FCC INFORMATION
This Equipment has been tested and found to comply with the limits for a Class Adigital
device, pursuant to Part 15 of the FCC rules. These limits are designed to provide
reasonable protection against harmful interference when the equipment is operated in a
commercial environment. This equipment generates uses and can radiate radio frequency
energy and, if not installed and used in accordance with the instructions, may cause
harmful interference to radio communications. Operation of this equipment in a residential
area is likely to cause harmful interference in which case the user will be required to
correct the interference at his own expense.

SAFETY AND ENVIRONMENTAL PRECAUTIONS
1. Charging this unit only from the charger comes with the package.
2. Do not try to replace the battery which secured inside the cabinet.
3. Do not place this monitor near a radiator or heating vent.
4. Do not use monitor in wet areas, or where it may be exposed to rain or water. Do not
spill liquid of any kind on the unit.
5. Use only a damp cloth. Do not use alcohol, spirits, or ammonia to clean the display.
DO NOT ATTEMPT TO CLEAN THE INTERIOR OF THIS UNIT- THIS ACTION MUST
BE PERFORMED BY THE SERVICE TECHNICIAN AS REQUIRED DURING
NORMAL MAINTENANCE.

6. Refer all servicing to qualified service personnel. REMOVAL OF BACK COVER BY
UNAUTHORIZED PERSONNEL MAY EXPOSE THE USER TO DANGEROUS
VOLTAGES OR OTHER HAZARDS.
7. Stop using the unit immediately and notify the service technician.
A. If liquid has been spilled into the display or the display has been exposed to rain or
water.
B. If the unit has been dropped or the cabinet damaged.
C. If the battery life time extremely short.
D. If the charging time extremely long.
E. If a distinct change from normal operation is apparent.
When replacement parts are required, be sure that the service technician uses
components specified by the manufacturer which have the same characteristics as the
original parts. UNAUTHORIZED SUBSTITUTIONS MAY RESULT IN FIRE, OVER HEAT
OR OTHER HAZARDS.
Upon completion of any service or repairs, ask the technician to perform safety checks to
determine that the equipment is in safe operating condition.

1. Scope
This specification is used to define the performance of ATT043 TVI/AHD test monitor.
ATT043 supports CVBS, AHD and TVI. For CVBS, both NTSC and PAL system can be
auto detected. For AHD or TVI, both systems can support up to Full HD mode.
2. Unpacking
After you unpack your OLED test monitor, make sure the following items are
included in the box and in good conditions:

3. Getting Started
Charging the battery
The embedded Li-ion battery must be fully charged before your first time to use it.
Please always use the charger along with this device to charging monitor.
During the charging period, the Charge LED indicates steady amber. Once charging
completed, the Charge LED turns off.
[NOTE]: 1. The charging process must be performed under room temperature. Extreme
high or low, environment temperature is harmful for battery.
2. Operating the monitor during charging period could extend charging time or
damage battery.

Turn ON & OFF the monitor
ON - Press the power button can turns monitor ON, the Power LED will indicates
green light. If there is no available signal input, the screen will shows “No Signal” &
blue background for 6 seconds then vanish and at the meantime Power LED
indicates flashing light. Monitor will auto-power-off if signal doesn’t available for 10
minutes for save battery power. Repeat the procedure to turns monitor ON if the
monitor auto-power-off.
OFF - Press and hold the power button for approximate 3 seconds to turns monitor
OFF.
Feeding the signal
Use BNC connector to feeding composite video signal onto “CVBS IN”terminal.
Use BNC connector to feeding TVI or AHD signal onto “AHD/ TVI”terminal.
Looping the signal
Connect the BNC terminal “CVBS OUT”for output purpose.
Connect the BNC terminal “AHD/TVI OUT”for output purpose.
Battery bar indicator
The battery life will shows on top right corner of the screen to indicate the rest of
battery life. During the battery indicator down to last bar, both battery and Charge
LED indicator start to flashing when input signal available.
The battery life indicator defined as follows:
Battery Charging.
Battery level OK.
Battery level is slightly down, but adequate power remains.
Battery remains around 30 minutes running time.
Battery remains around 10 minutes running time. Battery indicator will
become flashing RED if continue to use. The monitor will shut down in about
1 minute.
[NOTE]: The battery life will vary correspondence with CONTRAST/ BRIGHTNESS/ VOLUME/ DC OUT
setting, the higher setting value the less battery life sustained.

4. Controls and indicators
Level Switch –‘+’‘M’‘-‘
Press M to enter to monitor OSD control. Dial + or - to adjust the volume.
Power Key and LED identification
Press the power button to turn ON or turn OFF the monitor
PWR LED Green- Power on
PWR LED Dark- Power off
DC Out LED Amber- DC 12V on
DC Out LED Dark- DC 12V off
Charge LED Amber- Charging
Charge LED Dark- No charge or Charge complete

OSD Control
Input Source Selection:
- Dial Level Switch ‘-’ button to select the input source of CVBS, AHD, TVI.
- Press Level Switch ‘M’button to confirm the selection.
OSD Selection:
Press ‘M’key to select BRIGHTNESS OSD and dial ‘-’or ‘+’to decrease or increase the
value.
Press ‘M’key to select CONTRAST OSD and dial ‘-’or ‘+’to decrease or increase the
value.
Press ‘M’key to select DC OUT OSD and dial ‘-’or ‘+’to switch the DC OUT ON/OFF.
Press ‘M’key to select VOLUME OSD and dial ‘-’or ‘+’to decrease or increase the value.

5. Regulatory Agency
5.1 Safety Approvals
This series design shall meet the standards of the following domestic and foreign
agencies:
CE LVD : EN 60950-1
5.2 EMI/EMS Emission Approvals
This series design shall meet following EMI/EMS specifications:
FCC Compliance: FCC Rules and Regulations, Part 15, subpart B, Class A.
CE COMPLIANCE: EN55022 class A, EN55024, EN50130-4
6. Reliability
Mean Time Between Failures (MTBF):
MTBF shall be 50,000 hours minimum at 90% confidence level and 100% duty
cycle continuous operation at 25oC. The calculation shall not include OLED panel and
Battery.
To avoid persistent image on OLED panel, do not leave any stationary images,
patterns or letterbox image on the screen for an extended period of time. This may result
in permanent burnt or ghost image on the screen. This type of damage is normal and is
not covered by manufacturer’s limited warranty.
