Combo Cart am-2061 Ass’y Instructions:
Installation Tip: When installing the pipe into a joint,
the depth of the pipe being inserted into the joint is
variable. Aim for the inner indication mark when
assembling, and remember this depth is adjustable.
Step 1: Build the floor and handle, shown in Pic 1.
Use the 36” pipe lengths as vertical parts of the handle
and 28” lengths as the long parts of the cart floor. Use
the 21.75” lengths as the handle top and floor widths.
Use the 6” pipe as a vertical piece on the opposite end
as the handle. Use GA-1 as the joint at the handle top
and GA-2 as the joints on the floor corners.
Step 2: Assemble three 28” lengths to the floor and
handle as shown in Pic 1. One stretches from the
middle of the base of the handle end to the middle of
the other end. Use GA-1 as your fastening joint.
Step 3: Assemble 2 more lengths, one on each side,
from the vertical handle pipe to the top of the 6” pipe,
using GA-2 joints.
Step 4: Insert in the 2.375” long pipes into the GA-2
joints you just installed on each corner, with the pipe
pointing toward the center of the cart.
5mm Hex Key (or Allen Wrench)

Step 5:Build the interior
box by using 28” long pipes
as the lengths (4) and 11.75”
long pipes (8) as the vertical
pieces, as shown in Pic 2.
Use GA-2 joints on the top
corners and GA-3 joints
near the bottom, but leave
off the G-2 piece on the
outside of each of the GA-3
joints.
Step 6: Marry the interior box to the floor and handle, by gently snapping the outsides of the GA-3 joints on the interior
box over the 2.375” pipes of the floor and handle.See Pics 3, 4, and 5 for assistance.
Step 7: Install GA-1 joints at the interior box leg bottoms, connecting to the 21.75” length of the floor and handle.
Step 8: Install the 28” length between the two
GA-3 joints of the interior box as shown in
Pic 6. Then, fasten in the G-2 Inner Elbow
piece to hold these pipes in place.

Step 9: Cut the hook and loop fastener strips (aka:
Velcro) into 3” long strips. Place one side of the strips
along the bottom side lengths shows in Pic 7.
Step 10: Insert the Plugs with the holes (Plastic Plug
28) into the bottoms of the vertical pipes, as caster
sockets shown in Pic 8. Mallet or hammer may be
used here.
Step 11: Insert the casters into the plastic plug.
Step 12: Insert the plastic caps into the other open pipe
ends.
Step 13: Install the black plastic sheet as the floor by
placing the mating version of the hook and loop
fastener strips. Stick them in places where they mate
up with their mating strip placed in Step 9. Cart should
be as appears in Pic 10.
