1. INTRODUCTION
This Technical Manual describes the technical characteristics that correspond to the automatic
coffee grinders in the MO2 / CAPRICCIO range.
The M02 / CAPRICCIO range has two models:
M02 / CAPRICCIO with a display
M02 / CAPRICCIO with no display
Both models in this range can be manufactured in different colours.
1.1. DEFINITIONS
Coffee grinding point: this is the point to which the coffee beans are ground, finer or
coarser.
Espresso coffee: infusion of coffee elaborated according to the following conditions:
-7 g of ground coffee.
-The temperature of the infusion water between 92º C and 96º C.
-The water pressure at 8 kg/cm².
-The infusion time of the coffee between 20 and 28 seconds.
-The volume of water in the infusion 40 ml.
Programming mode: when the machine is ready for any of its functions or parameters to be
programmed.
Working mode: when the machine is in the working state and ready to prepare any of the
services it offers.
1.2. PRINCIPLE TECHNICAL CHARACTERISTICS
ÔAutomatic: A press of the micro switch is enough to grind and dose the programmed
dosage of coffee.
ÔIt can provide one or two doses of coffee.
ÔThere is the option of grinding the coffee at the moment the dose is requested or pre
grinding the coffee beforehand.
ÔIt automatically changes the grinding times to always achieve equal doses of ground
coffee. With this system, the quality of the beverage is constant.
