Ashly now has the tools for creating and controlling a sound system for a small bar & grille. This application uses the TM-360,
a mixer/power amplifier with 60W output. Features include three inputs with input gain control and signal presence LEDs,
priority mute, and an input assignable ‘Zone 2’ output ( W + line level) for extra coverage.
Connected to the TM-360 are a stereo TV on Input 3 and a stereo source for music on Input 2. Internally the stereo inputs are
summed to mono. The paging microphone, with an on-off switch, is configured as ‘priority’ over the stereo Inputs 2&3 by using
the Mix Configuration switches (SW4+6 ‘ON’). Speaking into the microphone will mute both stereo inputs in the bar area.
The ‘Zone 2’ output ( W) is connected to a single speaker outside the front door. This speaker is assigned only background
music by the Mix Configuration switches (SW2 ‘ON’) and is unaffected by the paging microphone. To save energy, after 25
minutes with no input, the mixer/power amplifier will automatically go to standby until further audio signal is applied.
