reducedphysical,sensoryandmentalcapabilitiesorlackofexperienceandknowledge
iftheyhavebeengivensupervisionorinstructionconcerninguseoftheapplianceina
safewayandunderstandthehazardsinvolved.
Children shall not play with the appliance.

3.3. MECHANICAL INTERACTION
•Whenpositioningthedevice,observe the minimum distances from
wallsandotherobjectsaswellasthestorageandoperatingconditions
speciedintheTechnicaldatachapter.
•Makesurethattheairinletandoutletarenotobstructedorblockedby
objects,e.g.,clothing.
•Makesurethattherearenolooseitemsordirtlocatedintheimmediate
surroundingsofairinletandairoutlet.
•Neverinsertanyobjectsorlimbsintothedevice.
•Donotcoverthedeviceduringoperation.
• Do not move/transport the device when switched on or the
power cord plug connected to receptacle

•Neverusethedeviceasstorageplaceorfootstep.
3.4. ELECTRICAL ENVIRONMENT
•Theelectricalconnectionmustcorrespondtothespecicationsin
chapterTechnicaldata.
•Ensurethatallelectriccablesoutsideofthedeviceareprotectedfromdamage
(e.g.causedbyanimals).Neverusethedeviceifelectriccablesorthepower
connectionaredamaged!
•Onlyinsertthemainsplugintoaproperlysecuredmainssocket.
•Observethetechnicaldatawhenselectingextensionstothepowercable.

3.5. ELECTRICAL OPERATION
•Ifthedeviceshowsvisibledamage,itmustnotbeoperated.
•Onlyusethedevicewiththeaccompanyingpowersupplyandpowercord.
•Checkaccessoriesandconnectionpartsforpossibledamagepriortoeveryuse
ofthedevice.Donotuseanydefectivedevicesordeviceparts.
•Donotunderanycircumstancesusethedeviceifyoudetectdamagesonthemainsplug
orpowercable.Ifthepowercableisdamaged,itmustbereplacedbythemanufacturer,
itsserviceagentorsimilarlyqualiedpersonsinordertoavoidahazard.Defective
powercablesposeaserioushealthrisk!
•Donotusethisdevicenearbathtubs,showertrays,swimmingpoolsorother
watercontainers.Neverimmersethedeviceorpowercordinwaterorotherliquid.

remove the power plug from the mains socket before touching the device.

3.6. MAINTENANCE
•Beforecarryingoutonlyby„authorizedspecialistcompany/electricians:Dustcollector
maintenanceordrycleaningonthedevice,removethemainsplugfromthemainsso-
cket.Holdontothemainsplugwhiledoingso.
•Donotelectricallymaintainorrepairthedeviceyourself.
•Onlyuseoriginalspareparts,forotherwisesafeandfunctionaloperation
cannotbeensured.
•DonotmaintaintheDustcollectorsyourself.“(forproduction2020-12)
3.7. DUST COLLECTOR DISPOSAL
•DisposeofreplacedDustcollectorsproperly,especiallyafterlteringsubstances
hazardoustohealth.
3.8. ULTRASOUND DURING OPERATION
•Individualpersonsoranimalsmayfeeluncomfortableinthedirectvicinityofintense
ultrasound.Allowsensiblepersonsandanimalstokeepadistanceorleavethe
roomwhilethedeviceisinoperation.
•Digitalaudioequipment:Cellphones,microphonesand/orcamerasmayusedigital
audioencodinganddigitalnoisesuppressionincallsorrecordings.Dependingonthe
digitalalgorithmapplied,audioplaybackmaybenoisywhenrecordedincloseproximity
tothedevice.Toavoidsuchinterference,testbeforehandtoseeifyouraudioisaffected.
Incaseofnoisyplayback,youmay
–disablenoisesuppressionand/or
–enlargethemicrophone‘sdistancetothedevice(15cmto2.5metersdependingon
equipmentandalgorithmsused).
3.9. UVC DURING OPERATION
•NeveroperatethedevicewhenthehousingisopenordefectiveorwhenDustcollector
eecesmissing,defectiveornotinstalledcorrectly.TheclosedhousingpreventsUVlight
radiationfromexitingtheairtreatmentarea.
•NeverwatchintotheUVlight,thismaycauseseveredamagetoeyesandskin.

internalUVLEDsinthisapparatus.Alwaysdisconnectpowerbeforeservicing.

Thedeviceisdesignedforindoorairremediation.Itphysicallyinactivatesairborneviruses
andgermstoenhanceairqualityandproducehealthierairtobreathe.Thisway,thedevice
reducestheairborneriskofinfectioninfrequentedpubliczones.
4.2. FUNCTIONING PRINCIPLES
ThedevicecontainsinletDustcollectorsatbothsidestoremovecoarsedust.
Patentappliedphysicalairremediationfollows,includingacombinationofultrasound
treatmentandUVlightapplicationtoeffectivelyinactivatetheairbornevirusload.This
specialtechnologyalsofacilitatestheuseof“mild”(275nm)UVlight,disablingtheundesi-
redproductionoftoxicOzone1.
Theremediatedairisreleasedbackintotheroomviathetopgrating.
Threeadjustableaircirculationmodesfacilitatethecreationofacustomizable
high-qualityairremediationzone.
