Combo Cart am-2061 Ass’y Instructions:
Installation Tip: When installing the pipe into a joint,
the depth of the pipe being inserted into the joint is
variable. Aim for the inner indication mark when
assembling, and remember this depth is adjustable.
Step 1: Build the floor and handle, shown in Pic 1.
Use the 36” pipe lengths as vertical parts of the handle
and 28” lengths as the long parts of the cart floor. Use
the 21.75” lengths as the handle top and floor widths.
Use the 6” pipe as a vertical piece on the opposite end
as the handle. Use GA-1 as the joint at the handle top
and GA-2 as the joints on the floor corners.
Step 2: Assemble three 28” lengths to the floor and
handle as shown in Pic 1. One stretches from the
middle of the base of the handle end to the middle of
the other end. Use GA-1 as your fastening joint.
Step 3: Assemble 2 more lengths, one on each side,
from the vertical handle pipe to the top of the 6” pipe,
using GA-2 joints.
Step 4: Insert in the 2.375” long pipes into the GA-2
joints you just installed on each corner, with the pipe
pointing toward the center of the cart.
