than solid-stateeffectsbecauseofthe tube heaters
and high voltage operation.Togetan idea,takea
lookatthe sizeofthe transformers inside atypical
vintage tube amp.The Atomicgeneratesenough
ampstopowerup to4ofourminiaturetriode tube
pedalswithout compromising tone quality.

Notes
When installing the Atomic,ensureadequate
ventilation around the enclosureand do notobscure
the ventilation holes. Effectrode miniaturetube pedals
typicallydraw justover1amp(1000mA) eachwhen
theyhavewarmed up and thisunitwill alsogetwarm
when poweringseveral pedals.Onpowerup,the
LEDson the frontpanel will flashforafew seconds
while the tube heaters warm up.Currentdraw is
higherfortube pedalsduring initial start-up conditions,
asthe heaterfilamentresistanceislowerwhen they
arecold.As the filamentwarms up,the resistance
increasesand the tube heaters begin toglow orange.
It typicallytakesafew secondsorthistohappen and
afurtherfew secondsisrequired forthe heaterto
begin warming the cathode tothe required
temperature.

disconnected frommainspoweroutlet.Removethe six
screwson the baseofthe pedal and removethe
