1. Technical information
Bucket Scraper: Equipment attached behind tractor that carries soil
with it.
Laser Transmitter: Rotary Laser beam is emitted out of this device
which creates a laser field.
Laser Receiver: It detects the laser beam and follows it for levelling
Control Panel: It allows driver/operator to control the functionality
and movement of machine.
Power Cable: It connects battery with the control panel through a 2
pin connector.
Receiver Cable: Having 4 pin connector on both ends, it connects
Receiver and control panel
Valve Cable: Having 3 pin connector on one side, it connects
Hydraulic Valve with Control panel.
Hydraulic Valve: Directional Valve that controls the bucket
movement.
Hydraulic Cylinder: Dual acting piston hydraulic cylinder executes
the motion.
Pre Installation Checks:
Get the tractor serviced and confirm that everything is working fine.
There must be sufficient hydraulic oil in the tractor.

2. Laser Transmitter:
Laser Safety Warning:
Please don’t stare into Laser Beam directly. It can cause permanent
damage to eyes.
Keep your eyes away from Laser Beam, in case of any complicacy,
immediately contact skilled medical practitioner.
Instructions for safe usage:
General:
Don’t use in extreme conditions such as dust/smoke/fume etc.
Don’t try to open the equipment. Keep it safe from fire, electric shocks
and radiation.
Tripod:
Install tripod properly and use lock to maintain the slider height
Screw the transmitter properly on the tripod bolt
How to use:
1. Place the transmitter on tripod screw and place horizontally near the
field to be levelled.
2. Press the green key and start the transmitter.
Slope:
Uniaxial slope can be given on either side of the transmitter
Start the transmitter.
Press one of the Slope keys in which direction drainage is required.
A Laser Beam will start moving down.

Again press the same slope key where the desired slope is achieved.
3. Laser Receiver:
Installation:
Working:
Receiver gets power from control panel.
Controlling of receiver is done by control panel.
When the Control Panel starts, LED light start blinking at Receiver.
Properly mount the Receiver on Bucket.
Connect the receiver wire properly
Connect other end of cable to control panel.

4. Control Panel:
Working:
Start tractor.
Now press Power key On Control Box.
The LEDs will blink on Receiver.
Press Auto Key and auto mode is activated.
5. Bucket Scraper:
Mount the control box on tractor.
Connect the Control panel through
power cable with tractor battery
Connect Valve through Valve Cable to
control panel using 3 Pin connector.

Installation:
Connect Bucket to tractor using Hook.
Connect Valve to tractor hydraulic. Connect P point on valve to
Pressure ant T point to Tank
Start tractor and Switch on the Control Panel.
Use Up/Down switch to check the pressure.
6. Levelling:
Turn on the device after proper Connection.
Switch On Transmitter.
Switch On control box (ON), and Press Auto button.
Set Receiver according to the Transmitter Range
Set Bucket at Ground level and Check lend level.
Continue the Levelling process till the land is not levelled.

7. Troubleshooting:
Bucket scraper Does not work:-
1. Check all the connections if anyone is stretched or something.
2. Check Hydraulic oil level in tractor.
3. If any major problem contact customer care.
8. Service & Maintenance
Put all electronic devices in carrying case to prevent any kind of
physical damage.
Check all connecting cable for damage time to time.
Cleaning:
1. Switch off and disconnect all sensors.
2. Have a soft and clean cloth for cleaning.
3. Remove all the dust using dry cloth.
4. A cleaning agent can be sprayed on another clean cloth and remaining
dirt can be removed.
5. Wait till drying.
Note: Don’t rub the display carelessly as the visibility may reduce.
