Operator's Manual

1. Inspect unit before each use.
2. The metal compressor cylinder will heat up during operation. Do not touch
the cylinder head or fittings with bare hands during or immediately after use.
3. Only hold the unit by the carrying handle.
4. Do not over-inflate. Always confirm the tire pressure with a trusted tire
pressure gauge that features a built-in air bleeder valve.
5. Do not use the inflator when the vehicle is moving.
6. Do not leave the working inflator unattended.
7. Do not put the inflator on or near sources of direct heat or expose to
direct sunlight.
8. Do not operate the inflator in or around flammable environments.
9. Do not kink or block the air hose while the inflator is working.
10. Do not use the inflator if bent, broken, melted, burnt, wet or any of the
components are damaged.
11. Do not use the inflator on high pressure tires such as those used on
commercial vehicles, agricultural or specialist vehicles.
12. The inflator is not waterproof.
13. Make sure that the cables and hoses connected to the inflator will not
interfere safe operation of vehicles.
14. This inflator is not designed for continuous use. Operation over an
extended period of time will overheat the unit and damage the inflator. It
should not be used continuously for more than 15 minutes. After 15 minutes
of continuous use, turn it off and let it cool for at least 10 minutes before
resuming operation.
15. If the inflator is making an abnormal sound, or the temperature of the
unit is too high, turn the power off immediately and let it cool for at least 10
minutes before resuming operation.
16. The infiator contains no user serviceable parts. Do not open.
17. The compressor was permanently lubricated during assembly. Do not
add oil or any other lubricant.

ATTENTION
TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS
1. The product only can be used on DC 12V power source and it can’t be
used directly onAC 110V, AC 220V, DC 24V, DC 36V.
2. Avoid over-inflating, never exceed the recommended pressure. Items
over inflated may burst and cause serious injury.Allow device to cool
for 10 minutes after 15 minutes of continuous operation.
3. The unit will become hot during use and we recommend to wear
protective gloves when operation. Use caution when touching the
unit. Only cautiously hold the unit by the carry handle and allow the
unit to cool enough before storing.
WARNING
Make sure the vehicle has safely stopped, then start the
engine. Before plugging power cord into the cigarette lighter
socket of the car, please check whether the car’s maximum
current reaches 20 amps. If lower than 20 amps, DO NOT use
a cigarette lighter to supply power to inflate, avoiding short
circuit of the car, please use the special battery clamps instead!

HOW TO INFLATE CAR TIRE

Step 1
The vehicle is in the safe state of parking and
starts the engine.
Step 2
Plug the power cord into the cigarette lighter
socket of the vehicle or connect the clamps to
car battery(Red+/Black-).
Step 3
Press “R” button to select tire pressure
measurement units from PSI, KPA, BAR.
Press “+” or “-” button to preset tire pressure.
The preset tire pressure value can be read in the
display.
If using the battery clamps, Connect the cigarette
lighter head on the tire air compressor to the
converter of the battery clamp. Then connect the
clamps to car battery (Red+/Black-).

HOW TO INFLATE CAR TIRE
Press the switch to start the light.
Step 5
The compressor will automatically stop inflating
once the preset pressure is reached.
NOTE:
The air compressor display may have an error value
( +/- 1 psi ) but always consistent. If happened, users
can set 1 psi higher or lower than the actual tire
pressure.

Connect the air hose to the tire valve stem.
(Connect extension coil air hose if needed)
Step 6
Press the "I" switch to start the inflation pump,
and when the preset air pressure value is reached,
the automatic shutdown will be performed.
Press the switch to "O" and turn off.

HOW TO INFLATE CAR TIRE
To prevent blowing fuse, please turn on the pump before connecting it
to tire valve stems.
To prevent compressor damage: if compressor shuts off automatically,
allow to cool for 10 minutes before restarting. Compressor shuts off to
prevent overheating damage.

1. Unthread and remove the Bezel (A).
2. Slide the Fuse (B) out of the Lighter Adapter.
3. Insert a new Fuse.
4. Recombine the Bezel.
To replace the fuse located inside the Lighter Adapter, please follow these
steps (See Figure below):
If the unit would not turn on or abruptly turn off during operation, check
the following:
a. Is the Lighter Adapter fully and securely inserted into the vehicles 12
volt power supply?
b. Has the fuse inside the Lighter Adapter blown? If so, replace the fuse.

For inflating sport balls like basketball, football, etc. The following two pictures shows
how to hoop up the nozzle to air chuck.
