Damage prevention
You can see other important information marked ATTENTION. This means that
failure to follow the instructions may cause irreparable damage to the machine.
ATTENTION:
•Use the machine with all its parts assembled, for example, fenders.
•Fuel is easily flammable and can quickly cause fires, take special care.
•The fuel and oil must be in good condition and clean.
•When you are going to start the machine, the gear must be in the neutral "N"
position.
•Be careful with the blades. When working with the machine, never touch the
moving blades with your hands or feet.
•Squeeze the clutch before engaging a new gear and release it slowly again.
•Take special care when operating the machine in reverse, especially on
slopes.
•After purchasing the machine, install the wheels according to the dealer's
instructions. After familiarizing yourself with the machine, assemble the
blades. Get used to using reverse gear before directly operating the
machine.

1. Safety information and warnings
1.1. Trial period
•Read the manual carefully and understand the different situations that may
arise. Become familiar with the controls for proper work and learn how to
quickly stop the machine in an emergency.
•Minors are not allowed to use the machine. Nor is anyone allowed to use
the machine if they have not read the manual.
•Keep the work area clear and free of people who could be harmed by the
machine.
1.2. Preparation
•Check the work area and remove any obstacles.
•Disconnect the blade drive and shift the machine into “N” gear before turning
it on.
•Do not use the machine if you do not have appropriate work clothing and
safety shoes.
•Be especially careful when handling fuel as it is very flammable:
oUse approved tanks for storage.
oDo not refuel the machine while it is running or when the engine is hot.
oRefuel in ventilated areas. Do not do this in closed areas due to the
toxic gases that may be released.
oTighten the fuel tank cap securely and wipe away any debris before
turning the machine back on.
•When the engine is running do not make any adjustments or changes to the
machine.
•Wear eye protection while driving or using the machine.
1.3. Operational
•Do not handle the blades with your feet or hands while the machine is on or
operating.
•Do not allow other people to be near the machine while you are working,
they may be injured. Pay special attention when working in any crowded
area.
•If the machine bounces while working, stop and check for damage before
continuing to work.
•Take care of your personal safety, avoid falls or slipping.
•If the machine makes a lot of noise, stop immediately and check the reason,
there may be serious damage.
•When not working with the machine, put the gear in neutral "N" and
ALWAYS turn off the engine.
•Before making any adjustment, cleaning, checking or repair on the machine,
the engine must be turned off and all working elements must be completely

stopped.
•Do not turn on the machine in closed places as the exhaust gases can
poison you.
•Do not work if you do not have appropriate personal protective equipment.
•Keep the machine away from people and pets while working.
•Do not overload the machine by working deeper than recommended or at
higher speed than appropriate, as this may cause damage to the machine.
•Do not work on steep slopes where the machine could escape your control.
Be especially careful when driving in reverse gear.
•Do not allow observers near the machine while it is working.
•Only use accessories recommended and indicated by the
manufacturer/distributor.
•Do not use the machine when it is night or when visibility is poor.
•When working on very hard ground, the blades may cause the machine to
suddenly move forward when not entering the ground. In these cases,
release the machine and let it move forward until it stops, do not try to
control it as it may cause serious injuries.
•Do not work on the edges of cliffs or heights.
•When working on slopes, be especially careful not to let the machine fall.
1.4. Service and storage
•Keep the machine and its work accessories in good condition.
•Check the screws and other parts of the machine regularly for any looseness
or loose parts. Tighten any that are loose and replace any other missing
parts.
•The machine must be stored indoors and protected from the outside, away
from fire. Turn off and let the engine cool before storing the machine.
•If the machine is to be stored for a long period, keep this manual with the
machine as well.
•Never attempt to repair the machine without the proper tools and knowledge.

3. Installation and use
3.1. Facility
All tillers have been tested repeatedly before leaving the factory. But customer
should check and adjust all parts before using for better performance. Installation
as follows:
1. Mount the travel wheels on the hexagonal drive shaft, fix them with a Φ 8
pin.
2. Assemble the router assembly and depth rod.
3. Mount the handrail frame to the handrail, fix it with the locking handle and
bolt.
4. Connect the shift rod with the axle fork.
5. Mount the duct guard frame to the motor mount and drag assembly, fix the
dust shields.
3.2. Routine checks
1. Check engine oil.
Warning
The oil capacity is 0.6L when the oil level is in normal condition, use will seriously
damage it.
Warning
Use clean, good quality oil suitable for 4-stroke engines. Dirty oil or other oil will
shorten engine life.
•Put the engine in a horizontal position.
•Unscrew the oil level indicator and clean it (see image 3)
•Place the oil dipstick into the oil filler hole (do not screw it in)
•Take out the oil bar, it is normal condition if the oil is in the bar range.
•SAE15W40 or SAE30 oil type is recommended, it is suitable for common
temperatures.
2. Check the transmission case oil.
•Place the cultivator horizontally, unscrew the oil dipstick (see image 4).
•The normal oil filling capacity is 1.6L and the level is below the lip of the oil
filler hole. If the oil level is too low, fill oil to the normal line.

3. Check the air filter
Warning
It is prohibited to start the engine without an air filter, it will accelerate the abrasion
of the engine.
4. Rudder adjustment
I. Handrail height adjustment
Attention
In case the cultivator falls, place the cultivator in
position horizontal.
Loosen the adjustment handle, choose the
appropriate opening, adjust the handle frame to a
comfortable height, and then fix it firmly (see picture
5).
II. Adjust the height of the strong rod to control
the tilling depth (figure 6).
III. Clutch adjustment and operation.
Attention
Reduce engine speed before using the clutch.
•With "Separation" and "Combination" of the clutch, you can control the
power output.
•When you grab the clutch handle, the clutch is combined, then the tiller can
move (see picture 7)
•When you release the clutch handle, the clutch separates, engine power is
cut to the tiller, and then the tiller stops (see image 8).
Attention
If the clutch cable is not properly adjusted, it may affect
the regular service of the cultivator.

•Make sure the clutch cable tension, if not in the range (see image 9), adjust
the bolt to the correct position.
•Start the engine to check clutch separation and combination if necessary.
IV. Belt tension adjustment.
•Grab the clutch handle, the tensioner pulley moves up to tension the belt,
the normal range is 60-65mm (picture 10)
•If it is outside this range, please adjust as follows: First, loosen the 4 fixed
bolts, move the motor forward if the belt is too loose, move it backward
when it is too tight. Make sure the tension is in the normal range and then fix
the bolts (picture 11).
•Loosen the bolts of the belt protection frame, grab the clutch handle, adjust
the gap between the frame and the belt.
V. Oil throttle cable adjustment
•Normal idle speed range: 1500±150r/min, high speed: 3800±50r/min, can be
adjusted according to the speed indicator.
•Confirmation method and speed adjustment.
a) Without load, turn the switch on the hand frame to the largest position, see if
the revolution meter shows 3800 ± 50, turn the switch to the smallest
position, see if it shows 1600 ± 150.
b) If the revolution meter indicators are not between the above numbers, you
need to make some adjustment to the gasoline engine. The following are
specific facts:
oWatch for falls at each connection, fix it to normal position if it falls or
comes loose.
