Use conditions
1. Used for JIS standard 20L open pail cans.
2. Compressor:5HP(3.75KW)
3. Supply air pressure:0.4~0.6MPa.
4. Acceptable viscosity:Under 3,000cP.
How to use
① Place the cleaner on a pail can so that the edge of the pail can fits
perfectly in the groove of rubber packing on the back of cleaner.
② Connect the air hose with the air valve closed.
③ When the air valve is opened, start to suck liquid / powder from the
tip nozzle.
④ In case of liquid collection, inhalation will stop automatically when
the can is full (about 17L).(*Except to S type model)
⑤ Close the air valve after use.
⑥ Remove the air hose.
⑦ Remove the cleaner from pail can.
*Necessary to use filter for powder inhalation.
【Attention】
① S type model does not include an oil stopper.
The inhalation does not stop even if the can is full. Please watch out
the volume of inside pail can. If you continue inhaling when the can
is full, the liquid will spurt out as mist from the ejector. If you need
the automatic stop function, purchase and install the optional oil
stopper.
② For powder inhalation, attach a filter surely. If the filter is not
attached, the sucked powder may spurt out from the ejector.
(Excluding S type model)In addition, the acoustic material of the
silencer may get wet or clogged, and leads to power depression.
③ Supply air pressure
Under 0.4MPa, the suction power is weak and it may not perform well.
Over 0.6MPa, the pail may be crushed.
Ensure to use with proper range of supply air pressure.

5
If the below Case Happens …
1. Do not inhale
● Is a compressor working?
● Is an air hose firmly connected?
● Is an air valve opened?
● Is a pail can deformed or crushed?
● Is a pail can full with collected materials/liquid?
● Is a filter clogged?
2. Low inhalation
● Is an air hose specified size? (More than 3/8)
● Is the air pressure low? (0.4-0.6Mpa)
● Is air leaking from the can?
(The cleaner should fit on a pail can perfectly. Are there any scratches
or dents on the pail?)
● Is the hose or suction port clogged with collected material?
● Is the air valve fully open?
● Is the hose or nozzle damaged?
● Is the viscosity of the liquid too high?
● Is the acoustic material of the silencer clogged?
● Is air leaking from swivel?
● Is the compressor HP sufficient? (3.75KW)
For other problems, please contact our service center, or sales shop sold
the product without disassembling it.
