INSTALLATION MANUAL
WMM630 WOODEN IN-CEILING/WALL SPEAKER BACK BOX
STEP 1 STEP 2
Install the included L-shaped mounting brackets onto
the back-box. Depending on the installation direction
(horizontal or vertical) and the width between the
supporting beams, the L-shaped brackets can be
mounted in two dierent directions. The mounting
holes for the L-brackets are partially pre-drilled. Use
the included fasteners for assembling the L-brackets.
Install the back box on the provided wall or ceiling
location in between the supporting beams. Make sure
the structure can support the weight of the back box
and the speaker to be installed into it. Depending on
the structural material the appropriate fasteners shall
be used.
STEP 3
Adjust the cut-out for the installed speaker according
to the required diameter (if necessary). Various
cut-outs for dierent diameters are marked on the
back-box for easy cutting. Provide the connection
cable into the back-box by drilling a hole and pulling
the cable through it. Make sure the hole is properly
sealed afterwards.
STEP 4
Finish the structure by placing finishing board
(plasterboard, wood, ... ) in front of it. Afterwards,
connect, insert and install the speaker into the
provided location.
