Placeone Caster Lock Washer(R) on each Caster’sthreaded stem before attaching.

Attachtwo Locking Casters (A)to thefront feetofBase (P1). Attachtwo Non-Locking

Casters(B) tothe rearfeet ofBase (P1)as shownin Illustration # 1. Use Caster

Wrench(Q) totightencasters. Insert PostAssembly(P5) intothe large center holeon

Base (P1). Secure in place using four Screws (F) in the side holes and one Allen Bolt (C)

withone Lock Washer(I) intothe bottom ofBase (P1)and PostAssembly(P5).

AttachBracket(P6) to PostAssembly(P5) using twoAllenPost Bolts(E), twoFlat

Washers(M)andtwoHexNuts(J). UseAllenWrench(H) and Wrench(O)

totightenAllenPostBolts(E)andHex Nuts(J)as shown in Illustration#3.

3.) Installthe Shelf Support(P9)on the PostAssembly (P5)byfirstremoving the preinstalled

screwthat was holdingthe PostAssembly togetherfor shipping. Slide theShelf Support (P9)

downthePostAssembly(P5)andthen replace the screwyouremovedwithAdjustment

Knob(L). NOTE: Flip the clamp lever up to slidethe ShelfSupport up and down the

PostAssemblyand then lockdownthe lever toholdin place. (SeeIllustration# 2)

5.) AttachtheTiltAssembly(P7) to theBracket(P6) using fourBolts(G),fourRectangular

Washers(K),fourFlatWashers(M)andfour Hex Nuts(J)asshown in Illustration #4.

UseAllenWrench(H) and Wrench(O)totighten Bolts(G)andHex Nuts(J).

6.) AttachShelf P4to the ShelfSupport (P9) usingfour Screws (D). Inserttwo Short Fences(P2)

intothe predrilled holes on thesides ofShelf (P4) and one LongFence (P3)in the rear set ofholes.

SecureinplacefronunderneathusingsixDome Nuts(N). TightenNutswith HexNutWrench(P).

7.) AttachVerticalMount-R (P8) andVertical Mount-L(P8) to theTiltAssembly(P7) as

showninIllustration # 6. Loosenthe twoAllen Screws onthe side ofeach Vertical

Mount(P8)andraise the lockleverto allow the mounttohook over theTiltAssembly

rails. Besure to tightenthese samescrews to lock Vertical Mountstothe rails.

Do not use unless all screws are tight. At least every six months, check all screws to be sure

they are tight. If parts are missing, broken, damaged, or worn, stop use of the product

until repairs are made by your dealer using factory authorized parts.
