NOT position heater close to walls,
furniture, net curtains, bed linen or any
flammable materials, as this could result
in a risk of fire. The following minimum
distances should be respected: 50cm
from the sides and 100cm from the
front. ALWAYS face the heater towards
the centre of the room. The heater
should be positioned on a level surface
at all times.
6. If a leak is suspected, DO NOT
disconnect the regulator. Check all
connections. Slowly turn the gas on and
brush the connections with soapy water,
or a leak detection spray. A gas leak will
form bubbles. If a leak is found, turn the
gas off. DO NOT use the heater again
until it has been checked by a
competent person in accordance with
the Gas Safety (installations and use)
Regulations 1998.

USING ENVIRONMENT
Your heater consumes oxygen while it is in use. For this reason, adequate ventilation
should be provided in rooms in which the heater is used. This ensures the removal of
products of combustion and allows the entry of replacement air.
Adequate ventilation should considerably reduce the occurance of condensation. The
following table shows the smallest sizes of rooms suitable for each heat setting, and the
ventilation which should be provided.

1. This appliance requires a hose and a regulator.
2. Only use in well ventilated areas.
3. Do not use in vehicles, caravans or auto caravans.
4. Do not attempt to use in high rise flats, basements, bathrooms or bedrooms.
5. This appliance should be tested for leaks before initial use and whenever the
cylinder is reconnected.
6. It is important that all gas connections have been correctly made to prevent any
leakage. Do not use a naked flame to test for leaks. Use soapy water or a leak
detection spray.
7. Always use your cylinder in an upright position.
8. Always turn off the appliance at the regulator when not in use.
9. When lighting your heater for the first time, or after a period of time has passed
since the last use, light the heater outside and burn outdoors for 15 minutes.
10. Do not use your heater while sleeping.
11. Do not use your heater in high-rise flats.
12. Do not use your heater in basements, bathrooms or bedrooms.
13. This appliance requires a hose and a regulator, check with your gas supplier for the
correct type according to the cylinder being used and any regulations at that time.
14. The protective screen of this appliance is intended to prevent the risk of fire or injury
due to burns and no part of it may be permanently removed. IT DOES NOT PROVIDE
EFFECTIVE PROTECTION FOR YOUNG CHILDREN OR OLD PERSONS.
15. Children under the age of 3 should be kept out of reach unless they are under
constant supervision. Children must not connect, regulate and clean the appliance or
perform maintenance.
WARNING
Perform a leak test on all connections every time you reconnect the cylinder, or if the
heater has not been used for a significant period.
Do not twist the flexible tube or the hose.
Do not move the appliance when lit.

CONNECTING THE CYLINDER
1. Place the gas filled cylinder into the back of the heater.
2. Clip on the gas regulator to gas cylinder.
3. Turn the regulator on.
4. Where the regulator is not supplied or is missing, please contact your gas dealer to
advise of the correct type for the gas cylinder being used.
5. IMPORTANT TEST FOR LEAKS:
This must be carried out in a well ventilated area, free from naked flames and any
other sources of ignition. With the regulator connected to the cylinder, turn on the
regulator control. Brush all hose connections, pipe connections to the valve and gas
cylinder with a 50:50 solution of detergent and water or a leak detection spray. A
stream of bubbles forming indicates a leak. If a leak is found, turn off at the regulator
and disconnect the regulator from the bottle. Afterwards, remove the gas cylinder,
and place it outdoors or to a well ventilated area. Contact your gas supplier for
assistance. DO NOT USE THE HEATER.
HOW TO CHANGE A CYLINDER
1. Turn off at the regulator, make sure the places and pilot burners have extinguished
and allow the heater to cool fully before removing and replacing the cylinder. Do not
attempt to replace the cylinder whilst the heater is still in use.
2. Cylinders must be replaced in a flame free environment.
3. Do not smoke while changing the cylinder.
4. When you need to replace your empty cylinder, turn the gas off at the valve or
regulator and take the empty cylinder out of the heater.
5. Remove the regulator from the empty cylinder.
6. Follow the steps described under “CONNECTING THE CYLINDER“, connect a new
cylinder.

OPERATION GUIDE
LIGNTING INSTRUCTIONS
1. The gas heater control has 4 settings. On, minimum, middle and maximum.
2. Turn on the gas by turning the gas regulator to the on position.
LIGHTING
Start by opening the gas inlet on the gas cylinder.
•While still holding the control knob, press the ignition button until the pilot/control flame
lights up. Before releasing the control knob, hold the control knob longer for 10-15
seconds, repeat the above operation if the pilot/control flame goes out. Turn to the first
position. Leave the heat setting in the first position for 3 minutes or longer before
turning the knob to the desired temperature setting.
HEAT SETTINGS
To change from minimum to maximum, gently press the control button and turn it to
position 3.
To change from maximum to minimum, gently press the control button and turn it to
position 2.
TURNING OFF THE HEATER
To turn off the heater, you must close the gas inlet on the cylinder. If the ehater is not to
be used for a period of time, disconenct the regulator from the cylinder and replace any
value protection plug or cover.
Attention!
Please do not forcefuly turn the control knob, the button should be pushed down
before charging the heat control settings. The control button will not turn without
pushing downwards. Ensure the button is locked into the heat setting/position required.

WARNING
1. Read the instructions before using this appliance.
2. Use an appropriate regulator (30mbar).
3. Never attempt to light the heater if the hose appears loose or damaged in any way.
4. Do not press the ignition button for more than 40 seconds.
5. Never disconnect the regulator while cylinder valve or regulator is open.
6. Don’t change cylinders within an area in which open fire exists.
7. Do not expose your cylinder to extreme heat.
8. Do not store any other cylinders in the room in which your heater is being used.
9. Do not insert your finger or any other material through the front panel of the heater.
10. Leave at least 1 meter distance between your heater and any other heat source.
11. Do not let unauthorized persons taper with your heater.
12. Do not use appliance under electrical socket outlets.
13. Do not use the heater in bathrooms, showers or swimming pools, as well as in
leisure vehicles such as caravans or auto caravans.
14. This heater must not be used without a gas cylinder fitted for stability purposes.
15. Do not cover your heater. Fabrics, clothing, hangings, net curtains, bed lines and
other flammable materials may ignite if placed against the outlets of your heater.
16. In the event of leakage, the appliance should be turned off at the regulator switch-on
valve and the regulator disconnected from the cylinder.
17. After use, switch off the appliance on the regulator valve and disconnect the
regulator from the gas cylinder.
18. Only use in a well ventilated area.

STORAGE
1. Disconnect the cylinder and remove from the appliance.
2. Store cylinders in a well-ventilated area away from combustible material. Storage
should be outdoors. Cylinders must not be stored in basements or in high-rise flats.
3. The heater should be covered in a dry, dust-free area in its original packaging.
CLEANING
1. Use a damp soapy wrung out cloth to clean the exterior and cylinder storage area of
your heater.
2. Make sure that no water gets onto the burners or pilot/light area. Wipe the heater
completely dry before use.

MAINTENANCE
1. Check the flexible tubing between regulator and heater regularly, and replace it if
perished, worn, or damaged.
2. It is recommended that the heater be serviced every year by a competent person in
accordance with the Gas Safety (installations and use) Regulations 1998.
3. If any parts need replacing, they should be replaced only with the correct parts as
supplied by the original manufacturer.

WARRANTY CONDITIONS
A new product purchased in the Alza.cz sales network is guaranteed for 2 years. If you
need repair or other services during the warranty period, contact the product seller
directly, you must provide the original proof of purchase with the date of purchase..
The following are considered to be a conflict with the warranty conditions, for
which the claimed claim may not be recognized:
•Using the product for any purpose other than that for which the product is intended
or failing to follow the instructions for maintenance, operation and service of the
product.
•Damage to the product by a natural disaster, the intervention of an unauthorized
person or mechanically through the fault of the buyer (eg during transport, cleaning
by inappropriate means, etc.).
•Natural wear and aging of consumables or components during use (such as
batteries, etc.).
•Exposure to adverse external influences, such as sunlight and other radiation or
electromagnetic fields, fluid intrusion, object intrusion, mains overvoltage,
electrostatic discharge voltage (including lightning), faulty supply or input voltage and
inappropriate polarity of this voltage, chemical processes such as used power
supplies, etc.
•If anyone has made modifications, modifications, alterations to the design or
adaptation to change or extend the functions of the product compared to the
purchased design or use of non-original components.

BEZPEČNOSTNÍ DOPORUČENÍ
1. Ohřívač vždy používejte podle pokynů
dodaných s každým ohřívačem.
Uživatelskou příručku uschovejte na
bezpečném místě.
2. NEDÁVEJTE na ohřívač oblečení ani
jiný materiál. Mohlo by to způsobit riziko
požáru nebo ovlivnit účinnost
spotřebiče.
3. NEPOKLÁDEJTE topení do blízkosti
nábytku.
4. Pokud je zapnutý, nepřesunujte
ohřívač z místnosti do místnosti.
5. Neumisťujte topné těleso blízko stěn,
nábytku, záclon, ložního prádla nebo
jiných hořlavých materiálů, protože by
mohlo dojít k požáru. Je třeba
respektovat následující minimální
vzdálenosti: 50 cm od stran a 100 cm od
přední strany. Ohřívač vždy směřujte do
středu místnosti. Ohřívač by měl být
vždy umístěn na vodorovném povrchu.
6. Pokud existuje podezření na
netěsnost, neodpojujte regulátor.
Zkontrolujte všechna připojení. Pomalu
zapněte plyn a otřete spojení mýdlovou
vodou nebo sprejem pro detekci
netěsností. Únik plynu vytvoří bubliny.
Pokud se objeví netěsnost, vypněte plyn.
Nepoužívejte ohřívač znovu, dokud
nebyl zkontrolován kompetentní osobou
v souladu s předpisy o bezpečnosti
plynu (instalace a použití) 1998.

PROSTŘEDÍ POUŽITÍ
Váš spotřebič spotřebovává kyslík, když je používán. Z tohoto důvodu by měla být
zajištěna dostatečná ventilace v místnostech, ve kterých je použito topení. To zajišťuje
odstraňování produktů spalování a umožňuje vstup náhradního vzduchu.
Přiměřené větrání by mělo výrazně snížit výskyt kondenzace. Následující tabulka ukazuje
nejmenší velikosti místností vhodných pro každé nastavení tepla a větrání, které by mělo
být zajištěno.

1. Tento spotřebič vyžaduje hadici a regulátor.
2. Používejte pouze v dobře větraných prostorách.
3. Nepoužívejte ve vozidlech, karavanech nebo autokaravanech.
4. Nepokoušejte se používat ve výškových bytech, suterénech, koupelnách nebo
ložnicích.
5. Tento spotřebič by měl být před prvním použitím a při opětovném připojení lahve
zkontrolován na těsnost.
6. Je důležité, aby všechna připojení plynu byla provedena správně, aby nedošlo k
úniku. K testování těsnosti nepoužívejte otevřený plamen. Použijte mýdlovou vodu
nebo sprej na detekci netěsností.
7. Vždy používejte plynovou bombu ve svislé poloze.
8. Pokud spotřebič nepoužíváte, vždy jej vypněte.
9. Při prvním zapnutí topného tělesa nebo po uplynutí delší doby od posledního použití
zažehněte topné těleso venku a vypalujte jej po dobu 15 minut.
10. Nepoužívejte ohřívač zatímco spíte.
11. Nepoužívejte ohřívač ve výškových bytech.
12. Nepoužívejte topení v suterénech, koupelnách nebo ložnicích.
13. Tento spotřebič vyžaduje hadici a regulátor, zkontrolujte u svého dodavatele plynu
správný typ podle použité lahve a všech platných předpisů.
14. Ochranná zástěna tohoto spotřebiče má zabránit riziku požáru nebo zranění
způsobenému popálením a žádná její část nesmí být trvale odstraněna. NEZAJIŠŤUJE
ÚČINNOU OCHRANU PRO MALÉ DĚTI ANI STARÉ OSOBY.
15. Děti mladší 3 let by měly být drženy mimo dosah, pokud nejsou pod neustálým
dohledem. Děti nesmějí spotřebič zapojovat, regulovat a čistit ani provádět údržbu.
VAROVÁNÍ
Proveďte test těsnosti u všech připojení vždy, když znovu připojíte plynovou láhev, nebo
pokud se ohřívač nepoužíval po významnou dobu.
Pružnou hadici ani normální hadici neotáčejte.
Nepřesunujte spotřebič, zatímco je zapnutý.
