
Set up:
Remove battery compartment door at the back of the unit.
Insert two AA size battery.
Radio Controlled Time:
The clock automatically starts scanning the DCF frequency signal after new
batteries inserted(“ ” blink on the LCD)
The clock automatically scans the time signal at 2:00a.m. and 3:00am
everyday to maintain accurate timing. For failed reception, scanning
stops(“ ” disappear from display ) and repeats again at 4:00a.m., 5:00a.m.
The clock manually scans the time signal by holding “WAVE“ buttons “ (B3)
buttons for 3 seconds. For failed reception, scanning stops (“ ” disappear
from display) and repeats again in the next 3 hours (3 times) until received.
e.g. scan at 8:20 failed, it will receive again at 9:00; 10:00; 11:00.
Stop scanning by holding “WAVE” (B3) buttons for 3 seconds
Note: (1) “ ” blink indicate now is receiving the DCF signal
(2) “ ” turn on indicate signal receive successfully
(3) “DST” show on the LCD if it is in Daylight Saving Time Mode.
Manual Time Setting
In Time display mode, hold “Mode/Set” button (B1) to enter setting mode,
Hour digit will blink on the display.
Press “▲”(B4) or “▼” (B5) button to select a value and press “Mode/Set”
button (B1) to confirm your setting.
Setting squence is : Hour, Minutes, second, Year, Month/Day sequence, Month,
Date, Time Zone ,Weekday Language.
There are 5 languages for the day of the week display can be selected:
English, German, Dutch, Poland and Czech. The languages and their selected
abbreviations for each day of the week are shown in the following table.
