Arzum Termal Elektrikli şofbeni seçtiğiniz içın teşekkür ederiz. Cihazınız
yer kaplamayan, modern görünümlü, anında sıcak su üretebilen kullanımı
kolay bir üründür. Cihazınızdan maksimum verimi almak ve güvenlikli
kullanım için lütfen aşağıdaki uyarıları ve kullanım kılavuzunu dikkatlice
okuyunuz.
ÖNEMLİ UYARILAR
• 7600 W ısıtma gücüne sahip cihazınızın monte edilebilmesi için gereken
elektrik ve su tesisatını, ehliyetli elektrikçi ve su tesisatçılarına yaptırınız.
• Elektrik ve su tesisatını şofbene uygun hale getirmek tüketicinin kendi
sorumluluğundadır.
• Arzum Yetkili Servisi yalnızca, çekilen tesisata cihazın elektriksel
bağlantısını ve ilk çalıştırmasını yapar.
• Bu cihaz, güvenli bir şekilde
kullanılmasıyla ilgili kendilerine
gözetim veya talimat verilmişse ve
içermiş olduğu tehlikeler kendileri
tarafından anlaşılmışsa 8 yaş ve
üzeri çocuklar ve fiziksel, duyusal
veya zihinsel yetenek eksikliği
bulunan veya tecrübe ve bilgi
eksikliği olan kişiler tarafından
kullanılabilir. Çocuklar cihaz ile
oynamamalıdır. Temizleme ve kul-

tarafından yapılmamalıdır.

sürekli olarak bağlanmalıdır.

• Arzum Termal Elektrikli Şofben’inizin elektrik bağlantısının topraklı
olması gerekmektedir. Topraklama hattı bulunmayan, topraklama hattı
yetersiz veya kurallara uymayan bir topraklama hattı bulunan binalarda
kesinlikle kullanılmamalıdır. Aksi halde oluşacak sorunlardan firmamız
sorumlu tutulamaz.
• Cihazınız sadece evlerde kullanım içindir. Ticari ya da sanayi amaçlı
(sürekli sıcak su gerektiren kuaför, şantiye, küçük ölçekli atölye vb. iş
yerlerinde) kullanılmamalıdır.
• Cihazınız daire içi ana su şebekesine bağlanamaz, sadece banyo ya da
yetkili servisin uygun göreceği yere bağlanmalıdır.
• Şofbeninizi, içindeki suyun donma ihtimali olan yerlere monte etmeyiniz.
Suyun donması halinde cıhazınızı çalıştırmayınız.
• Cihaz 40 Amper-Otomatik sigortaya bağlanmalıdır.
• Mevsim sıcaklığına göre giriş suyu sıcaklığında değışiklikler olacaktır.
Su sıcaklığı seçme kademe anahtarını ve su giriş miktarını ayarlayarak
isteğinize göre sıcak suyu temin edebilirsiniz.
• Şofbeniniz çalışırken 1000 W’tan daha fazla güce sahip (fırın, ütü,
çamaşır makinesi, bulaşık makinesi vb,) diğer cihazları çalıştırmayınız.
• Yetersiz basınçta veya su kesintisinde şofbenin elektrik beslemesi
devre dışı kalır. Yeterli basınca ulaşıldığında elektrik beslemesi tekrar
devreye girer.
• 6 bar’dan daha yüksek su basıncı olan yerlerde şofbeninizin soğuk su
girişine basınç düşürücü regülatör takılması tavsiye edilir.
• Direkt tesisata bağlantı yapılacak hortumların veya boruların 6 bar
işletme basıncına dayanıklı olması gerekmektedir.
• Her türlü arıza, bakım ve yedek parça temini için mutlaka Arzum Yetkili
Servisine müracaat ediniz.
TANIMLAR VE ÖZELLİKLER 10 EMNİYET
SİSTEMİ
1- Cihazda kullanılan rezistanslar, kılıflı tüp rezistans olup rezistans teli
suya temas etmemektedir. Bu sayede, cihazdan geçen elektrik hiçbir
şekilde suya temas etmeyerek elektrik çarpmasına karşı güvenlik
sağlanmıştır.
2- Cihaz içerisinde su girişine yerleştirilmiş olan diyaframlı akış ve basınç
anahtarı sayesinde, cihaza yeterli basınçta veya hiç su gelmediğinde,
cihazın gücü açık bile olsa, rezistansların devre dışı kalması sağlanarak
olası tehlikelere karşı güvenlik sağlanmıştır.
3- Cihaz içerisinde ısıtma haznesi üzerinde yer alan termostat, çıkış suyu
sıcaklığının kullanıcının sağlığına veya cihazın çalışmasına zarar verecek

seviyeye ulaşması halinde otomatik olarak rezistans devresini keser. Su
sıcaklığı normal seviyeye düştüğünde ise tekrar devreye girer.
4- Cihaz su çıkışında herhangi bir nedenle tıkanma olduğu takdirde, geri
dönüş sistemi, ani sıcaklık artışlarını engellemek için cihazı devre dışı
bırakır.
5- Isıtma haznesi üzerinde yer alan emniyet valfi, herhangi bir nedenle
oluşabilecek aşırı basınç yükselmelerinde, basıncı tahliye ederek kul-
lanıcının ve cihazın zarar görmesini engellemektedir.
6- Tüp rezistansın yerleştirildiği ısıtma haznesi içerisinde sürekli su
bulunması sağlanarak, olası su kesintilerinde rezistanslar soğuyana kadar
cihazın plastik aksamının zarar görmesı engellenmiştir.
7- Kullanıcının cihazı açık unutmasına karşı, cihaz ön yüzüne ikaz lambası
yerleştirilmiştir.
8- Elektrik kaçağını önleyici topraklama hattı bağlantısı
9- Kilit mekanizmalı polikarbon yanmaz klemens ile ekstra güvenli
elektrik bağlantısı
10-N-Otomatik şalter ile herhangi bir kısa devre yada aşırı yük durumun-
da şofbenin elektrik şebekesi ile olan bağlantısını keser.
KADEME ANAHTARI (SU SICAKLIĞI SEÇME
ANAHTARI)
Bu anahtar şofbeninizi açıp kapatmanızı ve sıcak su ka-
deme ayarını yapmanızı sağlar. Cihazın 3200 W, 4400
W ve 7600 W olmak üzere üç kademesi vardır. İstenilen
su sıcaklığına göre kademe ayarı yapabilirsiniz.

İKAZ LAMBALARI
Şofbeninizin üzerinde üç adet ikaz lambası vardır. Bunlar
cihazın hangi kademede çalıştığını ve üzerinde gerilim
olup olmadığını gösterir.
N-OTOMATİK ŞALTER
N-Otomatik şalteri anahtar işlevi görür, kapalı konuma getirildiğinde
şofbenin elektrik şebekesi ile olan bağlantısını keser. Bu şalter sigorta
panosuna değil ürünün yanına monte edilmelidir.

DİYAFRAM SWITCH
Su basıncının yeterli olmadığı durumda otomatik olarak devreye girer
ve şofbenin elektrik beslemesini devre dışı bırakır. Yeterli basınç elde
edildiğinde cıhazın tekrar çalışmasını sağlar.
EMNİYET TERMOSTATI
Su sıcaklığının aşırı derecede yükselmesi durumunda ısıtıcı rezistansı
devreden çıkarak kesin emniyet sağlar
SU BASINCINA DAYANIKLILIK
Şofbeniniz şehir suyu şebeke basıncı dikkate alınarak 11 bar basınç
altında testten geçirilmiştir.
CİHAZIN DUVARA MONTAJI
• Şofbeninizin monte edileceği duvarın yüzeyinin düzgün olmasına dikkat
ediniz.
• Duvara ekte verilen şofben montaj şablonunu kullanarak dübel yerlerini
işaretleyiniz.
• Dübelin tamamının girebileceği 3 adet delik açınız. (8 mm)
• Açtığınız deliğe dübeli yerleştiriniz ve vidayı dübele 3 mm mesafe kalın-
caya kadar sıkınız.
• Şofbeninizi gövdesindeki askı yuvalarından vidalara geçirerek duvara
monte ediniz.
DUŞ AKSESUARININ MONTAJI
• Şofbeninizin el duşunu uygun bulduğunuz bir yere monte edebilmek
için dübellerin girebileceği çapta iki adet delik açınız. (8 mm)
• Dübelleri deliklere yerleştirerek el duşu askısını deliklerden dübellere
vidayla sabitleyiniz.
• Askınız döner sistemlidir, el duşunu astığınız konumdan aşağı yukarı
ayarlama yapabilirsiniz.
ŞOFBENİN DUŞ AKSESUARINA
BAĞLANTISI
• Şofbeninizle birlikte verilen iki adet spiral hortumu
kullanarak el duşu aksesuarını elektrikli şofbene ve
diğer spiral hortumun ¾ “ucunu aksesuara ½” ucunu da
elektrikli şofbene bağlayınız.
• Aksesuarla birlikte verilen lastik contaları kullanarak
bağlantıları tamamlayınız.

• Cihazınız ile verilen duş ahizesi dışında başka duş ahizesi KESİNLİKLE
kullanmayınız.
ELEKTRİK BAĞLANTISI
• Şofbeninizin çalışma gerilim aralığı 220-240 Volt’tur.
• Şofbeninizin gücü 7600 W tır. Bina içi tesisatın 7600 W’lık güce uygun
şekilde düzenlenmiş olması gerekir.
• Topraklama mutlaka yapılmalı, topraklama hattı bulunmayan, topraklama
hattı yetersiz veya kurallara uymayan bir topraklama hattı bulunan
binalarda kesinlikle kullanılmamalıdır. Aksi durumlarda oluşacak sorun-
lardan firmamız sorumlu tutulamaz.
• Evinizin giriş elektrik panosu ile şofben arasına çekilecek elektrik mesafe
ve gerilim kaybı göz önüne alınmalıdır. 40 amperde kesiti en az 2,5 mm2
olan antigron kablo kullanılmalıdır. (Redüksiyon faktörleri ayrı dikkate
alınmalıdır.)
• Daire içi sigorta panosunda cihazın bağlandığı elektrik hattı ayrı olmalı ve
sigortası da 40 Amper olmalıdır ve bu hat üzerinde priz, lamba vs başka
yük olmamalıdır veya varsa iptal edilmelidir. Şofben için direkt hat çekil-
mesi mümkün olmayan durumlarda bina içi elektrik tesisatı standartlara
uygun ise banyo’ya en yakın priz linyesinden (buattan) hat çekilebilir. Bu
durumda şofben için hat çekilen linyeye bağlı diğer prizlerin iptal edilmesi
gerekmektedir. Bu linye ye bağlı olan sigorta 40 amper olmalıdır.
• Elektrik tesisatı uygun olmayan yerlerde 3x2,5 mm2 kesitli antigron
kablo kullanılarak, topraklaması standart olarak yapılmış olan tesisatın
şofben’e direkt olarak bağlanması zorunludur.
• Dairenin ana sigorta değeri düşükse yetkili elektrikçinin yapacağı hes-
aplama ile ana sigorta uygun değerli bir sigorta ile değiştirilmelidir.
• Piyasada sıfırlama vs. adlandırılan toprak hattı ile nötr hattının birleştiril-
mesi yöntemi topraklama için uygun değildir ve kesinlikle bu tür hatlara
bağlantı yapılmamalıdır.
• Elektrik ve su tesisatının cihaza uygun hale getirilmesi tüketicinin
sorumluluğundadır.
• Çekilen tesisata monte edilen şofbeninizin elektriksel bağlantısı ve ilk
çalıştırılması Arzum Yetkili Servisleri tarafından yapılmalıdır.
• Herhangi bir arıza halinde şofbenin kapağını açmayınız. En yakın Arzum
Yetkili Servisini arayınız.

ŞOFBENİN KULLANILMASI
• Şofbeninizi çalıştırmadan önce elektrik ve su bağlantılarını kontrol ediniz.
• Giriş musluğunu açın ve haznenin su ile dolmasını
bekleyiniz.
• Şofbenden su akmaya başladığında hazne dolmuş
demektir. Su akmaya başladıktan sonra kademe an-
ahtarı ile suyun sıcaklığını istediğiniz su sıcaklığına göre
ayarlayabilirsiniz.
• Şofbenin giriş suyunu fazla kısmayınız.
• Şofbeninizi kapatırken su sıcaklığı seçme anahtarını
( 0 ) konumuna getiriniz.
• İçerisindeki sıcak suyun bitmesini bekleyiniz.
• Şofbenin çıkışından soğuk su gelince musluğu kapatınız. Bu işlem
cihazınızın kireçlenmesini azaltacaktır.
DİKKAT
Cihazınızın normal şartlarda debisi 3lt/dak’dır. Dolayısı ile cihazınızı
bağladığınız şebeke suyunun basıncı, cihazınızdan çıkan suyun debisi 3
lt/dak olacak şekilde ayarlanması gerekir. Bu durumda cihazınızda 30°C
dir. Yani (Max.konumda) cihazınıza 10°C de giren soğuk su cihazınızdan
40°C sıcak su olarak çıkacaktır. Su debisi arttıkça bu sıcaklık düşecektir.
Mevsim şartlarındaki giriş suyu soğukluğuna göre istediğiniz sıcak suyu
elde edebilmek için giriş suyu musluğunu kısarak veya açarak debiyi
ayarlayabilirsiniz.
ŞOFBENİN BAKIMI
•Şofbenin bakımı Arzum Yetkili Servisleri
tarafından yapılmalıdır. Ehliyetsiz kişilerin müda-
hale etmesine izin vermeyiniz.
• Tüm bakım işlemlerinden önce elektrik
bağlantısını N-otomatik şalterden kesiniz.
• Elektrik beslemesinin kesildiğinden ölçü aletini
kullanarak emin olun.
• Duş aksesuarları kullanıldığında, kullanılan suyun içerdiği kireç miktarına
göre el duşu başlığı sökülerek bir kireç temizleyici ile temizlenmelidir.
• Şofben bir süre kullanıldıktan sonra giriş musluğunun kapatılmasının
ardından duş başlığında buhar ve kaynar su karışımı geliyorsa bu
kireçlenme belirtisi olabilir.
• Şofbeni temizlerken sıvı deterjanlı ılık su ile yumuşak bir bez kullanınız.
Aşındırıcı temizlik tozu, benzin, tiner, solvent ve benzeri malzemeler ile
temizlik yapmayınız.

Uyarı :
Eğer şofben uzun süre kullanılmayacak ise su haznesindeki suyun
donmasını engellemek için aşağıdaki işlemler yapılmalıdır. Bu işlem
ısıtıcı haznesinin çatlama riskini ortadan kaldıracaktır .
• Sıcak su çıkışında bulunan manşon sökülmelidir.
• Sıcak su çıkışında bulunan hortum çıkarılmalıdır.
• Hazne içerisindeki su tükenene kadar bekleyip hortum ve manşon
yerine takılmalıdır.

Bu garanti, Termal Elektrikli Şofben’in normal dışı kullanımdan doğacak
arızaların giderilmesini kapsamaz.
Aşağıdaki hususlar garanti kapsamı dışındadır.
1-Nakliye, depolama, atmosfer koşulları ve hatalı kullanımdan oluşacak
çizilmeler, çatlamalar ve kırılmalar.
2-Yanlış model seçimi ve amaç dışı kullanım.
3-Yanlış tesisat bağlantısı ve aşırı basınçtan meydana gelebilecek arızalar.
4-Aşırı voltaj dalgalanmaları ve hatalı elektrik tesisatının sebep olacağı
arızalar.
5- Kireçlenmeden dolayı oluşan duş başlığı tıkanmaları.
6- Su haznesi içinde kireçlenme nedeni ile oluşan hasarlar ve ısıtmama
sorunlarının giderilmesi.

We thank you for having selected the Arzum brand Electrical Instant
Water Heater. Your appliance, an expedient product with a modern
outlook, gives you instant hot water and is easy to use.
In order to obtain the maximum efficiency from your appliance and to
use it safely, please read the following instructions carefully.
IMPORTANT SAFEGUARDS
• To have your appliance that has a calorific power of 7600 W set up you
will need qualified electricians and plumbers to have your electricity and
water installation arranged accordingly.
• It is the consumer’s responsibility to have the electricity and water
installation fixed so as to conform the electrical instant water heater.
• Arzum Authorized Service will only carry out the electrical connections
between the installation and the device, and perform the initial operation.
• This appliance can be used by
children aged from 8 years and
above and persons with reduced
physical, sensory or mental ca-
pabilities or lack of experience
and knowledge if they have been
given supervision or instruction
concerning use of the appliance
in a safe way and understand
the hazards involved. Children
shall not play with the appliance.
Cleaning and user maintenance
shall not be made by children
without supervision.
• The appliance must be perma-
nently connected to fixed wiring.
• The appliance must be earthed.

• The electrical connection of your Arzum Termal Electrical Instant
Water Heater should be grounded. The appliance should in no way be
used in buildings that have no ground connection, insufficient ground
connection or grounding that no appropriate with regulations. Otherwise,
our company shall not be held responsible for any problems that may
ensure.
• Your device is for household use only. Do not use outdoors for com-
mercial or industrial purposes (such as coiffeur, worksite, small atelier
where need constantly warm water).
• Your appliance should not be connected to main water pressure of your
home; it is only connected in the bathroom or anywhere that proper for
the authorized service.
• At the first time operating your appliance, do not switch on the electri-
cal circuit before having the tank (the water reservoir of the appliance)
filled with water.
• Do not install your appliance at places where water is likely to freeze. If
water frozen do not operate the appliance.
• Your electrical instant water heater should be connected to an auto-
matic fuse of at 40 Amperes.
• There will be differences in the input water temperatures according to
the seasonal variations. You may obtain the water you need by arranging
the water temperature selection switch and water input quantity to suit
your requirements.
• While your electrical instant water heater is in use do not operate other
devices with over 1000 W power (oven, iron, washing machine, dis
washer, etc.).
• In the cases of low pressure or water supply failure, the appliance’s
power supply is cut. When enough pressure is reached power supply is
resumed.
• You are recommended to have a pressure regulator installed on the
coldwater input side of youe electrical instant water heater, when using
at such places with a water pressure of 6 bars of more.
The hoses and pipes that are to be directly connected with the installa-
tion need to sustain a working pressure of 6 bars.
In order to deal all ports of trouble and breakdown and to provide spare

DEFINITIONS AND SPECIFICATIONS
10 SECURITY SYSTEMS
1- The resistance of your appliance is a covered tube resistance and so
the resistance wire never touches with water. Thanks to this feature, the
current electricity does not contact with the water and that prevents the
electric shocks.
2- When the water pressure is too low or there is no water, diaphragm
switch cut off the water heater’s power supply, if even your appliance is
powered on.
3- When water is over heated, the thermostat which in within the heating
reservoir switches off to ensure absolute safety. If the water tempera-
ture comes to normal degrees, it switches again.
4- When any blockage at the water discharge of the appliance becomes,
the return system switches off your appliance, in order to prevent the
sudden increases of the water temperature.
5- The security valve lying on the heating reservoir empties the over
pressure and thus prevents any damages of the user and the appliance.
6-Within the heating reservoir, where tube resistances were inserted,
durably water will become held and thus plastic accessories of the
equipment are protected from damaging of losses water until they
becomes cool.
7- Against the fact that the user is not to leave the appliance open was
powered on, there is an indicator light in front of it.

10-N-automatic switch : In case of any short circuit or overload, it cuts
the connection of water heater with electrical grid.
STEPINDICATORSWITCH(WATERTEMPERA-
TURESELECTION (SWITCH)
This switch allows you to turn on an off your electrical instant water
heater and to adjust your hot water level. The appliance has three steps
including 3200 W, 4400 W, and 7600 W, whichever one you may desire
to choose according to the water temperature.

INDICATOR LIGHTS
There are three indicator lights on your appliance, which
indicate at which step in operates and whether there is
any tension on it.
N-AUTOMATIC POWER SWITCH
N-Automatic power switch functions as the key, when set to the
position “off”, this power switch will automatically cut-off the connection
of the instant water heater with power supply. This power switch is
mounted to the appliance not to the fuse panel.
DIAPHRAGM SWITCH
When the water pressure is low, it switches on automatically to cut off
the water heater’s power supply and ensures the resumption on the
operation of water heater when the normal water pressure returns.

RESISTANCE TO WATER PRESSURE
Taking into account the main water pressure of the city, your electrical
instant water heater has been already subjected to a test under the
pressure of 11 bars.
WATER HEATER’S MONTAGE ONTO THEWALL
Ensure that the wall to which you are to mount the appliance be of an
even surface.
• Mark the places of nipples by using the montage pattern given with the
appliance.
• Drill 4 places in which nipple can enter completely (8 mm).
• Insert the nipple into the hole and turn the screw to a distance of 3 mm
to the nipple.
• Montage the heater’s body by assembling screw through hanger seats.
ASSEMBLY OF SHOWER ACCESSORIES
• In order to assemble your electrical instant water heater onto the place
you deemed
appropriate, drill two holes with a size that the nipples can easily enter
(8 mm).
• Fix the showhanger by using screws from holes to nipples.

CONNECTING THE ELECTRICAL WATER
HEATER TO THE SHOWER ACCESSORIES
• By using two spiral hoses supplied with your electrical instant water
heater connect the portable shower accessory to the
electrical instant water heater, the ¾” extremity of the
other spiral hose to the accessory, and its ½” extremi-
ty to the electrical instant water heater.
• By using the rubber gaskets supplied with the
accessory complete the couplings.
• Never use any shower accessory of other appliance
instead of this shower accessory giving with your
appliance.
ELECTRICAL LINKAGE
• The power of your electrical instant water heater is 7600 W. The inter-
nal installation of the building ought to be arranged to conform a power
of 7600W.
• Grounding is absolutely necessary. The appliance should in no way be
used inbuildings that have no ground connection, inadequate ground
connection or theground connection is not convenient with rules.
Otherwise, our company shall not be held responsible for any problems
that may ensure.
• The distance and tension loss of the electricity between the electrical
panel of your entrance and the electrical instant water heater should be
taken into account. A cable whose cross-section is at least 2,5 mm2 at

room. In this case the other plug sockets connected with the respective
line are canceled. The protection connected with this line should be at
40 amperes.
• IIt is necessary to use the 3x2,5 mm2 of Antigron kabel if the current
plant is not appropriate and the installment which has a standart
grounding must be connected directly to the water heater.

• If the main insurance value of your home is not enough, the main
insurance should be changed with new one which has proper value after
calculation of the electrician.
• Connection of ground and neutral line method which is called making
zero, etc. is not acceptable for grounding and never connect to this type
lines.
• It is the consumer’s responsibility to make the electricity and water
installations conformant to the appliance.
• The power connection of your electrical instant water heater mounted
onto your
installation and its operation should be undertaken by Arzum Authorized
Services.
• In the case of any failures do not open the electrical instant water heat-
er’s cover. Call the nearest Arzum Authorized Service.
HOW TO USE THE INSTANT WATER
HEATER
• Before using your appliance check the power and water connections.
• Switch on the input tap and wait for reservoir to be filled with water.
• When water starts to drip it means that the reservoir
has fully filled. You can now adjust the step switches in
accordance with the temperature you like.
• Do not reduce the input water of your appliance too
much.
• When switching off the appliance,
bring the water temperature selection switch to the
position “0”.
• Wait until hot water is over.
• When cold water starts to drip, switch off the tap.
This process will help
preventing calcification.

CAUTION
Under normal conditions the discharge of your appliance is 3 liters
per minute. It is necessary therefore your water main’s pressure be
adjusted so as the discharge of the water issuing from your appliance
be 3 liters per minute. Under these circumstances, in your appliance
t shall be 3°C, which means that (at maximum level) the cold water
which enters your appliance at a temperature of 10°C will re-issue with
a temperature of 40°C. The more water discharge increases, the more
its temperature decreases. Your obtaining the hot water you need in
accordance with seasonal variations you may regulate the discharge
rate by either reducing or increasing the incoming water..
MAINTENANCE OF THE INSTANT
WATER HEATER
• Maintenance of the electrical instant water heater should be made by
Arzum Authorized Services.
Never allow unqualified persons to interfere with your device.
• Before all maintenance processes, disconnect the power by switch-
ing off the N-automatic switch.
• Make sure that power supply is off by using a measuring instrument.
• When shower accessories are used fre-
quently the portable showerhead should be
removed and cleaned against calcification.
• After being used for a period of time if a
mixture of steam and boiling water comes
forth from the portable head after the input
tap has been turned off, this may well a sign
of scaling.
• When cleaning the electrical instant water heater, use a warm clean-
ing solution with a soft cloth. Never use corrosive cleaning powder,
gasoline, thinner, solvent and similar cleaning agents.
