the product for the first time. If you give the product to a third party, this instruction manual must
also be handed over. Keep this manual for future reference. The drawings in this manual may not
correspond to the physical objects. Please refer to the physical objects.
1.Safety instructions
1.1 Explanation of the symbols
On the basis of a CE marking it can be recognized that a product complies with
the legal provisions of the European legal standards and can therefore be traded
within the European Community.
Warning! Read the safety instructions carefully. The failure to follow the safety
precautions can result in serious injury or damage. Keep the operating
instructions in a safe place.
This product must not be disposed of with household waste!
Note: Pull out the mains plug!

1.2 General safety instructions
•Read the operating instructions carefully before putting the appliance into operation and
keep the instructions including the warranty, the receipt and, if possible, the box with the
internal packing.
•The appliance is designed exclusively for private use and for the envisaged purpose. This
appliance is not fit for commercial use.
•Do not use it outdoors. Keep it away from sources of heat, direct sunlight, humidity (never
dip it into any liquid) and sharp edges.
•Do not use the appliance with wet hands. If the appliance is humid or wet, unplug it
immediately.
•Do not operate the device unsupervised. If you leave the room, always switch off the device.
Pull the plug out of the socket.
•The device and the power cord must be checked regularly for signs of damage. If damage is
found, the device may no longer be used.
•Only use original accessories and spare parts.
•Only use accessories that are expressly recommended by the manufacturer for this device.
•For the safety of your children, do not leave any packaging parts (plastic bags, boxes,
polystyrene, etc.) accessible.
•Only connect the device to earthed sockets that correspond to the voltage of the device.
•Place the device on a level surface.
•Use the device only indoors.
•Do not use the device near a bathtub or swimming pool.
•Never immerse the power cord and plug in water or other liquids.
•Do not place the device directly under an electrical outlet.
•Do not let the power cord hang from the work surface so that children cannot pull on it.
•Do not overfill the device, otherwise short circuits and electric shocks may occur.
•Make sure that the lid is always closed during operation.
•Do not pull the plug out of the socket by the cable, but hold it by hand when pulling it out.
•We accept no liability for damage caused by disregarding the information and improper use.
•Do not connect the device to a timer or remote-controlled socket.
•Do not immerse the device in water.
•If the power cord or plug is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer or a similarly
qualified person.
•When disposing of the device, follow local regulations for the disposal of devices with
flammable gas.
•Do not keep any flammable or explosive substances in the device.
•Only fill the device with water.
•Children from 8 years of age, physically and physically restricted people should only use the
device if they have been thoroughly familiarized with the functions and the safety
precautions by a supervisor.
•Danger! This device contains the refrigerant isobutane (R600a), a natural gas with high
environmental impact, but flammable. Although it is flammable, it does not damage the
ozone layer and does not increase the greenhouse effect. The use of this refrigerant leads to
a somewhat higher noise level from the device.

In addition to the compressor noise, you can hear the flow of the refrigerant. This is
inevitable and has no negative impact on the performance of the device. Be careful during
transportation so that the refrigerant circuit is not damaged. Refrigerant leaks can irritate the
eyes.
•Danger! Fire/flammable materials hazard. Please observe the local regulations for the
disposal of devices with flammable refrigerants and gases.
•Keep ventilation openings in the device housing free of obstacles.
•Do not damage the refrigerant circuit.
•Do not use mechanical devices or other means to speed up the thawing or ice-making
process.
•Do not use other types of electrical equipment inside the ice maker.
Important notes
•Danger! Only use drinking water without additives! Additives remain in the water cycle and
contaminate the device.
•Be sure to adhere to the waiting time of 2 hours, when starting up for the first time or after
transport, so that the coolant can lower. Otherwise the cooling compressor would be
damaged.
•Do not close or block the ventilation openings in the housing.
•Do not damage the refrigerant circuit.
•When positioning the device, make sure that the power cord is not pinched or damaged.
•Make sure that there are no multiple sockets or power supplies on the back of the device.
•To avoid food contamination, please follow the instructions below:
-Regularly clean surfaces that can come into contact with food. Clean the water drain
regularly.
-If the device contains a water tank, clean it if the device has not been used for 48 hours.
Flush the tank if no water has been drawn for 5 days.
2.Intended use
•This device produces ice cubes from drinking water.
•This device may only be used for the intended purpose.
•It may only be used in the manner described in these operating instructions. The device must
not be used for commercial purposes.
•Any other use is not as intended and can lead to property damage and even personal injury.
•The manufacturer assumes no liability for damage resulting from the improper use of the
device.

5.Operation of the machine
5.1 Before first use
•Place the device on a stable, level surface. Do not place the device near heat sources or in
direct sunlight. Make sure that there is at least 20 cm space around the device so that the air
can circulate. The room temperature should be higher than 5 ° C. Do not use the device
outdoors.
•Remove all packaging parts.
•Check that the accessories are complete.
•Place the device in a suitable place.
•Clean all parts of the device that come into contact with ice with a damp cloth.
•Please leave the device unused for 2 hours when you first use it and after you have changed
its location, otherwise the compressor could be damaged.
•For hygiene reasons, you should never use the ice cubes from the first preparation.
•Please only use drinking water to make ice cubes.

Ice cube preparation, readiness, troubleshooting
Press this key:
1. to start / stop the ice cube production.
2. to resume making ice cubes after adding water when water tank is
empty; the indicator lamp ADD WATER turns off.
3. to eliminating errors.
To make ice cube:
1. Connect the mains plug to the wall socket. Do not turn on the ice maker
within 30 minutes after moving.
2.Open the lid and remove the ice cube container.
3. Pour water into the water tank up to the MAX-marking. Please use
drinking water for making ice. (The water level must be below the ice cube
tray).
4. put the ice cube tray back and close the lid
5.Press the button to start.
To stop Ice Cube Production
Press the button to stop Ice cube production.

The indicator lamp starts flashing as soon as unit was plugged into the wall
socket.
WORK LED illuminates continuously during operation.
CAUTION: Wait min. 3 minutes before switching the appliance on again to protect the
compressor.

The lamp indicates the ice storage tray is full. Remove all the ice cubes
from the tray.

Refill water indicator: shows too little water, water must be refilled. The
device switches off automatically.
1. Open the lid and remove the ice cube tray.
2. Pour drinking water into the water tank up to the MAX-marking.
3. put the ice cube tray back and close the lid. Press POWER key (1) to re-
start making ice.
6.Cleaning and storage
6.1 Cleaning
•Please always disconnect the device from the power supply before carrying out cleaning
work.
•Do not immerse the device in water.
•Note: For hygiene reasons, you should change the water in the container after 24 hours.
To avoid fungus and bacteria, please leave the lid open after use.
6.1.1 Ice cube container
•Remove the ice cube container and clean it with a mild detergent under running warm water.
6.1.2 Casing and Interior
•Clean casing and interior with a damp cloth.
•Use a diluted solution of vinegar and water.
6.1.3 Drain Residual water
•Drain the residual water if the appliance is not in use for a longer period of time.
•Rest the appliance on a table edge. Hold a bowl under residual water drain valve.
•Turn the residual water drain valve anti-clockwise to drain off the rest of water.
•Close the residual water drain valve after the residual water has been drained.
6.2 Storage
•Please keep the appliance in the original packing if you do not intend using it for long periods.
•Always keep the appliance out of the reach of children in a dry, well-ventilated place.

8.Environmentally friendly disposal
Warning Danger of suffocation! Packaging material is dangerous for children. Never let children play
with packaging material.
8.1 Disposal and packaging
•The packaging of your unit consists of materials that are necessary to guarantee effective
protection during transport. These materials are fully recyclable and therefore reduce the
environmental impact. Dispose of the packaging in a bin for recyclable materials.
8.2 Disposal of old equipment
•Old appliances must be disposed of in accordance with the guidelines and regulations of the
local waste disposal authority. Check with your local administration for the address of the
nearest recycling centre and deliver your appliance there.
The symbol of the crossed-out dustbin on a Waste electrical or electronic
equipment indicates that it must not be disposed of with household waste at
the end of its life. Collection points for waste electrical and electronic
equipment are available free of charge in your area. You can obtain the
addresses from your city or local government. You can find out about other
