The Dosatech is the ideal peristaltic pump for dispensing a liquid solution. Thanks to the hose it is possible to add
various types of solutions to your system.
It is also possible to dispense by means of a continuous setting through the use of external automation, with one or
more metering devices.
SAFETY
• Always insert the mains plug of the device in a switched socket with cover.
• Always use a residual-current device (RCD) (max. 30 mA).
• Always make sure that the device is voltage-free before you perform maintenance or repair work on the device.
Never insert from the plug in or remove it from a socket if you are standing in a pool of water or have wet hands.
• This product is not suitable for use by persons (including children) with reduced physical, sensory or intellectual
capacities, or lack of experience and knowledge, unless they are supervised or instructed on the use of the device
by a person responsible for their safety.
• The power lead of this device is not replaceable. In the event of damage to the power lead the complete device
must be replaced. A device with cut off plug is not covered by warranty.
• Never immerse the device in water.
• Keep children away from this device and the lead.
• This product is only to be used in accordance with the guidelines described in this manual.
Important Please read these instructions for use carefully before installing this device.
The easily programmable timer makes it possible to dispense fully automatically, from 1 to 24 times a day.
You can set the amount of liquid by entering the desired number of seconds of dispensing per metering
event. The number of seconds of dispensing per metering event can be set between 0 and 600.

INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS
1. Decide where you want to mount the device. The best place is after the filter, heater and/or the UV-C unit (if
present). Liquids should always be dispensed after the UV treatment, never before!
2. Mount the device on the mounting points (H) using screws appropriate for the material in which they will be
fastened (not included).
3. Fit the suction hose (A) at the left and the discharge hose (B) at the right, on the ends of the pump (F) hose.
4. Fit the injection valve (D) at the appropriate point in the piping, always after the UV-C unit (if present).
5. Place the suction foot valve (C) in the container of liquid to be dispensed. Ensure that the suction foot valve (C) is
always touching the bottom of the container.
FUNCTIONS
The metering pump can be used in two different ways:
1. Internal dispensing time settings
Up to 24 metering events, each with a maximum duration of 600 seconds, can be set using the internal
dispensing time settings. For settings, see ‘Settings C’. Using the ‘up’ and ‘down’ keys you can easily navigate/scroll
through the settings.
2. External dispensing time settings
With the external metering function, dispensing via the metering pump can be controlled by switching the
power supply on and off. As long as the device has power the device will dispense, and when the power is
interrupted the device will stop. This function allows you to control one or more metering pumps, manually
or fully automatically. This function can be activated and deactivated with the control buttons. To activate and
deactivate continuous metering, see ‘Settings D and E’.
First use
The first time the metering pump is switched on by inserting the plug in the mains socket, the display shows ‘00:00’.
This means that the clock must be set first. See ‘settings’.
Warning! In the event of a power failure/interruption, the last current time display and the metering settings will
be remembered. After the power supply is restored, the device will start at the saved time and continue metering
according to the set dispensing times. The duration of the power interruption will also be the difference between the
display time and the current time. The device will therefore continue metering according to the settings, but at a later
time. You must correct the time manually. See ‘Settings B’.

IMPORTANT INFO
First step before switching on the Dosatech (drawing 1)
When the pump cup has been stationary for an extended period of time, it may become stuck. You will then
hear a clicking sound. This can be prevented (only before switching on) by activating the silicone grease by
pulling the hose back and forth two times.
This device is only capable of metering; it is not capable of measuring parameter values.
Metering pump
• Ensure that the hoses of the metering pumps are filled with liquid and contain no air.
• 1 sec = 0.5 cc based on a viscosity (fluid thickness) equal to that of water.
• Max. metering time: 600 sec. per metering event.

Replace the pump cup at least once per year (drawing 2).
During maintenance/disassembly, always disconnect power to the device.
1. Remove the screws (E).
2. Remove the pump cup (F) from the housing (G).
3. Place the new pump cup (F) back on the housing (G).

The product is guaranteed against manufacturing defects for 24 months from the date of purchase. Warranty claims
can only be processed if the product is returned postage paid, accompanied by a valid proof of purchase. Warranty
repairs may only be carried out by the supplier. Warranty claims that are the result of incorrect installation or operation
will not be honoured. Defects caused by poor maintenance will also not be covered under warranty. The supplier is in
no way responsible for damage caused by misuse of the product. The supplier cannot be held liable for consequential
damage due to failure of the device. Reclamations based on transport damage can only be accepted if the damage
was found or confirmed by the carrier at the time of delivery. Only then can the carrier or postal service be held liable.

Dosatech ist die ideale peristaltische Pumpe zum Dosieren flüssiger Lösungen. Der Schlauch macht es möglich, Ihrem
System verschiedene Arten chemischer Lösungen zuzusetzen.
Möglich ist auch eine Dauereinstellung für die Dosierung, und zwar durch externe Automatisierung mit einem oder
mehreren Automaten.
SICHERHEIT
• Den Gerätestecker immer in eine geschaltete Steckdose mit Schutzdeckel stecken.
• Grundsätzlich einen Erdschlussschalter verwenden (max. 30mA).
• Grundsätzlich dafür sorgen, dass das Gerät spannungsfrei ist, bevor Sie Wartungs- oder Reparaturarbeiten daran
vornehmen. Den Stecker nie in die Steckdose stecken bzw. herausziehen, wenn Sie in einer Pfütze stehen oder
nasse Hände haben.
• Dieses Gerät darf nicht von Personen (einschließlich Kindern) benutzt werden, die körperlich, geistig oder in ihrer
Sinneswahrnehmung eingeschränkt sind oder denen es an Wissen und Erfahrung fehlt, es sei denn, sie stehen
unter Aufsicht oder werden von einer für ihre Sicherheit verantwortlichen Person angeleitet.

Der Timer kann auf einfache Weise auf 1 bis 24 vollautomatische Dosierungen am Tag programmiert
werden. Die Flüssigkeitsmenge stellen Sie ein, indem Sie pro Dosierung die gewünschte Dosierzeit (in
Sekunden) eingeben. Diese kann pro Dosierung auf 0 bis 600 Sekunden eingestellt werden.

MONTAGEANWEISUNGEN
1. Die Stelle bestimmen, an der das Gerät installiert werden soll. Am besten ist eine Stelle nach dem Filter, Heizgerät
und/oder UV-C-Gerät (sofern vorhanden). Flüssigkeiten müssen grundsätzlich nach der UV-Behandlung dosiert
werden, auf keinen Fall davor!
2. Das Gerät mit auf den Untergrund abgestimmten Schrauben (gehören nicht zum Lieferumfang) an den
Befestigungsstellen (H) befestigen.
3. Den Saugschlauch (A) links und den Druckschlauch (B) rechts an den Enden des Schlauchs der Pumpe (F)
anbringen.
4. Das Einspritzventil (D) an der dafür bestimmten Stelle im Leitungssystem anbringen, und zwar immer nach dem
UV-C-Gerät (sofern vorhanden).
5. Das Ansaug-Fußventil (C) in die Kanne mit der zu dosierenden Flüssigkeit einsetzen. Dafür sorgen, dass sich das
Ansaug-Fußventil (C) immer auf dem Kannenboden befindet.
FUNKTIONEN
Die Dosierpumpe kann auf zwei Arten benutzt werden:
1. Interne Dosierzeit-Einstellungen
Mit dieser Funktion (interne Dosierzeit-Einstellungen) können pro Tag bis zu 24 Dosierzeiten von jeweils maximal
600 Sekunden Dauer eingestellt werden. Für die Einstellungen siehe 'Einstellungen C'. Mit den Tasten 'up' und
'down' können Sie leicht zwischen den Einstellungen navigieren/scrollen.
2. Externe Dosierzeit-Einstellungen
Über die externe Dosierfunktion kann die Dosierpumpe durch Ein- und Ausschalten der Spannungsversorgung
dosieren. Das Gerät dosiert, solange es mit Spannung versorgt wird, und schaltet sich aus, wenn die Spannung
unterbrochen wird. Diese Funktion macht es möglich, eine oder mehrere Dosierpumpen manuell oder
vollautomatisch zu bedienen. Sie kann über die Bedienungstasten aktiviert und deaktiviert werden. Zum
Aktivieren und Deaktivieren der Dauerdosierung siehe 'Einstellungen D und E'.
Erstmaliger Gebrauch
Wenn die Dosierpumpe zum ersten Mal eingeschaltet wird, indem man den Stecker in die Steckdose steckt, erscheint
auf dem Display '00:00'. Dies bedeutet, dass zuerst die Uhrzeit eingestellt werden muss. Siehe 'Einstellungen'.
Zur Beachtung: Bei einer Stromstörung/-unterbrechung werden die letzte Zeitangabe (aktuelle Zeit) und die
Dosiereinstellungen gespeichert. Wenn die Stromzufuhr wiederhergestellt ist, erfolgt ein Neustart des Geräts mit der
gespeicherten Zeit, und die Dosierung wird zu den eingestellten Dosierzeiten fortgesetzt. Der Unterschied zwischen
der angezeigten und der aktuellen Zeit entspricht der Dauer der Störung. Die Dosierung erfolgt also weiterhin den
Einstellungen entsprechend, jedoch zu einem späteren Zeitpunkt. Die Uhrzeit muss manuell korrigiert werden. Siehe
'Einstellungen B'.

WICHTIGE INFORMATIONEN
Erster Schritt vor dem Einschalten der Dosatech-Pumpe (Zeichnung 1)
Wenn der Pumpenkopf länger nicht in Bewegung ist, besteht die Gefahr, dass er hängen bleibt. Man hört dies
an einem Klicken. Dies kann verhindert werden, indem man zuvor das Silikonfett aktiviert. Dazu den kleinen
Schlauch zweimal hin und her ziehen.
Das Gerät dosiert lediglich; es ist nicht in der Lage, Parameterwerte zu messen.
Dosierpumpe
• Die Schläuche der Dosierpumpen müssen immer mit Flüssigkeit gefüllt sein, und es darf
sich keine Luft darin befinden.
• 1 Sek. = 0,5 ccm basierend auf einer Wasser entsprechenden Viskosität (Zähigkeit einer
Flüssigkeit).
• Max. Dosierzeit: 600 Sek. pro Dosierung.
WARTUNG
Das Gerät mit einem gut ausgewrungenen, feuchten Tuch reinigen.

DEMONTAGE/WARTUNG
Der Pumpenkopf muss mindestens einmal im Jahr ausgetauscht werden (Zeichnung 2).
Bei Wartung/Demontage das Gerät grundsätzlich von der Stromzufuhr trennen.

Auf das Produkt wird für die Dauer von 24 Monaten nach dem Kaufdatum eine Garantie gegen Herstellungsfehler
gewährt. Garantiefälle können nur bearbeitet werden, wenn das Produkt portofrei zusammen mit einem gültigen
Kaufnachweis eingeschickt wird. Reparaturen im Rahmen der Garantie dürfen nur vom Lieferanten ausgeführt
werden. Garantieansprüche infolge von Installations- oder Bedienungsfehlern werden nicht anerkannt. Aus
mangelhafter Wartung resultierende Schäden sind ebenfalls von der Garantie ausgeschlossen. Der Lieferant ist
in keiner Weise für Schäden verantwortlich, die durch einen falschen Einsatz des Geräts verursacht werden. Der
Lieferant kann nicht für Folgeschäden haftbar gemacht werden, die durch den Ausfall des Geräts verursacht werden.

Dosatech est la pompe péristaltique idéale pour le dosage d’une solution liquide. Le tuyau permet d'ajouter divers
types de solutions à votre système.
Il est aussi possible de doser via un réglage continu au moyen d’un système automatisé externe, avec un ou plusieurs
appareils.
SÉCURITÉ
• Insérez toujours la fiche de l’appareil dans une prise avec mise à la terre dotée d’un clapet de fermeture.
• Utilisez toujours une mise à la terre (Max 30 mA).
• Veillez toujours à ce que l’appareil ne soit plus sous tension avant de procéder à des travaux de maintenance ou
de remplacement. N'insérez/ne retirez jamais la fiche de la prise avec les pieds dans une flaque d'eau ou les mains
mouillées.
• Cet appareil n'est pas conçu pour être utilisé par des personnes (y compris des enfants) aux capacités corporelles,
sensorielles ou mentales amoindries, ou ne disposant pas de l'expérience ou des connaissances requises, sauf si
elles sont sous la supervision ou reçoivent des instructions concernant l'utilisation de l'appareil d'une personne
responsable de leur sécurité.
• Il est impossible de remplacer le câble de cet appareil. En cas d'endommagement du câble électrique, il faut
remplacer l'appareil complet. Un appareil avec fiche coupée n’est pas couvert par la garantie.

Avant d’installer cet appareil, lisez attentivement cette notice d’utilisation.
Grâce à la minuterie aisée à programmer, il est possible de doser entièrement automatiquement de 1 à 24
fois par jour. La quantité de liquide se règle en ajustant le nombre de secondes de dosage pour chaque
cycle. La durée de dosage par cycle peut être ajustée entre 0 et 600 secondes.

INSTRUCTIONS DE MONTAGE
1. Déterminez la position souhaitée de l’appareil. La position idéale est directement en aval du filtre, du réchauffeur
et/ou de l'unité UV-C (le cas échéant). Les liquides doivent toujours être dosés après le traitementUV,jamaisavant !
2. Fixez l'appareil sur les points de fixation (H) au moyen de vis convenant pour le substrat (pas livrées).
3. Montez le tuyau d’aspiration (A) à gauche et le tuyau de refoulement (B) à droite sur les extrémités du tuyau de la
pompe (F).
4. Montez le clapet d’injection (D) à l'endroit voulu dans la tuyauterie, toujours en aval de l'unité UV-C (le cas
échéant).
5. Placez clapet de pied d’aspiration (C) dans le récipient avec le liquide à doser. Veillez à ce que le clapet de pied
d'aspiration (C) se trouve toujours au fond du récipient.
FONCTIONS
La pompe de dosage s'utilise de deux manières différentes :
1. Réglages internes des temps de dosage
Les réglages internes des temps de dosage permettent de paramétrer quotidiennement un maximum de 24
cycles de dosage d'une durée maximale de 600 secondes par cycle. Pour les réglages, voyez ‘Réglages C’. Les
touches ‘vers le haut’ et ‘vers le bas’ permettent de naviguer aisément dans les paramétrages.
2. Réglages externes des temps de dosage
Avec la fonction de dosage externe, la pompe de dosage peut injecter grâce à l'activation/la désactivation de la
tension d'alimentation. Tant que l'appareil reçoit une tension, il injecte et lorsque la tension est coupée, il s’arrête.
Cette fonction permet de commander une ou plusieurs pompes de dosage en mode manuel ou entièrement
automatique. Cette fonction est activée et désactivée au moyen des touches de commande. Pour l'activation et la
désactivation du dosage en continu, voyez ‘Réglages D et E’.
Première utilisation
Lorsque la pompe de dosage est activée pour la première fois en insérant la fiche dans la prise, l'écran affiche ’00:00’.
Cela signifie qu’il faut d’abord régler l’heure. Voir ‘Réglages’.
Attention ! En cas de coupure/panne de courant, le dernier affichage de l'heure et les derniers réglages de dosage
sont conservés. Après rétablissement du courant, l'appareil démarre à l'heure enregistrée et continue à doser selon
les temps de dosage paramétrés. La durée de la panne est aussi la différence entre l'heure affichée et l'heure réelle.
Par conséquent, l'appareil continue de doser conformément aux réglages, mais à un moment ultérieur. Vous devez
donc corriger manuellement l'heure. Voyez ‘Réglages B’.

IMPORTANT
Première action pour l'activation de Dosatech (figure 1)
Lorsque la tête de pompe reste immobile durant un laps de temps prolongé, elle risque de se gripper. Un clic
est alors audible. Pour éviter ce phénomène, activez (uniquement avant la mise en service) la graisse silicone en
imprimant à deux reprises un mouvement de va-et-vient au tuyau.
Cet appareil est uniquement destiné au dosage, il n’est pas conçu pour mesurer des valeurs de paramètres.
Pompe de dosage
• Veillez à ce que les tuyaux des pompes de dosage soient remplis de liquide et exempts
d’air.
• 1 seconde = 0,5 cc sur la base d’une viscosité (densité de liquide) égale à celle de l’eau.
• Temps de dosagemax.: 600 secondes par cycle.

Nettoyez l'appareil avec un chiffon humide bien essoré.
