Mounng the motor on the IEC B5/B14 ange:
Check that the tolerance of the motor sha and the
motor ange comply with at least one „normal“
class of quality. Carefully clean o any trace of dirt
or paint from the sha, the cetering diameter and
the face of the ange. Do not force the elctric motor
sha into gearbox motor sleeve. If this is not
possible , stop assembly. Apply anoxdave
protecon to the sha in order to prevent freeng
corrosion. Good qualy motors should be used in
order to ensute that the unit works corrcetly,
without vibraons or noise. Befor mounng the unit
on the machine, check that the main sha of the
reducon unit rotates in the right direcon.
Servicing:
The high qualy nish of the internal parts ensure
that the unit will work correctly with only a
minimum amount of servicing. Generally speaking,
the following rules should be followed: periodically
check that the exterior of the assembly is clean,
especially in the cooling areas; periodically check
to see if there are any leaks, especially in the areas
around the sealing. Units that are lubricated for life
and thus do not have ay oil plugs do not require any
special maintenance expect as stated above.
Troubleshoong:
If any problems should arise when starng the unit
or during its rst few hours of operaon, contact the
aer sales service dept. of ATM. The table shows
a series of problems with a descripon of possible
soluons.
It should be kept in mind however that the infor-
maon given is for reference only, as all the drives
manufactured by ATM are thoroughly tested and
checked before they leave the factory.
Please note that tampering with the assembly
without prioir authorizaon from ATM immediately
invalidates the warranty and oen makes it
impossible to ascertain the causes of a defect or
malfuncon.

Kontrolle der Toleranzen, der Flansch- und
Wellenmaße des Motors und des Getriebes.
Alle Verunreinigungen von Flansch und Welle
enernen. Vermeidung jeglicher Kra beim
Zusammensetzen der einzelnen Module.
Wenn dies nicht möglich, Montage stoppen.
Verwenden Sie ankorrosive Pasten um
Rosraß zu vermeiden. Nur hochqualitave
Motoren gewährleisten einen reibungslosen
Betrieb. Beim Anschließen der Einheit achten
Sie auf die richge Drehrichtung der
Getriebeabtriebswelle.
Ausführung:
Die hohe Fergungsqualität der Teile garaneren
korrekte Funkon der Einheit ohne
Serviceaufwand. Im Allgemeinen sollten von Zeit
zu Zeit opsche Kontrollen durchgeführt werden:
- Schmutzbelastung der Einheit
- Tri Öl aus?
- Ist ein Ölverlust erkennbar?
Problembehebung:
Wenn, während der Inbetriebnahme Probleme
aureten wenden Sie sich an die Technik von
ATM-ulmadrive GmbH.
