General safety
 Carefully read the enre manual before use.
 Failure to follow the instrucons carefully could lead to serious injury and
damage to the appliance.
 Do not remove any labels from the appliance
 Aer unpacking the appliance ensure that all components of the appliance are
free from damage which may have occurred during transit. Do not aempt to
assemble and use the appliance if any part of the appliance has been damaged in
any way. All damaged parts must be replaced before use. Contact our customer
service for replacement of original parts.
 This appliance is intended for domesc and not commercial use. Failure to
comply will result in voiding the guarantee.
Work area
 Do not operate the appliance in areas where ammable liquids, gases or dust are
present. The appliance creates sparks and therefore can ignite liquids and fumes.
 Keep children away from work areas at all mes. Always be wary of children
when using the appliance.
 Always ensure that you and people close to the work areas are wearing the
correct protecve clothing at all mes.
Electrical safety - please refer to secon “electrical informaon” for further informaon
 When using an extension cord with the appliance, always ensure that the voltage
on the extension cord matches that of the appliance. Do not use other appliance
on the same extension cord.
 Keep the appliance dry at all mes. Do not touch the plug with wet hands.
Note: Extension cords/ leads should only be used if they comply with H05VV-F or H05N-
F types. We recommend the product is used with a RCD (Residual Current Device) with a
trip current of 30mA.

Personal safety
 We recommend that the user wears safety equipment at all mes when using
the appliance.
 Never operate the appliance whilst under the inuence of drugs, alcohol or
medicaons.
 Always wear suitable clothing. Do not wear loose ng clothing, necklaces,
rings, bracelets or other jewellery. Always remove jewellery before using the
appliance.
 Non-skid footwear and suitable work gloves are highly recommended whilst
using the appliance.
 Wear protecve hair covering to contain hair.
 Always protect your eyes when using the appliance. It is recommended to wear
ear protecon when using the appliance.
 Do not over-reach. Proper foong and balance is essenal at all mes when
using the appliance.
Appliance use and care
 Only use accessories that are recommended by the manufacturer, the use of
accessories not recommended by the manufacturer may cause damage to the
appliance and injury to the user.
 Keep the appliance clean, dry and free from oil and grease. Never allow the
plasc parts to come into contact with brake uid, gasoline, petroleum – based
products or any strong solvents which contain chemicals that can damage,
weaken or destroy the housing of the appliance as it could compromise the
integrity of the insulaon.
 Do not use the appliance without the hopper aached. (Fig 7)

Appliance specic safety instrucons
 Always ensure that the feeding chamber is empty before starng the appliance.
 Keep your face and body away from the feed intake opening.
 Do not overload the appliance or feed excessive amounts into the intake as this
will cause the appliance to malfuncon.
 Always ensure the appliance is switched o and the cord of the appliance is
unplugged before beginning any maintenance.
 Aer use, check the appliance for any damages.

Assembling the appliance
1. Turn the appliances main body on its head.
2. Insert the axel through both of the holes located on the foot. (Fig 3)
3. Place a spacer onto either end of the inserted axel.
4. Insert the wheels onto the axel. Ensure that the wheels are inserted the correct way so
that the outsides of the wheels can t the wheel cover. (Fig 5)
5. Place a spacer into the inner wheel and insert the split pin into the two ridges of the
wheel so that the spacer stays in place.
6. Aach the wheel cover.
7. Insert the foot into the body of the appliance, so that the wheels are in line with the back
of the appliance. (Fig 4 and Fig 1).Fix the foot to the body of the appliance using two cross
head screws.
8. Ensure that the securing knob (Fig 6) is fully ghtened. If the securing knob is not
correctly ghtened, a safety switch will be acvated in the motor prevenng it from
starng.
