IMPORTANT SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
1. READ,UNDERSTAND AND FOLLOW ALL INSTRUCTIONS BEFORE USING THIS PRODUCT.
2. Do not exceed the overall maximum load capacity of 600lbs(270kg), or maximum dumping load
capacity 220lbs (100kgs)
3. Do not allow children to use cart without supervision.
4. Do not use this cart to transport passengers.
5. This cart is not intended for highway use or to be used at high speed.
6. Distribute the load evenly over the surface of the tray.
7. Do not load items on the top edges of the tray.
8. If any parts become damaged, broken or misplaced,do not use the cart until replacement parts
have been obtained.
9. Do not use the cart on surfaces that will bring damages to the pneumatic tires.
10. Do not inflate the tires TO MORE THAN 30 psi(2.07BAR).
11. It is recommended to inspect the cart for each usage.

ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
For the easiest assembly we highly recommend working on a clear table top rather
than stay on the floor. If necessary cover the table top to avoid possible damage.
To complete the assembly , you’ll need the following tools. A Philips Head screw-
driver, and an adjustable wrench.
STEP 1:
TRAY ASSEMBLY
Place the Tray (A) upside down and
assemble the Locking Handle (B) to the
Tray (A) using M8 X 20 Bolts (J), Washers
(K) and Nuts (L). Refer Fig. 1

STEP 2:
BRACKET ASSEMBLY
Place the Left Bracket (C) in position
onto the Tray (A), secure with M8 X 20
Bolts (J), Washers (K) and Nuts (L).
Repeat step for Right Bracket (D). Refer
to Fig. 2.

STEP 3:
FRAME ASSEMBLY
Place the Frame (E) onto the Tray (A),
and insert the Axle (F) through the two
Brackets (C, D) and Frame (E). Refer to
Fig. 3

STEP 4:
STEERING ASSEMBLY
Place Steering Assembly (G) onto the
Frame (E), securing with M8 X 20 Bolts (J),
Wash ers (K) and Nuts (L). Refer to Fig. 4
STEP 5:
WHEELS ASSEMBLY
Attach the Wheels (H) to Axle (F) and
Steering Assembly (G), making the side
with valve stem facing outside, using
M12 Washers (M), and Nuts (N). Refer to
Fig. 5
STEP 6:
HANDLE ASSEMBLY
Assemble the Handle (I) to the Handle
Coupler of Steering Assembly (G), using
M6X30 Bolt (O), Washer (P) and Nut (Q).
Refer to Fig. 6
Using the dumping features
To operate the dumping feature, press the
Locking Handle to release the plastic tray from
the locking mechanism. Lift up the Locking
Handle to rotate cart upward into the dumping
position.

Returning the plastic tray to the lowered position
Rotate the plastic tray back down to the lowered position. Make sure the dumping
Locking Handles is locked into place when the tray is in the lowered position
