connectedtotheWANthroughtheONUatthesamelocation.The“CON”(Console)portisforthe
localmanagementpurposeonly.
5. Plugthepoweradaptertothewalloutletandalsothe12VpowerinputportofEoCMaster.
6. AfterthepowerisON,LEDindicatorsshouldlightupasfornormaloperation.Checkwhetherthe
POWERstatusLEDisoncontinuously.AndtheCableLEDisoneforactiveRFoutputtothe
distributionnetwork.

11. AftertheEoCMasterisON,LEDindicatorsshouldlightupasfornormaloperation.Checkwhether
theEthernetandCablestatusLEDisoncontinuously.Ifyes,theconnectionisnormal;otherwise
thereiseitherissuewiththephysicalconnectionortheRFlevelsateitherend.Thismaybecaused
byeithertoomuchortoolittleattenuationovertheRFcable.PleaserefertotheLayoutDescription
sectionofthisinstallationmanualfornominalLEDactivity.
