You can connect an external hard drive for media playback or various
input devices (e.g. mouse, keyboard, etc.) to the USB ports. You can
insert a memory card at the TF input.

FIRST INSTALLATION
During the initial installation, you will be guided through the standard
settings. The first thing to do is to pair the remote control with the device.
To do this, press and hold the volume button „ - “ and simultaneously press
the OK button until the LED lamp flash.
If the connection is successful, you will now be taken to the next language
setting menu. Use the ▲ ▼ buttons on your remote control to navigate to
your desired language e.g. English (United Kingdom) and confirm your
selection with the OK button.

Searching Connecting Success
Now the next menu is for quickly set up your TV with your Android phone.
You can selecte between „Continue“ or „Skip“. Navigate with the buttons
▲▼ to „Continue“ and press the OK button. Follow the instructions:
1. On your Android Phone open the pre-installed app „Google“
2. Type or say „OK Google, set up my device“
3. Tap KM9PRO on the list

Next, configure your internet connection. If you have not connected a
network cable, the device searches for all available WiFi networks. Use
the ▲ ▼ buttons on your remote control to navigate to your WiFi
network and confirm your selection with the OK button. Next, enter your
WiFi password using the navigation buttons ▲▼◄► on your remote
control. To do this, navigate to the letters / numbers / characters and
confirm them with the OK button. When you have completely entered
your WLAN password, navigate to the symbol and confirm this by
pressing the OK button. The connection to your WiFi network is now
established.

To make the most of your the TV and the device, you must now login to
your Google account*. To do this, press the OK button for "Sign In". Now
choose between the registration options "Use phone or computer" or
"Use remote control" by pressing the navigation buttons ▲▼ and
confirm your selection with the OK button. In the example, select "Use
remote control":
Next, enter your Google email* or telephone number* using the navigation
buttons ▲▼◄►. To do this, navigate to the letters / numbers / characters
and confirm them with the OK button. When you have completely entered
your Google E-Mail or telephone number, navigate to the symbol and
confirm the selection with the OK button.

Now choose whether you want to allow Google access to your location. To
do this, use the ▲▼ buttons on your remote control to navigate between
"Yes" and "No". Confirm your selection by pressing OK.
Now choose whether you want to allow Google to help improve Android.
To do this, use the ▲▼ buttons on your remote control to navigate
between "Yes" and "No". Confirm your selection by pressing OK.
You will now see the Google voice control assistant. Confirm „Continue“
by pressing the OK button. Confirm the next menu „A few things that you
should know" by pressing the OK button for Continue.
Now decide whether you want to „Get personal results“. To do this, use
the ▲▼ buttons on your remote control to navigate between "Turn on"
and "No, thanks". Confirm your selection by pressing the OK button.
Now decide whether you want to get the most out of the „Google
Assistant“. To do this, use the ▲▼ buttons on your remote control to
navigate between "Yes" and "No". Confirm your selection by pressing the
OK button.
Now decide whether you want to „Install additional apps“ from the
Google Play Store. Navigate to the specified apps with the navigation
buttons ▲▼◄► and „activate“ or „deactivate“ them by pressing the
OK button. When you have made your selection, use the ▲▼◄►
buttons to navigate to „Continue“ and press the OK button.
You have now made the standard settings. The device now shows you
some functions. Select one page further by pressing the OK button. The
device is now ready for operation and starts with the start menu.
Now enter your Google password using the navigation buttons ▲▼◄►
on your remote control. To do this, navigate to the letters / numbers /
characters and confirm them with the OK button. When you have entered
your Google password completely, navigate to the symbol and
confirm the selection with the OK button. Now accept the „Terms of
Service“ by pressing the OK button.

THE START MENU
To make settings, navigate in the start menu with the navigation buttons
▲▼◄► to the cogwheel at the top right. Pressing the OK button opens
the settings menu. You can make all settings here, such as:

VOICE COMMANDS
UPDATE FIRMWARE / SOFTWARE
The device uses the Google Android TV system. Log in via your Googel
account to use the function. By holding the button , you can give
voice commands or ask questions.
Examples:
Hold down the button and say:
• „How is the wather tomorrow in London?“
• „Tell me a joke“
• „Open YouTube“.
• „How high is the Mount Everest“?
• „Start prime video“.
• „How many residents has London“?
To download the current firmware or operating software, navigate to the
menu settings. Use the ▲▼ buttons to navigate to the menu „Device
Preferences“. Confirm this by pressing the OK button. Use the ▲▼
buttons to navigate to the menu item „About“. Confirm this by pressing
the OK button. Use the ▲▼ buttons to navigate to the menu item
„UPDATE“. Confirm this by pressing the OK button. Use the ▲▼ buttons
to navigate to the menu item „OTA Update“. Confirm this by pressing the
OK button.
Important: NEVER turn off the device during an UPDATE. Do not
download third party software! For manual installation, contact
the manufacturer or your seller.

TROUBLESHOOTING
Problem Lösung
No TV signal - Make sure that the LED lights up blue after switching
on the device. If the LED on the device is red, press the
power button.
- Make sure that the cable connection to the TV is correct
- Make sure that you have selected the correct TV input
source on the TV (see your TV instructions)
No WiFi connections - Make sure that you have activated WLAN in the
settings under Networks & Internet.
- Restart the device
- If the device is connected with a LAN cable, the
WLAN connection is automatically disconnected.
- Try another network (e.g. hotspot) If necessary, set
up a separate WLAN network with your mobile
phone for test purposes.
Unable to use voice funktion
The Remote does not

- Make sure that the remote control is connected in
the settings under Remote controls & accessories.
- If necessary, replace the batteries in the remote control.
- Make sure you are connected to the Internet.
Start a YouTube video to try it out.
- If necessary, replace the batteries in the remote control.
- Make sure that the maximum distance between the
device and the remote control is 6m
- Make sure that the remote control is connected in
the settings under Remote controls & accessories.

Picture OK, but no sound
An APK file cannot be
installed or is not
recognized
- Make sure that the mute button is not active
- Adjust the volume louder (volume +)
- When playing various video formats, check whether
they are supported by the device.
- Check the cable connection to your TV set
- Make sure it is an original file from GOOGLE PLAY
STORE. Third-party files are not supported.
- This product is a Google ATV system and does not
support mobile versions of an APK.
