Core size adjustment and paper core installation or unloading
Hold the paper guide stick against the base plate
Adjustable handle too loose or too tight
Loosen the fastening screw to adjust the width
Move the moveable paper locator to adjustable spindle while rewinding
Pull the adjustable handle in the
direction of the arrow
Rotate the adjustable handle clockwise
or counterclockwise
Adjust to the appropriate position to
release the adjustable handle
Pull the paper core into the adjustable spindle and close to the disc
Rotate 3 adjustable handles counterclockwise to fully release
Grasp the disc
Rotate the adjustable disk
Hold the paper core completely and lock the adjustable handle
Remove one or more adjustable handles to remove the paper core

Put the paper core into the three-axis
and close to the disc

start rewinding

axes and close to disc
Turn on the rewinder
Release one or more adjustable

Do not plug the power cord by wet hands to avoid the risk of electric shock.
When the products is idling, do not put fingers, sharp objects, etc. into the
rewinding module
Avoid the production in this environment to use, such as alkali oil, pesticides,
other water near the object an high humidity environment. Do not put the product
in a sloping environment, to avoid tipping over.
When the machine is finishing the rewinding work, turn off the power and unplug
the power plug, in order to avoid circuit failure occurs.
Please turn off the power before cleaning the product.
Do not flush the body directly by water.
Do not use any abrasive tools and solvents to clean which will damage
the surface, please clean the products by detergent and wipe it by a dry cloth.
Do not open the product to inspection and clean.
