The AT8666RSC desk stand features a touch-sensitive on/off
switch, indicator LED and external contact closure ability for
controlling remote devices. The sturdy metal base is equipped
with a three-pin XLRF-type in, and a five-pin XLRM-type output
connector. It is designed to fit any phantom-powered gooseneck
microphone with a three-pin XLRM-type output.
The AT8666RSC requires 11V to 52V phantom power for operation.
The electronics in the desk stand take up to 30 seconds to stabilize
after power is applied; during this start-up period, some sonic
disturbances may be heard upon switching if the system is “live.”
The touch-sensitive on/off switch can be configured for touch-
on/touch-off, momentary on (“press to talk”), or momentary off
(“press to mute”). Slide the switch marked “SW. FUNCTION”
(located on the bottom of the unit) to the appropriate mode. The
indicator LED and external contact closure follow the operation of
the touch switch, when in the local mode.
For applications that require the microphone to remain active or
always “on”, regardless of the touch switch setting, a
“Local/Remote/LED Remote” control function is provided.
• When the switch marked “CONTROL” (located on the bottom of
the desk stand) is in the “Local” position, the touch switch controls
the microphone’s audio output, LED status and contact closure
internally.
• When the “CONTROL” switch is in the “Remote” position, the
microphone’s audio output remains active or “on” all the time. The
touch switch controls only the LED and contact closure.
• When the “CONTROL” switch is in the “LED remote” position, it
allows remote control of the LED, for accurate depiction of the
microphone’s live status. The LED will remain “on” when driven
logic high or open, and “off” when driven logic low or connected to
ground. The microphone’s audio output remains active or “on” all
the time, and the contact closure follows the configuration of the
touch switch.

Le pied de microphone AT8666RSC comporte une touche
marche/arrêt à effleurement, une diode électroluminescente et un
commutateur à distance. Le robuste socle de métal est doté d’un
connecteur d’entrée type XLRF à trois broches et d’un connecteur
de sortie type XLRM à cinq broches. Il s’adapte à tous les
microphones à col-de-cygne à alimentation fantôme, munis d’un
connecteur de sortie de type XLRM à trois broches.
Pour fonctionner, le pied AT8666RSC requiert une alimentation
fantôme de 11V à 52V. Après la mise sous tension, il faut compter
30 secondes pour que l’électronique de l’unité se stabilise; durant
cette phase de démarrage, il arrive que certaines vibrations soient
audibles lorsqu’on branche l’unité sur un système « live ».
On peut configurer la touche marche/arrêt à effleurement selon trois
modes : marche/arrêt, ou marche momentané « appuyer/parler »,
ou arrêt momentané « appuyer/sourdine ». Positionner la touche
marquée « SW. FUNCTION » (située en dessous de l’appareil) en
la faisant glisser sur le mode voulu. En mode local, la diode
électroluminescente et le commutateur à distance sont commandés
par la touche marche/arrêt.
Pour les applications où il est nécessaire que le microphone reste
en marche, indépendamment du réglage de la touche à effleurement,
un bouton de commande « Local/Remote/LED Remote » existe.
• Quand le bouton « CONTROL » (située en dessous du pied du
microphone) est en position « Local », la sortie audio est
contrôlée de façon interne par le biais du bouton à effleurement.
• Quand le bouton « CONTROL » est sur « Remote », la sortie
audio du microphone resterera active ou sur « on » tout le temps.
• Quand le bouton « CONTROL » est en position « LED remote »,
cela permet un contrôle à distance du voyant DEL, pour montrer
clairement que le microphone fonctionne en live. Le voyant restera
allumé lorsque la logique entraînée est haute ou ouverte et éteint
lorsque la logique entraînée est basse ou connectée à la masse.
Se réfère au tableau des positions de fermeture de la touche et de
la diode électroluminescente.
REMARQUE : Une surface telle qu’une table de conference risque
d’être endommagée si l’on y place un objet, alors que la finition de
cette surface n’est pas complètement sèche.

La plataforma de escritorio AT8666RSC cuenta con un interruptor

La AT8666RSC requiere de 11V a 52V de alimentación phantom

Der AT8666RSC Tischfuß ist mit einem berührungsempfindlichen

zur Ansteuerung externer Geräte ausgestattet. An dem robusten
Metallunterteil befindet sich eine dreipolige XLRF-Eingangsbuchse
und ein fünfpoliger XLRM-Ausgangsstecker. Der Tischfuß eignet
sich zum Anschluss von Schwanenhalsmikrofonen mit
Phantomspeisung und einem dreipoligen XLRM-Ausgangsstecker.
Für den Betrieb des AT8666RSC sind 11 bis 52 V
Phantomspannung erforderlich. Die Elektronik im Tischfuß benötigt
nach dem Einschalten etwa 30 Sekunden bis zur Stabilisierung.
Während dieser Einschaltzeit sind gewisse Störgeräusche zu hören,
wenn das System “live” geschaltet ist.
Der An-/Aus-Taster kann wahlweise zum Ein- und Ausschalten, zum
vorübergehenden Einschalten (“zum Sprechen drücken”) oder zum
vorübergehenden Ausschalten (“zum Stummschalten drücken”)
konfiguriert werden. Dazu muss der Schalter mit der Bezeichnung
“SW. FUNCTION” (unter dem Gerät) auf den gewünschten Modus
eingestellt werden. Die Anzeigelampe und der externe
Schalteingang richten sich im lokalen Betrieb nach der Einstellung
des Tasters.
Für Anwendungsfälle, bei denen unabhängig von der Stellung des
Tasters ein Dauerbetrieb des Mikrofons erforderlich ist, steht die
Schaltfunktion “Local/Remote/LED Remote” zur Verfügung.
• Wenn der Schalter mit der Bezeichnung “CONTROL” (unter dem
Tischfuß) auf “Local” eingestellt ist, regelt der Taster die
Tonausgabe des Mikrofons, den Lampenzustand und den
Schalteingang intern.
• Wenn der Schalter “CONTROL” auf “Remote” gestellt ist, bleibt die
Tonausgabe des Mikrofons aktiv bzw. immer “eingeschaltet”. Der
Taster bedient in diesem Falle nur die Anzeigelampe und den
Schalteingang.
• Ist der Schalter “CONTROL” auf “LED Remote” eingestellt, kann
die Anzeigelampe extern geschaltet werden. Auf diese Weise
lässt sich der Live-Schaltzustand des Mikrofons genau
wiedergeben. Die Lampe bleibt “an”, wenn die Schaltlogik auf
“high” liegt bzw. offen ist, und sie schaltet sich “aus”, wenn die
Schaltlogik “low” ist bzw. auf Masse liegt. Der Tonausgang des
Mikrofons bleibt aktiv bzw. immer eingeschaltet und der

O pedestal de mesa AT8666RSC possui uma chave liga/desliga
sensível ao toque, LED indicador e capacidade de fechamento
externo do contato para controlar equipamentos à distância. A base
metálica robusta é equipada com um conector de entrada tipo
XLRF de três pinos e um conector de saída tipo XLRM de cinco
pinos. Ela é projetada para se ajustar a qualquer microfone tipo
pescoço de ganso de alimentação fantasma com saída tipo XLRM
de três pinos.
O pedestal de mesa AT8666RSC necessita, para sua operação, de
alimentação fantasma de 11V a 52V. Os componentes eletrônicos
do pedestal de mesa precisam de até 30 segundos para se
estabilizarem depois que a alimentação é ligada; durante esse
período de inicialização, poderão ser ouvidas perturbações sônicas
ao ligar a chave, se o sistema estiver ajustado para “ao vivo”.
A chave liga/desliga sensível ao toque pode ser ajustada para
ativar/ desativar sensitivo; ligar momentaneamente (“pressionar
para falar”) ou desligar momentaneamente (“pressionar para
silenciar”). Deslize a chave marcada como “SW FUNCTION”
(Função SW), localizada na base da unidade, para o modo
apropriado. O LED indicador e o fechamento externo do contato
seguem a operação da chave sensitiva quando estiverem no modo
local.
Para aplicações que necessitem que o microfone fique ativo,
independente do ajuste da chave de toque, é oferecido uma função
de controle “Local/Remote/LED Remote”.
•Quando a chave “CONTROL” (localizado na base do pedestal de
mesa) estiver na posição “Local”, a saída de áudio é controlada
internamente pela chave de toque.
• Quando a chave “CONTROL” estiver na posição “Remote”, a
saída de áudio do microfone estará ativa, ou “ligada” o tempo
todo.
• Quando a chave CONTROL estiver na posição “LED Remote”, o
LED pode ser controlado remotamente para uma representação
precisa do estado do microfone. O LED estará ligado enquanto
houver lógica alta ou aberta e desligado quando houver lógica
baixa ou conectado ao terra.

OBSERVAÇÃO: A colocação de qualquer objeto na superfície (tal
como um mesa de reunião) antes do acabamento estar totalmente
