SAFETY
1. The food processor must be managed by skilled personnel that are familiar
with the instrucons for use and safety contained in this manual.
2. This machine comes with several safety systems, but users must avoid
seng their hands and loose objects near the cung discs and moving
parts.
3. Before any cleaning and maintenance operaons, check to make sure the
machine is disconnected from the power source.
4. Never use the food processor with frozen food.
5. Never replace or repair parts on your own. Consult an authorized service
agency.
6. Operate the processor on a clean, dry, and level surface.
7. If the power cord is damaged, do not use. Contact the distributor for a
replacement power cord.
INSTALLATION AND OPERATION
1. Unpack your food processor and place on a clean, dry surface.
2. Inspect the unit for damage, including the power cord. Do not use if any
damage is found.
3. Locate the unit near a 110-120V 1 phase outlet. If you are unsure of the
electrical connecon, contact a qualied electrician before using.
4. It is recommended to clean the equipment prior to rst use.

SETTING THE
DISCS ON THE
MACHINE
1. Rotate the knob as shown in gure (1)
and open the cover.
2. Set the plasc ejecng disc (2), then
place the selected slicing disc on top
of the plasc disc.
3. Close the cover and reverse the
rotaon of the knob. Hit the start
buon to automacally hook the
discs in the correct posion.

1. Li the handle and set the food inside
the opening as shown in gure (3), then
close the handle.
2. Press the green start buon with your
right hand, and with your le hand,
lightly move the handle downwards
unl food has passed through the
hopper.
3. Li the handle to add more food. The
machine starts automacally when
the handle is closed. Repeat these
operaons as needed.

1. Turn the handle and li the cover.
(Fig. 1)
2. Turn the disc counterclockwise
(Fig. 2) and cover the cung edge
with appropriate material (rubber,
fabric, etc).
3. Li the disc by seng your other hand
under the disc.

1. Make sure the injector disc is
in place. (Fig. 1)
2. Load the dicing grid. (Fig. 2)
3. Load the slicing disc. (Fig. 2)
4. Close the cover and ghten the lid
to secure. (Fig. 3)

CLEANING AND
MAINTENANCE OPERATON
1. Before carrying out any cleaning or maintenance operaons, check to
make sure that the main switch is o and the plug disconnected.
2. Use a damp cloth and a non-abrasive detergent to clean the machine
and discs.
3. The discs are dishwasher safe. Do not run the base unit in the dishwasher.
4. Never use steel wool or any abrasive chemicals on the discs or machine.

This food processor comes with 2 slicing
discs (5/64” and 5/32”) that are great
for slicing a wide range of fruits and
vegetables. 3 grang discs (5/16”, 5/32”,
and 1/8”) let you easily grate and shred
items like carrots and cheese.

CHUTES
A 2” cylindrical hopper is perfect for
processing long, thin products like carrots,
cucumbers, or celery! For larger, bulkier
items, use the 6” x 3” kidney-shaped
hopper.
