Set up:
Remove battery compartment door at the back of the unit.
Insert two AA size battery.
Radio Controlled Time:
The clock automatically starts scanning the DCF frequency signal after new
batteries inserted(“ ” blink on the LCD)
The clock automatically scans the time signal at 2:00a.m. and 3:00am
everyday to maintain accurate timing. For failed reception, scanning
stops(“ ” disappear from display ) and repeats again at 4:00a.m., 5:00a.m.
The clock manually scans the time signal by holding “WAVE“ buttons “ (B3)
buttons for 3 seconds. For failed reception, scanning stops (“ ” disappear
from display) and repeats again in the next 3 hours (3 times) until received.
e.g. scan at 8:20 failed, it will receive again at 9:00; 10:00; 11:00.
Stop scanning by holding “WAVE” (B3) buttons for 3 seconds
Note: (1) “ ” blink indicate now is receiving the DCF signal
(2) “ ” turn on indicate signal receive successfully
(3) “DST” show on the LCD if it is in Daylight Saving Time Mode.
Manual Time Setting
In Time display mode, hold “Mode/Set” button (B1) to enter setting mode,
Hour digit will blink on the display.
Press “▲”(B4) or “▼” (B5) button to select a value and press “Mode/Set”
button (B1) to confirm your setting.
Setting squence is : Hour, Minutes, second, Year, Month/Day sequence, Month,
Date, Time Zone ,Weekday Language.
There are 5 languages for the day of the week display can be selected:
English, German, Dutch, Poland and Czech. The languages and their selected
abbreviations for each day of the week are shown in the following table.

The Time zone is used for the countries where can receive the DCF time signal
but the time zone is different from the German time.
When the country time is faster than the German time for 1 hr, the zone
should be set to +1. Then the clock will automatically set 1 hour faster from
the signal time received.
Note: Second adjusted to zero only.
12/ 24 Hour Display Mode
Press “12/24”(B4) button to select 12 or 24 hour mode.
Snooze Alarm Clock Function:
Press “MODE” button (B1) to select to view :
Time Alarm Time (“AL “Shown on the LCD)
When viewing the Alarm Time, hold “MODE/SET” button (B1) for 3 seconds
to enter Alarm Time setting mode, hour digit will blink on the display. Press
“▲”(B4) or “▼” (B5) button to select a value and press “Mode/Set” button (B1)
to confirm your setting.
Slide Alarm “ ON/OFF” (B5) slide switch to “ON” to activate Alarm feature,
Alarm symbol “ ”appears on the display.
Press “SNOOZE” (B2) button when the alarm sounds to activate the snooze
feature, snooze icon “ ” flash on the display. The alarm will sound again
after 4 minutes. This process can be repeated 8 times.
Press any button except “SNOOZE” (B1) button to stop the alarm.
Thermometer:
Press “℃/℉”(B5) button to select thermometer in Celsius/Fahrenheit mode

Low battery indicator:
Low battery icon “ “ indicate the unit in low battery status.
Notes/Remarks:
Use a pin to press the reset(B7) button if the Unit does not work properly.
Avoid placing the clock near interference sources/metal frames such as
computer monitor or TV sets
Never use the clock in bathroom or any other area with high humidity
The clock loses its time information when the battery is removed
DISPOSAL AT END OF WORKING LIFE:
Discarded appliances and electronic devices often still contain valuable materials,
therefore do not throw them away, instead hand them in to the store where you
buy a new appliance or to your local council recycling depot.
In accordance with the waste guidelines for electrical and electronic equipment,
this product must be disposed of separately. If you wish to dispose of this product
in the future, do NOT discard it with the household waste, but hand it in at your
local refuse collection depot.
In compliance with the directives on Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment,
this product must not be discarded with domestic waste but should be disposed of
separately for recycling. If you wish to dispose of this product in the future, do
NOT throw it away with the household rubbish but hand it in at a specially
designated place, such as your municipal domestic chemical waste depot.
Never throw empty batteries away, but deposit them in special battery boxes or
hand them in as domestic chemical waste at your municipal depot.
