5MIC/LINE input via COMBO connector
The COMBO connector allows you to connect either a
male XLR plug, or a male Jack mono or stereo connector.
This line level input is balanced.
Please refer to the following chapters for more details
about the different wiring.
6LINE/MIC selector
Allows you to adapt the incoming impedance to the type
of signal.
When pressed, the input level is adapted to microphone
signals, otherwise it is adapted to line level signals.
7MIC/LINE fader
Allows you to configure the MIC or LINE input level.
Please make sure the SIG/CLIP LED is not lit for long
periods to ensure an optimal sound quality.
8LINE input via COMBO connector
This combo socket allows you to plug either a male XLR
or male mono/stereo Jack.
This line level input is balanced.
Please refer to the following chapters for more details
about the different wiring.
9LINE/AUX fader
Allows you to configure the LINE or AUX input level.
Please make sure the SIG/CLIP LED is not lit for long
periods to ensure an optimal sound quality.
10 LINE/AUX selector
Allows you to selec either the LINE input (COMBO
socket) or the AUX input.
When not pressed, the incoming signal from the COMBO
socket is sent to the amplifier, otherwise the AUX signal
will be sent to the amplifier.
11 AUX input
Line level input via Jack 3.5;
Allows you to retrieve the signal of, for instance, an MP3
player.
12 Equalization zone
These two faders allow you to adjust the bass and treble
settings from -15dB to +15dB.
These adjustments affect the MASTER part of the signal.
13 LED POWER
This LED is lit when the built-in amplifier is turned ON.
14 LED SIG/CLIP
This LED has two functions:
- It lits in yellow when a signal is detected on one of the
two inputs.
- It lits in red when the sum of each signal levels exceeds
0dB.
Please make sure the SIG/CLIP LED is not lit for long
periods to ensure an optimal sound quality.
15 XLR LINE OUT socket
Allows you to retrieve the sum of each incoming signal
and transmit it to another amplified speaker, mixing
desk, or speaker/amplifier system.

2- Gain control: Allows you to configure the
microphone sensitivity. The factory settings
are optimal, but you can increase/decrease the
sensitivity by turning it to the left (decreases) or
right (increases).
3- Radio frequency output level selector. H for
a strong signal, L for a lower signal. Allows you
to increase the range of your microphone.
4- Battery level indicator and ON/OFF power
switch.
The indicator flashes in red when the batteries
are discharged.
The indicator flashes in red when the ASC
function is activated.
5- Batteries compartment: LR06 x 2. Please
make sure you keep the same polarities if need
to replace the batteries.
6- Synchronisation IR diod. The ASC (Auto
Synchro Connection) function allows you to
synchronise a chosen channel between the
transmitting microphone and the receiver via
InfraRed transmission.
To do so, select a channel (from 1-16) on the
receiver. Press the ASC button and put the IR
diod of your microphone in front of the IR diod
(#9) of the receiver.
C1 - Volume control fader for the HF module. From OFF to full
power (clockwise).
C2 - Squelch control fader: allows you to configure the
threshold in case of HF signal interruption. The factory settings
do not require any modification.
C3&4 - Canal selection: allow you to browse through the 16
available frequencies.
C5 - Frequency display.
C6 - Radio Frequency indicator: this indicator is lit in red when
the emitting mic is ON.
C7 - Audio Frequency indicator: this indicator is lit in green
when a signal is being received.
C8 - ASC (Auto Synchro Connection) button: allows you to
synchronise a channel between the transmitter and receiver.
Select a channel (from 1 - 16), press the ASC button and put
the IR (#6) diod of your mic in front of the IR (#9) diod of your
receiver.
C9 - IR diod. Allows you to synchronise your mic with the

5.2 - Unbalanced
5.1 - Balanced
The COMBO sockets are
symetrical. This type of
connectors allows you to transmit
a signal over long runs of cables
without altering its quality, that
is why we recommend to use
balanced signals.
The figures opposite describe
the balanced wiring of the XLR or
Jack 6.35 plugs.
If you do not have any source
with balanced signal, please do
not use cables longer than 1.5 m.
The figures opposite describe the
unbalanced wiring of the XLR or
Jack 6.35 plugs.
