Check You Have
All the
Components
•VGB300 Capture Device USB
•SCART to RCA Adapter
(Optional)
•RCA Cable
•Instruction Manual
•Quick Start Guide

Gather your PC /
Laptop, VGB300
and device you
want to digitise
(VHS player,
Camcorder etc.)

Ensure Your VGB300 is inserted into the USB
Port
USB Port
Your USB Port will look something like this on
your PC or Laptop
Do not remove the VGB300 during the installation
process

Access Drivers
VGB300 Drivers can be accessed simply by plugging in the device
The VGB300 is Plug & Play, Drivers will install themselves when the USB is inserted. Please
allow a short time for the install before the next steps

Download OBS
Go to https://obsproject.com/
Select your Device Type
When the download is done,
run the application and follow
the instructions

Add VGB300 to OBS
Open OBS
In the Source Window, Click the
+ and Add
"Video Capture Device"
Use the Drop-Down Menu to select
"AV to USB 2.0"
Click "OK"

When Ready,
Start Recording
Play the footage on your
VHS player, Camcorder etc.
Press "Start Recording" in
OBS
