BEFORE YOU BEGIN
For over a decade, Antelope’s legendary OCX Master Clock has been a dominant force in
the a dio world. This legacy now contin es with the newest master clock by Antelope A dio -
Isochrone OCX HD.
OCX HD raises the bar yet again, delivering sample rate s pport of p to 768 kHz,
Antelope’s best-in-class 4th generation Aco stically Foc sed Clocking (AFC) jitter
management algorithm and oven-controlled crystal oscillator.
OCX HD Master Clock offers a great variety of clocking options – 10 config rable in pairs
Word Clock o tp ts on BNC, fo r AES/EBU o tp ts and two more on S/PDIF. This vast
assortment of connectivity make the OCX HD the most versatile a dio master clock on the
market. O r proven advanced proprietary clocking technology delivers the most m sical and
reliable a dio sync generation.
Additionally, OCX HD offers two word clock inp ts and a video sync inp t, which can resolve
to a h ge variety of SD and HD formats, as well as clock distrib tion with gearboxing, and
p ll- p and p ll-down rates, as feat red in the triple clock powerho se, Trinity Master Clock.
A 10 MHz inp t allows for syncing with Antelope's newest atomic clock – 10MX.
Antelope’s newest master clock benefits a ser-friendly software control panel, available for
both macOS and Windows. The desktop app provides convenient remote control to simplify
project workflow. The device is also easily config rable from an elegant front panel, which
adds f t ristic appeal to any gear rack.

MANDATORY ONLINE ACTIVATION
Please note that the mandatory device activation proced re req ires an active Internet
connection on yo r comp ter. Activating an Antelope device offline is not possible.
ACTIVATION GUIDE
It is essential to activate yo r OCX HD before sing it. Once connected to yo r power o tlet
and yo r comp ter's USB port, follow the steps below:
1. Download the OCX HD La ncher from here.
2. Start the application (If yo are on a PC, install the la ncher first). The la ncher will
a tomatically download the control panel software.
3. Yo will be greeted by the activation screen. Enter yo r information and click Done.
4. Check yo r email acco nt’s inbox for the email with the activation link and click on it
6. Go back to the la ncher and enter yo r information. Click Done.
7. Yo are good to go!
FRONT PANEL EXPLAINED

Power Switch
Toggles standby / operation state. When the device is powered on an ill minated ring will
glow aro nd the power b tton.
Oven Cloc Light
When lit, this indicates OCX HD is clocked by its internal oven-controlled crystal oscillator.
LOCK Indicator
When lit, this indicates OCX HD is locked to a signal that enters thro gh the WC, Video,
S/PDIF or AES/EBU inp ts.
Atomic LOCK Indicator
When lit, this indicates OCX HD is locked to an atomic signal that enters thro gh the 10M
inp t on the rear panel. This overrides the Oven Clock lock light as soon as it is pl gged in
and the Oven Clock lock light will a tomatically go off.
Cloc Source Selection Knob
This selector allows yo to select the c rrent Clock So rce for the OCX HD. 'Oven' is for the
internal clock, the rest of the options are for clocking to an external so rce.
Sample Rate Indicator
Indicates the c rrent sample rate of the master clock. When sing DA mode, the indicator
blinks if no so rce is present.
Sample Rate Selection Knob
This selector lets yo increase and decrease the sample rate, choosing from 32kHz,
44.1kHz, 48kHz, 88.2kHz, 96kHz, 176.4kHz, 192kHz, 352.8kHz, 384kHz, 705.6kHz, 768kHz.
The c rrent freq ency is indicated on the display when adj sting. To confirm, simply press
the selector knob.
When clocked to an external so rce: Press and hold the knob for 2 seconds to fetch the
c rrent so rce's sample rate and set it.
European pull up / pull down (+/- 4%)
This b tton toggles +/- 4% p ll ps / p ll downs
USA pull up / pull down (+/- 0/1%)
This b tton toggles +/- 0.1% p ll ps / p ll down

Presets
Three Preset b ttons store and recall yo r ‘favorite’ set- ps. Press and hold the b tton for 2
seconds to store a preset. Press to recall.
Calibration Mode Explained
Ens re atomic signal is fed to the Atomic Inp t, Atomic Clock is locked and the OCX HD
Atomic Clock Indicator is lit. Press both So rce Selection and Sample Rate Selection knobs
sim ltaneo sly. The device will enter calibration mode.
The Sample Rate indicator will show a n mber which will stabilize with time. Wait for the
n mber to become stable. This n mber represents the error of the OCX HD's clock related to
the Atomic Clock.
To compensate for this error, press the Sample Rate Selection knob. Repeat the proced re
as many times as necessary so that the n mber becomes as close as possible to Zero and
relatively stable (n mber may have small deviations in a few seconds).
To exit this mode, press the Standby b tton.

MY ANTELOPE AUDIO PRODUCT ISN’T
WORKING.
WHAT SHOULD I DO?
If yo can't find a sol tion on yo r own, please get in to ch with s so we check if yo are
having a hardware-related iss e. If this is the case, we'll g ide yo thro gh the repair
process. If the prod ct sho ld be ret rned, a RMA n mber will be iss ed so we can begin the
proced re.
What's an RMA number?
Iss ing a RMA (Ret rn Merchandise A thorization) n mber is req ired for any factory service
or repair proced re. Please, don't attempt to send s yo r device witho t receiving a RMA
n mber first, as the device will be ret rned and not serviced.
How do I get an RMA number?
The Antelope A dio C stomer S pport team is in charge of iss ing RMA n mbers. Visit
s pport.antelopea dio.com and get in to ch.
After yo r RMA has been iss ed, yo will receive an email with instr ctions on how to
proceed.
RMA shipping information
Alongside the prod ct yo are ret rning please, incl de a letter containing yo r f ll name,
shipping address, RMA n mber iss ed by o r technical s pport team and a note with a short
information abo t the technical iss e.
Please se the original box if possible, beca se a worn o t one will s rely not protect yo r
prod ct s fficiently on its way to the Antelope A dio HQ. Additional c shioning materials in
m ltiple layers between the nit and the box walls to prevent from shock, vibration and
vario s tears and scratches.

Please remove any labels or old shipment markings it may have and ens re yo add yo r
shipping address inside the box in case the original shipment label becomes illegible d ring
transportation.
The shipping costs are covered by the owner of the prod ct. Antelope A dio will not cover
any local c stoms charges.
We recommend sing a co rier service of yo r choice (e.g. DHL, UPS, FedEx). The package
sho ld be ins red for its real val e, marked as fragile and a tracking n mber sho ld be
provided. We do not recommend sing standard mail delivery services.
Please, don't forget to add the RMA n mber, iss ed by the Antelope A dio technical s pport,
on all shipping paperwork.
Antelope A dio cannot be held responsible for ndelivered packages – lost or damaged on
the way to the Antelope A dio HQ. For damage claims, please contact yo r shipping service
provider of choice.
Antelope A dio cannot cover any repair costs for prod ct damages d e to poor packaging.
LIMITED WARRANTY POLICY
This is a non-transferable vol ntary Limited Prod ct Warranty provided to end-c stomers
who have p rchased Antelope A dio-branded hardware prod ct (hereinafter referred to as
“Prod ct”) from an a thorized Antelope A dio re-seller.
For c stomers covered by cons mer protection laws or reg lations in their co ntry of
p rchase or, if different, their co ntry of residence, the benefits conferred by Antelope A dio's
Limited Warranty are in addition to, and not instead of, rights and remedies convened by
s ch cons mer protection laws and reg lations and it does not excl de, limit or s spend
b yer’s rights arising from cons mer law. Cons mers have
the right to choose whether to claim service nder the Antelope A dio Limited Warranty or
nder their cons mer law rights.
All claims made nder the Antelope A dio Limited Warranty will be governed by the terms set
o t in this warranty doc ment.
Warranty Coverage

Antelope A dio warrants that the Prod ct will be free from defects in material and
workmanship for the period of 1 (one) year commencing on the date of p rchase of Prod ct
by end-c stomer from a thorized Antelope A dio’s re-seller.
Except where explicitly prohibited by applicable local law, this warranty is limited to the
original p rchaser and is non-transferable. This warranty provides yo with specific legal
rights, and yo may have additional rights that vary nder local laws.
In general, this warranty means yo r Antelope A dio hardware prod ct will operate in
accordance with p blished technical specifications, as specified by its data-sheet, and in the
operating environment for which it was intended for the length of the warranty period.
This version of the warranty applies to prod cts p rchased on or after Jan ary1,2018. For
prior versions of the Antelope A dio limited warranty, please contact c stomer service.
Limited Factory Refurbished (B-stoc ) Warranty
Antelope A dio warrants prod cts sold as “B-stock, Factory Ref rbished or Open Box” to be
free from defects in materials ( nless otherwise stated in prod ct description) and
workmanship. Only prod cts p rchased from an a thorized dealer or directly from Antelope
A dio are covered by this Warranty.
The Limited Factory Ref rbished (B-stock) Warranty is valid for the period of 6 (six) months,
commencing on the date of p rchase of Prod ct, if local reg lations do not req ire otherwise.
All warranty terms contained here nder apply also to the B-stock Warranty, nless otherwise
specified.

Remedies
Antelope A dio’s entire liability and yo r excl sive remedy for any Antelope A dio Prod ct
that is not operating in accordance with its p blished technical specifications is at Antelope
A dio’s discretion:
1) to repair the Prod ct at Antelope A dio’s expense sing new or eq ivalent-to new
ref rbished parts in good working condition; or
2) to replace the Prod ct at Antelope A dio’s expense with a prod ct with eq ivalent
f nctionality formed from new and/or eq ivalent-to new ref rbished parts in good working
condition, or
3) to ref nd the price paid. Sho ld Antelope A dio decide to ref nd the price paid, it may
ded ct from the paid Prod ct’s price any damages ca sed to the Prod ct; where, within
fo rteen (14) days of the expiration of the warranty period,(i) Antelope A dio has received
written notice of any nonconformity;(ii) after Antelope A dio’s written a thorization, c stomer
has ret rned the nonconforming prod ct to the designated place; and (iii)Antelope A dio has
determined that the Prod ct is nonconforming and that s ch non conformity is not the res lt
of any of the excl sions designated below.
These warranty obligations are conditioned pon the hardware being ret rned to the original
place of p rchase, or another place as directed by Antelope A dio, with the original sales
receipt attached. Yo will be req ired to pay shipping and handling charges for ret rning the
prod ct. Yo may be req ired to pay any other applicable tariffs, d ties, taxes, or other fees
with regard to ret rning the prod cts.
Any repaired or replacement Prod ct will be warranted for the remainder of the original
warranty period.
Obsolete or Discontinued Products
An obsolete or discontin ed prod ct will be repaired or replaced with the same prod ct if
available. If Antelope A dio is nable to replace yo r obsolete or discontin ed prod ct with
the same prod ct, Antelope A dio will replace the obsolete or discontin ed prod ct, in its
sole discretion, with a prod ct having similar f nction and capacity.

Exclusions
This warranty does not cover problems or damage res lting from, b t not limited to, any of
the following: (i)Wear and tear associated with normal se; (ii)Any modification,
ab se, accident, disassembly, misapplication, mis se, negligence, acts of God, accident;
(iii)Una thorized repair or attempted repair by anyone other than Antelope A dio or someone
a thorized by Antelope A dio to do warranty work; any na thorized repairs will void this
warranty(iv)Any improper operation, maintenance or installation, incl ding any se not in
accordance with any s pplied prod ct instr ctions; (v)Connection to any improper voltage
s pply; (vi)Use of cons mables or spare parts not s pplied by Antelope A dio, except where
s ch restriction is prohibited by applicable local law; (vii)Any other ca se which does not
relate to a Prod ct defect in materials or workmanship.
The warranty does not apply to any Prod cts which have been s bject to mis se, neglect,
accident or modification or which have been soldered or altered s ch that they are not
capable of being tested nder normal test conditions.
This warranty does not cover (i) any co nterfeit prod cts, i.e. Prod cts that Antelope A dio,
at its sole discretion, determines were not man fact red by Antelope A dio or any of its
a thorized man fact ring partners; (ii) Prod cts p rchased from a person or entity which is
not an a thorized dealer or re-seller of Antelope A dio; (iii)Prod ct sold “as is” or “with all
fa lts”, to the extent permitted by local law.
This warranty is not valid in case any man fact rer label(s), serial n mbers, date stamp(s) or
warranty sticker(s) has been altered or removed from the Prod ct.
Limitation of Liability
ANTELOPE AUDIO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT,
OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES WHATSOEVER, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO
LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, OR DATA (WHETHER DIRECT OR INDIRECT) OR
COMMERCIAL LOSS FOR BREACH OF ANY EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTY ON
YOUR PRODUCT EVEN IF Antelope A dio HAS BEEN ADVISED PREVIOUSLY OF THE
POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. Some local laws do not allow the excl sion or limitation
of special, indirect, incidental or conseq ential damages, so this limitation or excl sion may
not apply in yo r j risdiction.

ANTELOPE AUDIO WILL NOT ASSUME OR AUTHORIZE ANY OTHER PERSON TO
ASSUME FOR IT ANY OTHER LIABILITY IN CONNECTION WITH ITS PRODUCTS.
Data Recovery
In the event of data loss sing Antelope A dio storage devices, Antelope A dio is not
responsible for backing p or recovering any data that yo may have lost.
No Other Warranties
No Antelope A dio employee, dealer, re-seller, or other agent is a thorized to make any
modification, extension, or addition to this warranty.
How to Ma e a Warranty Claim
Valid warranty claims sho ld be processed thro gh yo r point of p rchase. Please also verify
the ret rn policy directly with the retailer where yo p rchased yo r prod ct. Any warranty
claims that cannot reprocessed thro gh yo r original point of p rchase sho ld be addressed
directly to Antelope A dio. O r c stomer service contact information can be fo nd on the
web or in the doc mentation incl ded with yo r Prod ct.
Returning Your Product
In the event that yo need to ret rn yo r Antelope A dio prod cts for repair or replacement,
Antelope A dio will provide yo with a Ret rn Merchandise A thorization N mber (RMA#) as
well as ret rn instr ctions. Do not ret rn yo r prod ct witho t prior approval from Antelope
A dio. Any prod ct ret rned witho t a valid niq e RMA# will be ref sed and ret rned to the
sender at the sender’s expense. To avoid problems at the time of receipt, clearly write yo r
RMA# on the o tside of the package and incl de a copy of yo r RMA confirmation-mail
within the package.
In certain sit ations, for in-warranty nits, we may (entirely at o r opinion) offer yo a
temporary replacement nit, provided that we have s ch on stock in yo r state. To req est a
temporary replacement nit, a valid credit card m st be provided to sec re the new
replacement nit for shipping prior to Antelope A dio receiving the defective one.
Request a Return Material Authorization Number (RMA#)

Please follow these steps to obtain an RMA n mber:
(I) For end ser c stomers, s bmit a claim online at: s pport.antelopea dio.com. For
b siness to b siness (B2B) / Direct c stomers of Antelope A dio please email s at
techs pport@antelopea dio.com
(ii) A valid proof of p rchase is req ired for RMA processing (i.e. receipt, invoice, etc).
Antelope A dio will provide yo with the RMA n mber within 2 working days as of the claim
s bmission date.
RMA Return Addresses
We have m ltiple RMA receiving locations worldwide. Yo r RMA confirmation will specify the
specific ret rn address yo m st se when sending yo r RMA package. Any packages
received at an na thorized location may be ref sed and ret rned to the sender at the
sender’s expense.
Products Lost or Damaged During Transit
The original packaging material sho ld be sed to pack the prod ct for ret rn; if the original
packaging is not available, yo sho ld se s ch materials that provide the same or greater
protection to the prod ct. All packages that arrive with any external damage or appear
inadeq ately packed will be ref sed and ret rned to the sender at the sender’s expense. We
are not responsible for damage inc rred d ring shipping to o r RMA receiving locations or for
lost or stolen prod cts.

is worldwide known. Elsewhere in this doc ment where the trade name Antelope Audio is
sed shall refer to Elektrosfera ltd., with address of management: Tsarigradsko Shose Blvd.,
7th km, B ilding of BIC IZOT, floor 6, Mladost region, Sofia, B lgaria.
If any term here nder is held to be illegal or nenforceable, it shall be severed from this
warranty and the legality or enforce ability of the remaining terms shall not be affected.
SAFETY NOTES
To red ce the risk of electrical shocks, fire, and related hazards:
Do not remove screws, cover, or cabinet. There are no ser serviceable parts inside.
Refer servicing to q alified service personnel.
Do not expose this device to rain, moist re or spillover of liq id of any kind.
Sho ld any form of liq id or a foreign object enter the device, do not se it. Switch off
the device and then npl g it from the power so rce. Do not operate the device again
ntil the foreign object is removed, or the liq id has completely dried and its resid es
f lly cleaned p.
Do not handle the power cables with wet hands!
Make s re the device is switched off when pl gging/ npl gging it to/from the power
so rce.
Avoid placing things on the cabinet or sing the device in a narrow and poorly
ventilated place which co ld affect its operation or the operation of other closely
located components.
If anything goes wrong, t rn off the device first and then npl g the power. Do not
attempt to repair the device yo rself. Cons lt a thorized service personnel or yo r
dealer instead.
Do not install near any heat so rces s ch as radiators, stoves, or other apparat s
(incl ding amplifiers) that prod ce heat.
Do not se harsh chemicals to clean yo r nit. Clean only with specialized cleaners
for electronics eq ipment.
Connect all yo r devices before powering yo r nit.
This nit is connected via its power cord to the mains safety earth.
