DSDplus is a self-braking descender for single rope use and is certified
according to the norms EN 341:2011, Class A and EN 12841:2006 Type C.
While the former norm is meant for rescue purposes only the later implies
rope access.

This device was designed to offer you the degree of safety expected from
personal protective equipment in accordance with the European
Regulation (EU) 2016/425.
SAFETY MEASURES AND WARNINGS
a) There are innumerable and even unimaginable possible modes of use
of this device. Only techniques shown in the figures that are not
crossed out or displaying a skull are recommended and covered by the
warranty.
b) This product must be used exclusively by adequately skilled persons
otherwise the user must be constantly supervised by trained
personnel, who must guarantee for the safety. This includes liability
against damages, injuries and death incurred by improper use or
misuse of the equipment.
c) This product may be used combined with personal protective
equipment conforming to Regulation (EU) 2016/425 and compatibly
with the relevant information.
d) Lifetime of this product will be extended if it is used with care. In
particular avoid rubbing against abrasive surfaces and/or sharp edges.
e) Primary function of the descender is progression along a working line,
and is not suitable for use in a fall arrest system. It must always be used
in conjunction with a fall-arrest device on an independent safety line.
f) The braking action of the device and thus your safety may be
considerably reduced if the device or the rope is dirty, oily, muddy or icy.
g) Prolonged use in salty environments (e.g. sea cliffs) may affect the
performance of the product.
h) Do not expose the device to significant heat or cold (see work and stock
temperature).
i) Avoid any contact with chemical reagents as they may affect the
performance of this product. Contact the producer if in doubt.
j) The descender device should never be left in place (specifically
outdoors) e.g. at a workstation because of the weathering deterioration
of the rope.
k) This device is not tested for use in explosive atmospheres.
l) In work at a height the foreman must ensure proper management and
planning (including risk assessment and rescue plan) of the work being
performed.

FUNCTIONING PRINCIPLES

The descender can either be attached to the harness concordant with either
EN 361, EN 813 or EN 12277 (fig.4/A - the operator slides with the descender
along the rope) or it can be fastened to an anchor (fig.4/C – the rope slides
through the non-moving descender). To install the descender on the rope,
first form a bight on the rope (fig.1/B). The handle of the descender has to be
pushed in its extreme open position and the jamming cleat has to be drawn
out of the descender to its terminal point. Now the bight can be pushed in
between both flanges at their lower end (fig.1/A), that is, between the
attachment point and the jamming cleat. Care should be taken that the
working (load carrying) end of the rope exits the device by the jamming cleat
and the free end of the rope by the carabiner. Then thread the bight around
the jamming cleat, between the upper parts of both flanges and finally catch
the jamming cleat with the bight. Eventually move the jamming cleat back in
the descender so that it engages the rope. If the rope has not been inserted
correctly the descender will not be able to perform its function and will hence
be of no use.

Before each use carry out an operational check of the device by testloading it
with your body weight while secured by other means. Additionally it is
essential to assess the reliability and security of the entire safety system you
are relying on: adequate resistance of the anchors (EN 795 or ANSI/ASSE
Z359.1 for fall-arrest and 3100 lb for static loads) and their correct (higher)
positioning to arrest a fall and prevent pendulum effects, correct positioning
of the ropes – e.g. protecting sharp edges or points of rubbing, preventing ill
running of the descender, redundancy, etc. – and to tie a stopper knot at the
free end of the rope. Any overload or dynamic loading of the descender may
damage the rope. Avoid descending into electrical, thermal or chemical
sources or hazards.

While loading the system, the user should hold with one hand the free end of
the rope and with the other hand gradually push the handle against the
descender's body (fig.4/A). This unblocks the rope and allows for a
controlled descent. The maximal permitted speed of descent is 2 m/s. By
increasing pressure on the handle the user will activate the descender's
second braking position (anti panic) and when the pressure is high enough
the descent will be stopped entirely (fig.4/B). By releasing the handle
altogether the descent is stopped automatically (fig.2/A). Use a second
braking carabiner to lower from a fixed position (fig.4/C). To prevent
accidental uncontrolled descents, the descender may be locked-off entirely
by forming a bight in the free end of the rope, passing it through the
connecting carabiner and catching with the bight the entire descender
(fig.4/D).

This method of evacuation may only be adopted by rescuers
specifically trained in this technique. No impact loading is tolerated.
The rescuer fastens the descender to his harness and connects the injured
person by means of an additional lanyard. Obligatory is the use of a
supplementary braking carabiner as well as the use of gloves.
The rescuer and the injured person must be secured with an additional
independently anchored safety line.
WARNING: With speeds above 1 m/s during rescue operations the
descender may get hot enough to damage the line.

Lead the free end of the rope through the groove at the head of the brake
lever and connect it with a progress capture to the working end of the rope
(fig. 6). In working environments always follow progress with a safety rope.
GENERAL INFORMATION
Regular examination:
• Do not hesitate to retire the device if it shows signs of wear (for rope
abrasion see indicator on the pivoting pulley) or after a major fall or a
major impact. They could cause internal or invisible damage that may
significantly weaken its strength. In case of uncertainty treat the device
as damaged or consult ANTHRON. Additionally treat the device as
faulty if any of the forth mentioned applies: absence or illegibility of
markings; absence of any elements affecting the equipment form and
function; evidence of defects in or damage to hardware elements
including but not limited to cracks, sharp edges, deformation, absence
of parts, corrosion, and other forms of alteration; any other condition that
calls to question the suitability of the equipment for its intended purpose.
• Regular periodical inspections must be carried out by a competent
person at least once a year. For this purpose an inspection record
should be established (see the backside of these instructions).
Furthermore we would sincerely recommend one set of equipment is
used by one person only as its history of use is best traced and
understood in this way.
• Before each use it is obligatory to check the descender and verify that all
its components (handle, jamming cleat, flanges) are faultless and in
good working condition.
Packing, storage, maintenance and cleaning
Each product is packed with its INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE. Proper
maintenance and storage are imperative to ensure correct functioning of
the product (as well as all your equipment) and thus your safety.

Clean the product with a brush under running cold water of domestic
supply. If the stains persist, clean it in warm water (maximum 30°C) with
ordinary soap. Then rinse thoroughly, wipe it with a towel and dry naturally
in a shaded ventilated place away from sources of heat.
If needed, lube sparingly the moving joints of the jamming cleat and handle
with silicon based oil.
Temperatures
While it is allowed to use this product within the temperature range from
-20°C to +60°C, it is advisable to stock it in a dry place at room
temperature.
Lifetime
Lifetime is set by the date of production and is theoretically unlimited.
Service time starts with the date of first use and depends on frequency and
mode of application, on environment where it is used (e.g. marine, cave,
corrosive atmosphere), and on mechanical wear and damage. It is
therefore very difficult to determine the expected service time of a
particular device.
Its due retirement is therefore left to user’s regular examinations and
competent person’s annual inspections.
Guarantee and its limitations
This product is guaranteed for 3 years from purchase against any faults in
materials or manufacture. The guarantee does not apply in cases of
misuse, normal wear and tear, unauthorized modifications or alterations,
improper use, improper maintenance, accident, negligence, damage, or if
the product is used for a purpose it was not designed for. If you discover a
defect, you should return the product to the reseller you purchased the
product from or directly to ANTHRON.
ANTHRON is not responsible for the consequences of direct,
indirect, accidental or any other type of damage resulting from the
use of its products.

PREBERITE NAVODILA
Ta naprava je zasnovana za zagotavljanje ravni varnosti, ki jo je mogoče
pričakovati od osebne varovalne opreme v skladu z Evropsko uredbo (EU)
2016/425.
VARNOSTNI UKREPI IN OPOZORILA
a) Ta naprava se lahko uporablja na nešteto načinov, ki so lahko celo
nepredstavljivi. Priporočljive tehnike na slikah, za katere velja
garancija, so zgolj tiste, ki niso prekrižane in ob katerih ni prikazan
simbol lobanje.
b) Ta izdelek lahko uporabljajo izključno ustrezno usposobljene osebe. V
nasprotnem primeru mora biti uporabnik pod stalnim nadzorom
usposobljenega osebja, ki mora zagotoviti varnost. To vključuje
odgovornost v zvezi s škodo, poškodbami in smrtjo zaradi nepravilne
uporabe ali zlorabe opreme.
c) Ta izdelek se lahko uporablja skupaj z osebno varovalno opremo, ki

e) Glavna funkcija zavore je pomikanje po delovni vrvi. Zavora ni
primerna za uporabo s pasovi za delo na višini. Vedno jo morate
uporabljati skupaj z napravo za zaustavljanje padcev na ločeni
varnostni vrvi.
f) Če je naprava ali vrv umazana, mastna, blatna ali zaledenela, bosta
zaviranje naprave in posledično tudi vaša varnost bistveno zmanjšana.
g) Daljša uporaba v slanih okoljih (npr. na obmorskih pečinah) lahko
poslabša delovanje izdelka.
h) Naprave ne izpostavljajte močni vročini ali mrazu (glejte delovno
temperaturo in temperaturo shranjevanja).
i) Preprečite stik naprave s kemičnimi reagenti, saj lahko ti poslabšajo
njeno delovanje. Če ste v dvomih, se obrnite na proizvajalca.
j) Zavorne naprave nikoli ne pustite na mestu uporabe (še posebej na
prostem), npr. na delovni postaji, saj lahko vremenski vplivi poslabšajo
kakovost vrvi.
k) Ta naprava ni bila preizkušena za varno uporabo v eksplozivnih
atmosferah.

NAČELA DELOVANJA

Zavoro lahko namestite na varovalni pas v skladu s standardi EN 361, EN
813 ali EN 12277 (slika 4/A – upravljavec drsi po vrvi skupaj z zavoro) ali pa
jo pritrdite na sidrišče (slika 4/C – vrv drsi skozi nepremično zavoro). Za
namestitev zavore na vrv najprej naredite zanko na vrvi (1/B). Ročaj
zavore potisnite v skrajno odprt položaj in do konca izvlecite zagozdo iz
zavore. Zdaj lahko potisnete zanko med obe prirobnici na spodnjem koncu
(1A), tj. med točko pritrditve in zagozdo. Bodite pazljivi, da je izhod
delovnega (nosilnega) konca vrvi iz naprave pri zagozdi, izhod prostega
konca vrvi pa pri vponki. Nato napeljite zanko okrog zagozde med zgornja
dela obeh prirobnic in na koncu z zanko zajemite zagozdo. Pomaknite
zagozdo nazaj v zavoro, tako da zajame vrv. Če vrv ni pravilno vstavljena,
jo bo zavora blokirala in tako ne bo uporabna.

Pred vsako uporabo preverite delovanje naprave, tako da izvedete
preizkusno obremenitev s svojo telesno težo, pri čemer se zavarujte z
drugimi pripomočki. Prav tako je treba oceniti zanesljivost in varnost
celotnega varnostnega sistema, na katerega se zanašate: primeren upor
sidrišč (EN 795) in njihov pravilni (višji) položaj za zaustavljanje padcev ter
preprečevanje učinkov nihala, pravilen položaj vrvi – npr. zaščita ostrih
robov ali točk pred drgnjenjem, preprečevanje slabega delovanja zavore,
redundanca itd. – in varovalni vozel na prostem koncu vrvi. Vsakršna
preobremenitev ali dinamična obremenitev zavore lahko poškoduje vrv.

Med obremenitvijo sistema z eno roko držite prosti konec vrvi, z drugo roko
pa postopoma potiskajte ročaj ob ohišje zavore (slika 4/A). Na ta način
boste sprostili vrv in omogočili nadzorovan sestop. Najvišja dovoljena
hitrost sestopa je 2 m/s. S povečevanjem pritiska na ročaj boste aktivirali
drug zaviralni položaj zavore (v sili). Ob dovolj močnem pritisku se sestop
popolnoma zaustavi (slika 4/B). Ko spustite ročaj, se sestop samodejno
zaustavi (slika 2/A). Za spuščanje iz nepremičnega položaja uporabite
drugo zaviralno vponko (slika 4/C). Za preprečitev nenamernih
nenadzorovanih sestopov lahko zavoro popolnoma zaklenete, tako da
oblikuje zanko s prostim delom vrvi in jo napeljete skozi povezovalno
vponko ter z zanko zajamete celotno zavoro (slika 4/D).

Ta način evakuacije lahko izvajajo le reševalci, ki se posebej usposobljeni
za to tehniko. Udarna obremenitev ni dovoljena. Reševalec pritrdi zavoro
na svoj varovalni pas in priključi poškodovano osebo s pomočjo dodatne
varnostne vrvi. Obvezna je uporaba dodatne zaviralne vponke in rokavic.

Reševalec in poškodovana oseba morata biti zavarovana z dodatno
varnostno vrvjo, ki je samostojno pritrjena v sidrišče.
OPOZORILO: Pri hitrostih med reševanjem, ki presegajo 1 m/s, se lahko
zavora tako segreje, da povzroči poškodbe na vrvi.

Prosti konec vrvi povlecite skozi utor v glavi ročke in ga z blokerjem s
škripcem povežite z delovnim koncem vrvi (slika 6). V delovnih okoljih
vselej spremljajte vlek z varovalno vrvjo.
SPLOŠNE INFORMACIJE
Redno pregledovanje:
• Če na napravi opazite znake obrabe (za stopnjo odrgnjenosti vrvi
glejte kazalnik na vrtljivem škripcu) oz. po padcu z velike višine ali
močnem udarcu, napravo brez odlašanja zavrzite, saj lahko v
nasprotnem primeru pride do nevidnih okvar v notranjosti, ki lahko
občutno poslabšajo njeno zmogljivost. Če niste prepričani, ravnajte z
napravo, kot da je poškodovana ali pa se posvetujte s podjetjem
ANTHRON.
• Kompetentna oseba mora izvajati redne preglede naprave enkrat na
leto. V ta namen vodite evidenco pregledov (glejte zadnjo stran teh
navodil). Prav tako resnično priporočamo, da en komplet opreme
uporablja le ena oseba, saj lahko tako najbolje spremljate in
razumete zgodovino njene uporabe.
• Pred vsako uporabo obvezno preverite zavoro in se prepričajte, da
so vse njene komponente (ročaj, zagozda, prirobnice) brez okvar in v
dobrem delovnem stanju.
Embalaža, shranjevanje, vzdrževanje in čiščenje
Vsak izdelek je zapakiran skupaj z NAVODILI ZA UPORABO. Pravilno
vzdrževanje in shranjevanje je nujno potrebno za zagotovitev pravilnega
delovanja izdelka (in vaše opreme) in posledično vaše varnosti.
Izdelek čistite s krtačo pod tekočo hladno vodo iz domačega vodovoda. V
primeru trdovratnih madežev izdelek očistite v topli vodi (največ 30°C) z
navadnim milom. Nato ga temeljito sperite, obrišite z brisačo in naravno
posušite v senčnem prezračenem prostoru, ločeno od virov toplote.
Po potrebi gibljive spoje zagozde in ročaja zmerno namažite z oljem na
osnovi silicija.
Temperature
Izdelek lahko uporabljate v temperaturnem območju med –20°C in +60°C,
vendar pa je priporočljivo, da ga shranjujete na sobni temperaturi v suhem
prostoru.

Življenjska doba
Življenjska doba je določena z datumom proizvodnje in je teoretično
neomejena. Uporabna doba se prične z datumom prve uporabe in je
odvisna od pogostosti in načina uporabe, od okolja v katerem napravo
uporabljamo (npr. morsko, jamsko ali drugače korozivno okolje), ter od
mehanske obrabe in poškodb. Zaradi tega je zelo težko določiti
predvideno uporabno dobo določene naprave.
Umik iz uporabe je zato prepuščen uporabnikovim rednim pregledom med
dvema uporabama in obvezni letni inšpekciji kompetentne osebe.
Garancija in njene omejitve
Za ta izdelek velja garancija za obdobje 3 let od nakupa za primer kakršnih
koli poškodb materiala ali izdelave. Garancija ne velja v primerih zlorabe,
običajne obrabe, nepooblaščenih posegov ali sprememb, nepravilne
uporabe, nepravilnega vzdrževanja, nesreče, malomarnosti, poškodbe ali
če izdelek ni bil uporabljen za predvideni namen. Če odkrijete okvaro,
izdelek vrnite prodajnemu posredniku, pri katerem ste izdelek kupili, ali
neposredno podjetju ANTHRON.
Podjetje ANTHRON ne odgovarja za posledice neposredne,
posredne, naključne ali kakršne koli druge vrste škode, ki izhaja iz
uporabe tega izdelka.

Dieses Gerät wurde entwickelt, um Ihnen einen von der persönlichen
Schutzausrüstung nach der EU-Verordnung 2016/425 zu erwartenden
Sicherheitsgrad anzubieten.
SICHERHEITSMASSNAHMEN UND WARNUNGEN
a) Es gibt unzählige und sogar unvorstellbar mögliche Einsatzmöglichkeiten
dieses Gerätes. Nur Techniken, die auf den Abbildungen dargestellt sind,
welche nicht überkreuzt sind oder einen Schädel abbilden, werden
empfohlen und von der Garantie gedeckt.
b) Dieses Produkt darf nur von entsprechend ausgebildeten Personen
benutzt werden, ansonsten muss der Benutzer von geschultem Personal,
welches die Sicherheit gewährleisten kann, ständig überwacht werden.
Dies umfasst Haftungsansprüche gegen Schäden, Verletzungen und Tod,
welche durch unsachgemäße oder missbräuchliche Verwendung des
Gerätes entstanden sind.
c) Dieses Produkt darf in Kombination mit einer mit der EU-Verordnung
2016/425 konformen persönlichen Schutzausrüstung und in
Übereinstimmung mit den einschlägigen Informationen eingesetzt
werden.
d) Die Lebensdauer dieses Produktes verlängert sich, wenn es mit Sorgfalt
verwendet wird. Insbesondere muss Abreiben gegen rauhe Oberflächen
und/oder scharfe Kanten vermieden werden.
e) Die primäre Funktion des Abseilgerätes ist das Fortschreiten entlang des
Arbeitsseils und es ist nicht für den Einsatz in einem Auffangsystem
geeignet. Es muss immer in Verbindung mit einem Auffanggerät auf
einem unabhängigen Sicherheitsseil verwendet werden.
f) Die Bremswirkung des Gerätes und somit Ihre Sicherheit können
erheblich verringert werden, falls das Gerät oder das Seil verschmutzt,
beölt, verschlammt oder vereist sind.
g) Längere Verwendung in salzhaltiger Umgebung (z. B. Seeklippen) kann
die Leistung des Produktes beinträchtigen.
h) Setzen Sie das Gerät nicht großer Hitze oder Kälte aus (siehe Arbeits- und
Lagertemperatur).
i) Jeden Kontakt mit chemischen Reagenzien vermeiden, da diese die
Listung dieses Produktes beeinträchtigen können. Zweifelfällen dene
Hersteller kontaktieren.
j) Das Abseilgerät sollte nie an Ort und Stelle (besonders im Freien), d. h.

am Arbeitsplatz, wegen Verwitterungsverschleiß des Seils
zurückgelassen werden.
k) Dieses Gerät wurde nicht für den sicheren Gebrauch in
explosionsgefährdeten Bereichen getestet.
FUNKTIONSPRINZIPIEN

Das Abseilgerät kann entweder mit einem Gurtzeug in Übereinstimmung mit
entweder EN 361, EN 813 oder EN 12277 (Abb. 4/A – Diabilder mit Abseilgerät
entlang des Seiles) oder mit einem Anker befestigt werden (Abb. 4/C – das Seil
rutscht durch das unbewegliche Abseilgerät). Um das Abseilgerät am Seil
anzubringen, zuerst eine Schlaufe am Seil bilden (1/B). Der Griff des
Abseilgerätes muss auf seine äußerste Offenstellung geschoben und die
Klemmklampe aus dem Abseilgerät auf ihren Endpunkt gezogen werden. Nun
kann die Schlaufe zwischen beiden Flanschen an ihren unteren Enden
eingeschoben werden (1A), das heißt, zwischen dem Befestigungspunkt und
der Klemmklampe. Es sollte darauf geachtet werden, dass das Arbeitsende
(Lastaufnahmeende) des Seiles durch die Klemmklampe und das freie Ende
des Seiles durch den Karabiner das Abseilgerät verlässt. Dann die Schlaufe um
die Klemmklampe zwischen den Oberteilen beider Flanschen führen und
schließlich die Klemmklampe mit der Schlaufe auffangen. Am Ende die
Klemmklampe in das Abseilgerät zurückbewegen, so dass sie das Seil
umfasst. Falls das Seil nicht korrekt eingesetzt ist, wird das Abseilgerät am Seil
sperren und daher von keinem Nutzen sein.

Vor jedem Gebrauch eine Funktionsprüfung des Gerätes durch Belastungstest
mit eigenem Körper und Sicherung durch anderweitige Sicherungsmittel
durchführen. Darüber hinaus ist es wichtig die Zuverlässigkeit und Sicherheit
des gesamten Sicherheitssystems, auf welches Sie angewiesen sind, zu
beurteilen: entsprechende Beständigkeit der Anker (EN 795) und deren
korrekte (höhere) Positionierung für das Aufhalten eines Sturzes und
Verhinderung der Pendeleffekte, korrekte Positionierung des Seiles – z. B.
Schutz gegen Abreiben an scharfen Kanten oder Spitzen, Verhinderung
behinderter Fahrt des Abseilgerätes, Redundanz usw. – und Bindung eines
Sperrknotens am freien Ende des Seiles. Jegliche Überlast oder dynamische
Belastung des Abseilgerätes kann das Seil beschädigen.

Beim Laden des Systems sollte der Benutzer das freie Ende des Seiles mit
einer Hand halten und mit der anderen Hand den Griff gegen den Körper des
Abseilgerätes langsam schieben (Abb. 4/A). Dies entsperrt das Seil und
ermöglicht ein kontrolliertes Abseilen. e höchstens zugelassene Di
Abseilgeschwindigkeit ist 2 m/s. Durch erhöhten Druck auf den Griff wird der
Benutzer die zweite Bremsposition des Abseilgerätes aktivieren (Anti-Panik)
und wenn der Druck hoch genug ist, wird das Abseilen völlig gesperrt (Abb.
4/B). Durch völliges Loslassen des Griffes wird das Abseilen automatisch
gesperrt (Abb. 2/A).

Verwenden Sie einen zweiten Bremskarabiner, um sich aus einer fixierten
Position herabzusenken (Abb. 4/C). Um versehentliches unkontrolliertes
Abseilen zu verhindern, kann das Abseilgerät durch Bilden einer Schlaufe am
freien Ende des Seiles komplett abgesperrt werden, indem es durch den
Verbindungskarabiner geführt und das gesamte Abseilgerät mit der Schlaufe
abgefangen wird (Abb. 4/D).

Diese Evakuierungsmethode darf nur durch Rettungskräfte
durchgeführt werden, welche in dieser Technik gezielt geschult sind.
Keine Stoßbelastung wird toleriert. Der Retter befestigt das Abseilgerät an
seinem Gurtzeug und verbindet die verletzte Person mit Hilfe eines
zusätzlichen Tragegurtes. Die Verwendung eines zusätzlichen
Bremskarabiners sowie von Handschuhen ist verbindlich.
Der Retter und die verletzte Person müssen durch ein zusätzliches
unabhängig verankertes Sicherheitsseil gesichert sein.
WARNUNG: Bei Geschwindigkeiten über 1 m/s während
Rettungsaktionen kann das Abseilgerät in solchem Maße erhitzt werden,
dass das Seil beschädigt wird.

Ziehen Sie das freie Seilende durch die Seilnut am oberen Ende des
Bremshebels und verbinden Sie es mithilfe des Rollenblocks mit dem
funktionierenden Seilende (Abb. 6). Im Arbeitsfeld soll das Rollen immer
mithilfe des Sicherheitsseils erfolgen.
ALLGEMEINE INFORMATIONEN
Regelmäßige Prüfung:
• Verwenden Sie das Gerät nicht mehr, sobald es Anzeichen von
Verschleiß zeigt (für Seilabrieb siehe Anzeige auf der schwenkbaren
Riemenscheibe) oder nach einem schweren Sturz oder Stoß. Dies
könnte innere oder unsichtbare Schäden verursachen, welche seine
Stärke erheblich beinträchtigen könnten. Im Zweifelfall das Gerät als
beschädigt betrachten oder sich an ANTHRON wenden.
• Regelmäßige periodische Überprüfungen sollten mindestens einmal
jährlich von einer bevollmächtigten Person durchgeführt werden. Zu
diesem Zweck sollte ein Prüfprotokoll abgefasst werden (siehe
Rückseite dieser Anleitung). Darüber hinaus empfehlen wir, dass ein
Satz der Ausstattung nur von einer Person verwendet wird, da seine
Verwendungsgeschichte auf diese Weise am besten verfolgt und
verstanden werden kann.
• Vor jeder Verwendung ist es unbedingt erforderlich das Abseilgerät zu
überprüfen und sicherzustellen, dass alle seine Bestandteile (Griff,
Klemmklampe, Flanschen) einwandfrei und in gutem Arbeitszustand
sind.

Verpackung, Lagerung, Wartung und Reinigung
Jedes Produkt wurde mit eigener GEBRAUCHSANWEISUNG verpackt.
Richtige Wartung und Lagerung sind zwingend, um die korrekte Funktion der
Produkte (sowie der gesamte Ausstattung) und damit Ihre Sicherheit zu
gewährleisten. Das Produkt mit einer Bürste unter fließendem kalten
Haushaltswasser reingen. Wenn die Flecken zu hartnäckig sind, in warmem
Wasser (maximal 30°C) mit gewöhnlicher Seife reinigen. Danach gründlich
auswaschen, mit einem Handtuch abwischen und an einem schattigen,
belüfteten Ort, entfernt von Wärmequellen, natürlich trocknen lassen. Bei
Bedarf die beweglichen Verbindungen der Klemmklampen und den Griff
sparsam mit Silikonöl einschmieren.
Temperaturen
Während es zulässig ist, dieses Produkt im Temperaturbereich von -20°C bis
+60°C zu verwenden, ist die Lagerung bei Raumtemperatur an einem
trockenen Ort ratsam.
Lebensdauer
Die Lebensdauer ist mit dem Datum der Produktion festgelegt und ist
theoretisch unbegrenzt. Die Betriebsdauer beginnt mit dem Datum der ersten
Verwendung und ist von der Häufigkeit und von der Art der Nutzung, von dem
Umfeld, in dem die Anlage genutzt wird (z.B. Marinas, untertägiges oder ein
auf eine andere Weise korrosives Umfeld) sowie vom mechanischen
Verschleiß und von Beschädigungen abhängig. Es ist deswegen sehr
schwierig, die erwartete Betriebsdauer einer Anlage festzusetzen.
Deswegen ist die Entscheidung über die Außerbetriebnahme dem Benutzer
auf Grund seiner regelmäßigen Überprüfungen zwischen zwei Nutzungen
sowie der kompetenten Person, welche die verbindliche jährliche Inspektion
vornimmt, überlassen.
Garantie und ihre Begrenzungen
Dieses Produkt hat eine Garantie von 3 Jahren ab Kaufdatum auf jegliche
Material- oder Herstellungsfehler. Die Garantie gilt nicht in Fällen von
Missbrauch, bei normaler Abnutzung, unerlaubten Modifikationen oder
Änderungen, unsachgemäßer Verwendung, unsachgemäßer Wartung,
Unfällen, Fahrlässigkeit, Beschädigung oder wenn das Produkt für Zwecke
verwendet wird, für welche es nicht ausgelegt ist. Wenn Sie einen Schaden
entdecken, sollen Sie das Produkt an den Händler zurückgeben, von
welchem Sie das Produkt erworben haben, oder sich direkt an ANTHRON
wenden.
ANTHRON ist nicht verantwortlich für die Folgen direkter, indirekter,
zufälliger oder jeder anderen Art von Schäden, welche sich aus der
Verwendung dieses Produktes ergeben.

Toto zařízení bylo navrženo tak, aby Vám bezpečnost v míře, jež se u
osobních ochranných pomůcek předpokládá v souladu s Evropským
nařízením (EU) 2016/425.
BEZPEČNOSTNÍ OPATŘENÍ A VAROVÁNÍ
a) Toto zařízení může sloužit k nespočtu různých použití. Doporučené a
chráněné zárukou jsou pouze takové techniky, které nejsou
přeškrtnuté nebo doplněné symbolem lebky.
b) Tento výrobek musí být používán pouze vhodně vyškolenými
osobami. V opačném případě musí být jeho uživatel neustále pod
dozorem vyškolené osoby, která musí zajistit bezpečnost. To zahrnuje
zajištění proti škodám, zraněním a smrti, které mohou nastat
nevhodným užitím nebo zneužitím zařízení.
c) Tento výrobek lze používat v kombinaci s vybavením osobní ochrany,
které odpovídá nařízení (EU) 2016/425 a je v souladu s příslušnými
informacemi.
d) Životnost tohoto výrobku se správnou péčí prodlužuje. Zejména je
třeba vyhýbat se tření na abrazivních površích a přes ostré hrany.
e) Primární funkcí slaňovací brzdy je postup po pracovním laně a není
vhodná pro použití do systémů zachycování pádu. Vždy musí být
používána v kombinaci se zachycovači pádu na nezávislém
zabezpečovacím lanu.
f) Brzdná funkce zařízení a tedy i vaše bezpečnost mohou být značně
omezeny, jestliže je lano špinavé, mastné, zabahněné nebo namrzlé.
g) Delší používání ve slaném prostředí (např. mořské útesy) může mít
vliv na funkci výrobku.
h) Nevystavujte zařízení nadměrnému horku či chladu (viz pracovní a
skladovací teplota).
i) Vyhněte se jakémukoliv kontaktu s chemickými činidly, protože ty
mohou mít vliv na funkci výrobku. Jestliže si nejste v něčem jistí,
obraťte se na výrobce.
j) Slaňovací brzda by neměla být ponechána ladem (zejména venku),
protože počasí může mít negativní vliv na lano.
k) Toto zařízení nebylo testováno pro bezpečné používání ve výbušném
prostředí.
