Getting to know your ASUS Vivobaby
NOTE: This product comes with a protective lm on the bottom of the
ASUS Vivobaby Device. Ensure to remove the plastic lm before using
the device for more accurate results.

Power button
Press the Power button for two (2) seconds to turn the device
on, or press the Power button for four (4) seconds to turn the
device o. The LED indicator inside the power button also
provides a visual indication of the ASUS Vivobaby Device’s
status.
NOTE: For more details, refer to the System notications
section in this E-Manual.
Heart rate sensor
The heart rate sensor measures the heart rate of your baby.
Temperature sensor
The temperature sensor measures the skin temperature of
your baby.
NOTE: The temperature measurement range is from 32°C to
42°C (89.6°F to 107.6°F).

OLED Display
The OLED Display provides a quick visual indication of the
connection status of the ASUS Vivobaby Station with the
ASUS Vivobaby Device and router, battery percentage, or
your baby’s measurements.
Wireless charging area
Place your ASUS Vivobaby Device onto this area to charge
your device.
LED ring
The LED ring provides a visual indication of the ASUS
Vivobaby Station’s status.
NOTE: For more details, refer to the System notications
section in this E-Manual.
Capacitive button
Touch this capacitive button for seven (7) to ten (10) seconds
to trigger connection mode. Tap this capacitive button to
change the OLED Display to show connection status, battery
percentage, or your baby’s measurements.
Micro USB port
Insert the bundled micro USB connector of the USB cable into
this port to connect your ASUS Vivobaby Station to a power
supply.

Charging the ASUS Vivobaby device
1. Connect the ASUS Vivobaby Station to a power source.
2. Place the ASUS Vivobaby Device onto the Wireless charging
area of the ASUS Vivobaby Station to start charging. Ensure that
the green lights show up to indicate that it is charging.
NOTE:
• TheASUSVivobabydevicecomeswithasafetymechanismto
prevent overheating. Charging time may become longer when
charging at higher device temperatures or higher ambient
temperatures.
• Thepoweradaptermayvaryinappearance,dependingon
models and your region.

To start using your device, press the Power button for 2 seconds
until the green light blinks.

Initializing your ASUS Vivobaby
NOTE: Ensure that your Wi-Fi router is powered on and has Internet
connection before using your ASUS Vivobaby.
1. On your phone, log in or sign up for a Google account or Apple
ID.
2. Launch Play Store or App Store.
3. Search for ASUS Vivobaby, then install the companion app.
4. Power on your ASUS Vivobaby device and keep your ASUS
Vivobaby Station connected to a power source.
5. Launch the ASUS Vivobaby app and log on to your ASUS
account.
6. Follow the on-screen instructions on the phone to set up the
links between the devices and the Wi-Fi router you would like to
use.
7. Create an account for your baby to check and monitor your
baby’s data in real time anywhere.

Wearing your ASUS Vivobaby
After initializing, you can use the strap and accessory to wear the
ASUS Vivobaby device on your baby’s upper arm or belly.
Attaching to your baby’s upper arm
To monitor skin temperature and heart rate, wear the ASUS Vivobaby
device on your baby’s upper arm.
NOTE:
• EnsurethattheASUSVivobabydevicesensorisincontactwith
your baby’s skin for more accurate results.
• MotiontrackingoftheASUSVivobabydevicemaybetemporarily
disabled when your baby is in a vibrating environment such as in
a stroller, cradle, car, train, or airplane.

Attaching to your baby’s belly
To monitor movement rate and heart rate, clip the clothing between
the buckle and the ASUS Vivobaby device.
NOTE: For more accurate results, ensure that your baby is lying at on
the back when monitoring the movement rate of your baby’s belly.
