2.OPERATION, ADJUSTMENT
A- Safetyandoperation precaution:
1.Unpackthepackage;puton thecarbon-receiving shield(350-mmmodel)
2.Check thepowervoltageinaccordancewiththerated voltageon thenameplate.
3.Makesuretheboltsandcutting wheelaretight,beforeoperation; noloadrunningshouldbetaken
tomakesureit'sgoodcondition andthewheelrunningintheright direction asthearrowindicated
thecuttingoperation can betaken onlywhenit'sright.
4.Whencutting, thewheelshould touchtheworkpiecesmoothlyand evenly,thencutitwithacertain
feedingspeedinaccordancewiththeindividualcondition of thework.Neartheendof thecutting
operation,pleaseslowthefeedingspeedandreducethecuttingpressure,when theworkpieceis
cutoff, raisethehandleandturnoff thecuttingwheelstop running.
5.Neverusethecut-off machinenearcombustibleorexplosivematerial, becausesparkwillbe
produced when cutting.
6.The operatorshouldbeawayfromtherotatingplaneofthewheeltoavoidaccident.
7.The operatorshouldwearoperation glasses-.
B- Adjustment:
1.The front vicejawhasbeenfactorysetat "0"position.When desiretochangethecutting angle,
loosen thetwolock boltsonit and adjustitsangletodesiredposition,then driveon thebolts.
2.Cuttingwheelchangingmethod:
Whenthemachineisstopped thoroughly,plugoff thepowercontrol wheel tobewithoutmoving
withyourhand,loosethelockboltontheoutput spindle, takeoff theouterclampingdiskand
cutting wheel,put on theclampingdisk again, anddriveon thebolt tightly,afterall above, youcan
turnon thepowerand makesureitisallright,toget readyforyournewoperating.
