Cihazınızdan iyi verim almak için kullanım kılavuzunu dikkatlice okuyunuz
ve daha sonra gerekli olabileceğinden saklayınız.

• Arzum Chefmix Mikser’inizin üzerinde yazılı voltajın, bulunduğunuz
yerin voltajına uygun olup olmadığına dikkat ediniz. Herhangi bir
uyuşmazlık durumunda meydana gelebilecek arızalardan firmamız
sorumlu tutulamaz ve arıza garanti kapsamı dışında işlem görür.
• Cihazınız evlerde kullanım içindir. Ticari ya da sanayi amaçlı
kullanılmamalıdır.

• Mikserinizin kablo ve fişine zarar verecek hareketlerden kaçınınız.
Kablosundan tutarak taşımayınız, prizden çekmek için fişi tutunuz,
kablosundan çekmeyiniz.
• Mikserinizin çırpma ve yoğurma uçları ile boş kapta veya dışarıda
çalıştırmayınız. Cihazınız zarar görebilir.
• Mikseriniz çalışırken, hareketli parçalarına dokunmaktan kaçınınız.
Ellerinizi, saçlarınızı, giysinizi ve herhangi bir aleti yaklaştırmayınız.
• Aparatlarını yıkamadan önce, MUTLAKA mikserinizden çıkarınız.

düşük hızda ya da 2 konumunda çalıştırarak kullanınız.

• YOĞURUCU UÇLAR: Daha katı hamurlar,kurabiye hamuru hazırlamak,
tereyağı ve şeker çırpmak için kullanılabilir.
MİKSERİNİZİN APARATLARININ
YERLEŞTİRİLMESİ
• Yoğurucu ve çırpıcı uçları yerleştirmeden
önce, mikserinizin kapalı “ 0 ” konumunda
olduğundan ve fişinin prize takılı olmadığından
emin olunuz.
• Çırpıcı uçları gövdede yer alan aparat
bağlantı yuvalarına tamamen oturuncaya
kadar yavaşça bastırarak yerleştiriniz.
NOT: “Yoğurucu aparatları kullanırken yoğurucu aparatlar üzerinde
tek ve çift olarak çıkıntılar bulunur. Tek çıkıntılı olan aparatı ürünün

sağ (R) taraftaki yuvasına yerleştiriniz. İki çıkıntılı olan aparatı ise sol
( L) taraftaki yuvasına yerleştiriniz. Aksi halde hamur karışımı ürün
gövdesine doğru ilerleyebilir.”
• Çırpmak veya yoğurmak istediğiniz malzemeleri uygun bir kaba
koyunuz. Bu malzemelere göre uygun bir hız seçerek mikserinizi
çalıştırınız. Hız ayar düğmesini
sağa veya sola kaydırarak
cihazınızın çalışma hızını artırıp
azaltabilirsiniz. Çırpma işlemine
düşük hızla başlanması ve
daha sonra aşamalı olarak hızın
arttırılması önerilir.
• Mikserinizi malzemeleri
koyduğunuz kabın içinde çalıştırınız ve çırpıcıları kabın dibine dik olarak
kullanınız. Malzemelerin daha iyi karışması için uçları kabınızın içinde
sürekli dolaştırınız. Herhangi bir alet yardımıyla kabınızın kenarına bulaşan
karışımı sıyırmak isterseniz, MUTLAKA mikserinizi kapatınız.
• Çırpma veya yoğurma işlemi sırasında karışıma yeni malzemeler
ilave ettiğinizde hızı birinci seviyeye getiriniz ve daha sonra uygun hız
kademesine gelinceye kadar hızı aşamalı olarak tekrar arttırınız.
• İşiniz bittiğinde, hız ayar düğmesini “ 0 ” kapalı konumuna getiriniz ve
uçları çıkartmak için aparat çıkartma düğmesine basınız.
UYARI: Yoğurucu ve çırpıcı uçları 3 dakikadan fazla sürekli olarak
kullanmayınız. Bu süre sonunda cihazınızın motorunun soğuması için
bekleyiniz.
HIZ AYARI
Aşağıda gösterilen hız ayarları, hazırlayacağınız karışımlarda en iyi sonucu
alabilmeniz için tavsiye edilmektedir.

• Mikserinize ve motoruna aşırı ısınmadan
dolayı zarar vermemek için, TURBO konumunu
1 dakikadan fazla sürekli olarak kullanmayınız. Bu süre sonucunda
cihazınızın soğumasını bekleyiniz.
BAKIM VE TEMİZLİK
• Arzum Chefmix Mikser’inizle işiniz bittiğinde, açma / kapama düğmesini
“0” kapalı konumuna getiriniz ve cihazınızın fişini prizden çekiniz.
• Aparat çıkartma düğmesine basarak mikserinizin aparatlarını çıkartınız
ve yıkayınız. Mikserinizin aparatlarını sıcak suyla, elde ya da bulaşık
makinesinde yıkayabilirsiniz. Aparatları yeniden kullanmadan önce iyice
kuruduğundan emin olunuz.
• Cihazınızın ana gövdesini ve kablosunu ASLA su ya da diğer başka bir
sıvıya daldırmayınız. Ana gövde ve kabloyu nemli ve sabunlu bir bezle
siliniz ve MUTLAKA kurulayınız.

We thank you for having selected the Arzum brand mixer. This product
as well is one of those offered to you to make life easier for you.
In order to obtain utmost output from your appliance, please read
carefully this user’s manual and save it for further use.
IMPORTANT SAFEGUARDS
• Make sure that the voltage indicated on the Arzum Chefmix Mixer
corresponds with the mains voltage in your home. Our company shall
not be held liable for any failures owing to any discrepancy and such
failures shall not be covered by the guarantee.
• Your device is for household use only. Do not use outdoors for
commercial or industrial purposes.
• Keep the appliance away from and out of the reach of children.
•This appliance can be used by
children aged from 8 years and
above and persons with reduced
physical, sensory or mental
capabilities or lack of experience
and knowledge if they have been
given supervision or instruction
concerning use of the appliance
in a safe way and understand

• Always disconnect the blender from the supply if it is left unattended
and before assembling, disassembling or cleaning;

• Do not allow children to use the blender without supervision.
• To prevent harming your appliance do not use extension cords that
supply insufficient current.
• Do not place your appliance over or near direct heat sources such as
hot gas, electric burner, or heating oven.
• Do not let cord hang over edge of a table or counter, or touch any
other appliances.
• NEVER immerse the main part of your mixer in water or any other
liquid. Immediately unplug your appliance after getting wet in any
manner.
• ALWAYS unplug your appliance from outlet when not in use, or before
putting in or taking out attachments, or before caring and cleaning.
• Do not operate the mixer with a damaged cord or plug or after the
appliance malfunctions or has been damaged in any manner, such
as by dropping down, etc. Do not attempt to repair it by yourself. Call
immediately an Arzum Authorized Service.
• NEVER attach to your appliance any attachments belonging to other
appliances.
• Avoid actions that may harm or damage the cord or plug of your mixer.
Do not carry your appliance by holding from the cord. To unplug, hold the
plug and do not pull by the cord.
• Do not operate the beating or kneading nozzles inside an empty
receptacle or outside the receptacle. Your appliance can be damaged.
• Avoid from touching any moving parts when in use. Do not keep your
hands, hairs, clothes, or any tools closer.
• Before rinsing, always take any attachments out of the mixer.
• In order to avoid from overheating of your
mixer’s engine operate dough-kneading
nozzles in a lower speed or position 2.
• Do not use your mixer for blending flaring or
combustible materials other than foods.
• Do not interfere with your mixer except for
the purposes of cleaning and maintenance.
• Use your appliance for its intended purposes
as recommended.
• The instructions shall include the operating
times for accessories.

• Accessories, other than those supplied with the appliance, shall include
instructions for their safe use.
• They shall state that care shall be taken when handling the sharp
cutting blades, emptying the bowl and during cleaning and they shall
include the substance of the following: Be careful if hot liquid is poured
into the food processor or blender as it can be ejected out of the
appliance due to a sudden steaming.
• The instructions shall include details on how to clean surfaces in
contact with food.
• The instructions for appliances incorporating a switch necessary for
compliance with 22.40 shall include the substance of the following:
• Switch off the appliance and disconnect from supply before changing
accessories or approaching parts that move in use.
• The instructions shall include the substance of the following:
• This appliance is intended to be used in household and similar
applications such as:
– staff kitchen areas in shops, offices and other working environments;
– farm houses;
– by clients in hotels, motels and other residential type environments;
– bed and breakfast type environments.
• If the manufacturer wants to limit the use of the appliance to less than
the above, this has to be clearly stated in the instructions.
YOUR ARZUM CHEFMIX MIXER IS COMPOSED OF THE FOLLOWING
ATTACHMENTS WITH 2 DIFFERENT FUNCTIONS.
• BEATING NOZZLES: They are used for mixing liquid dough and
preparing cream, sauce, pudding, crepe, etc.
• KNEADING NOZZLES: They are used for preparing harder dough for
cookies, and for beating butter and sugar.
PUTTING INTO PLACE OF THE
ATTACHMENTS
• Before putting the beating or kneading
nozzles, make sure that your appliance is
closed “ 0 ” position and its mains plug is
disconnected from the power outlet.
• Press the beating apparatus gently until it
fits well onto the accessory connection slot.
NOTE: While using kneaders; There are single

and double rims on kneaders. Place the kneader with single rim in the
slot on the right (R) side of the product. Place the kneader with double
rims in the slot on the left (L) side. Otherwise the dough mixture move
to the product main body.
• Put the materials that you want to beat or knead into a bowl. Operate
your mixer at a proper speed suitable to the foods to be mixed. You
can increase or decrease the speed of your appliance while pushing
the speed switch left or right
sides. We recommend you to
begin mixing at a lower speed,
and then to increase the
speed gradually.
• Operate your mixer inside
the receptacle that you put
the materials in before and
hold the nozzles into the bottom of the bowl uprightly. Move your mixer
inside of the receptacle continuously. By doing so, your materials will be
mixed properly. If you intend to gather any mixture adhered to edges of
the receptacle by using any tool, ALWAYS switch your mixer off.
• While beating or kneading if you want to add new materials, get the
speed first level and then increase the speed gradually.
• When you have finished your work set the variable speed switch to the
position “ 0 ” (off) and then press the apparatus removing button in order
to detach the apparatuses.
WARNING: Do not operate kneading and beating nozzles continuously
for more than 3 minutes. After such time allow the engine of your
appliance to cool down.

SETTING THE SPEED
We recommend you to use the following speed adjustments in order to
obtain best results from the mixtures you prepare.
OFF

Low
1 For mixing liquids and dry materials, beating butter and sugar
2 For preparing sauce, pudding, and crepe dough
Medium
3 For preparing liquid dough, beating butter and sugar, and preparing
dough for cookies and cakes.
High
4-5 For preparing frothy, light dough (lump of dough) and cream, beating
eggs (white, yolk; white + yolk), mashing stewed potatoes, making puree
TURBO SWITCH
• Turbo switch may be used at any times,
without looking at the variable speed switch.
(Except for the status 0)
• In TURBO position, you can operate your
mixer at the highest speed for a few seconds.
• In order to avoid damaging to your mixer
and its engine due to overheating do not use
TURBO position for more than 1 minute continuously. After such time,
allow the engine of your appliance to cool down.

CARE AND CLEANING
• When you have finished your work with Arzum Chefmix Mixer, first set
the on / off switch to the position “ 0 ” off. Then unplug the appliance
from power outlet.
• Detach any attachments from your mixer by pushing down the
attachment removing button, and rinse them. You can wash any
attachments of your mixer in warm water, either manually or in a
dishwasher. Before reusing those attachments, ALWAYS make sure that
they are completely dry.
• NEVER immerse your appliance in water or any other liquid.You can
wipe off your mixer and its mains plug with a damp and soapy cloth.
However, you MUST dry them thoroughly.

Gebrauchsanweisung gut vorlesen und sorgfältig aufbewahren, denn Sie
diese Gebrauchsanweisung nachher benötigen können.

Die Reinigungen und Wartungen
sollte nicht von unbeaufsichtigten
Kindern durchgeführt werden.
• Unter aufsichtlosen Umständen und bei Zusammensetzung,
Auseinandersetzung bzw. Reinigung des Blenders ist dieser stets vom
Strom zu trennen;
• Lassen Sie einen unbeaufsichtigten Einsatz des Blendes durch Kinder
nicht zu.
• Um Pannen bzw. Beschädigungen zu vermeiden, sollten keine
unzureichenden Verlängerungskabel verwendet werden.
• Halten Sie Ihr Gerät fern von Wärmequellen wie zum Beispiel Herd oder
Ofen. Stellen Sie das Gerät nicht direkt auf Heizquellen oder in deren
Nähe auf.
• Bitte, achten Sie darauf, dass das Kabel nicht vom Tisch oder von der
Theke herunter hängt oder keinen Kontakt mit einem anderen Gerät hat.
• NIEMALS elektrische Teile Ihres Mixers wie Maschine, Gehäuse
ins Wasser oder in andere Flüssigkeiten eintauchen. Wenn Ihr Gerät
irgendwie nass wird, so ziehen Sie den Stecker Ihrer Maschine aus der
Steckdose heraus.
• Nach der Bedienung, vor und nach dem Anbringen und Herausnehmen
der Zubehörteile, vor und nach der Pflege und Reinigung des Mixers den
Stecker UNBEDINGT aus der Steckdose ziehen.
• Falls das Kabel oder der Stecker Ihres Gerätes defekt ist, oder beim

den Arzum Kundendienst.
• Benutzen Sie Ihr Gerät NIEMALS mit den Produkten der anderen
Apparate.
• Vermeiden Sie die Bewegungen, die das Kabel und den Stecker Ihres
Gerätes beschädigen können. Nicht vom Kabel tragen, auf keinem Fall
vom Kabel ziehen, sondern Stecker halten, um es aus der Steckdose
herauszuziehen.
• Rühr-, Knetapparate und Blender nicht in einem leeren Topf oder
außerhalb bedienen. Das kann Ihrem Gerät Schaden zufügen.
• Vermeiden Sie die beweglichen Teile Ihres Mixers anzufassen, während
es in Betrieb ist. Ihre Hände, Haare, Kleider und irgendein Apparat oder
Instrument nicht annä hern.
