Congratulations on the purchase of your new Kangaroo Kabinets product. Every effort has been taken to ensure
your complete satisfaction with this custom designed product. For your convenience it is supplied in three ready to
assemble cartons.
Helpful Assembly Hints
Read the instructions carefully before starting .Check to see that all parts are included. Work in a spacious area
preferably on a carpet or soft surface. You will need a Metric allen wrench set for the assembly. Make sure you
tighten all screws and bolts securely.
Warranty Information
Kangaroo Kabinets warrants this product to be free from faulty parts or workmanship for a period of 5 years from the
date of shipment from our facility. The warranty covers manufacturer's defects and a 15 day warranty for any
shipping damages.
The warranty does not cover freight charges for any defects noticed after the first year of use. Kangaroo will replace
parts for manufacturers defects, but freight for these parts will be the responsibility of the customer requesting parts
after the first year of ownership.
Under the terms of this warranty the repair or replacement of any parts shall be at the discretion of the company or
their designated representatives. The warranty does not cover damaged caused by abuse, alteration, accident or
neglect. The warranty does not cover damage caused as result of moving the table when it is fully loaded. Remove
your machine from the table when moving the table or moving the platform.
Replacement Part Shipping Policy: To help protect our valuable resources, we ship all replacement parts out at the
same time. This procedure lessens the use of packaging materials and fossil fuel used in transportation in order to
reduce pollution. Please help us in this endeavor by reviewing ALL parts in ALL boxes for damage before calling or
e-mailing us to report damage. We adhere to our environmental philosophy by only shipping replacement parts out 1
time for free within the first year of ownership. Future parts request will be billed at the customer's expense.

1. Find Legs — sub assemblies.
2. Find Support Frame — sub assembly
4. Insert M10 bolts(3) with plastic(5) and metal(4) washers as
shown above, starting from the middle of support frame. Use
8mm hex key & 11/17 socket wrench.

3. Place support frame onto the underside of top panel and align middle
and side hinge brackets holes. Align with predrilled holes on top board A
and use S2 screws to attach the support frame to top panel.

Note. Plastic washers should be
inserted between the 2 metal
parts C and A to reduce friction.

4.Continue on both sides of the support frame as shown above.
5. Two people should slide leg sub-assembly into the
support frame bracket, at the same time slide hexagonal
rod into hexagonal insert on leg.
Locate and align 4 holes on leg flange with support bracket
and attach the 2 outside M8 bolts(1) for now.
5.Continue and repeat on the opposite side of the leg and
support frame assembly. Only attach the 2 outside M8 bolts
(1) for now.

Note. Plastic washers(5) should
be inserted between the 2 metal
parts C and A to reduce friction.

6.To install the cross bar you must remove the 4 M6 bolts(2) that
are already in the leg at the top.
Have 1 person hold the bar while the other attach the M6 bolts (2)
supplied to the cross bar onto the leg using a 4mm wrench. Once
complete go back to step 5 & add the remaining two M8 screws
(1) to the frame leg to support assembly.
7.Use M8 bolt (1) to attach castor to legs and tighten using the
supplied allen wrench.
8.Place crank handle onto rod. Line up grub screw with slot on rod
and tighten using 2.5 mm wrench.
