Bidirectional intercommunication equipment for vehicles with separated
cabins (ambulances, buses, cash-in-transit, among others). Consists of two
modules, each with a speaker and high performance microphone.

Switching on
To switch the equipment on, turn the volume knob clockwise until you hear a click and
the power indicator lights up.
Switching the equipment ON/OFF is a function only controlled from the front module.
Volume control
Use the knob to control the volume level of the incoming audio.
• Volume up: turn the knob clockwise.
• Volume down: turn the knob counterclockwise.
Push to talk
To open the frontrear communication channel, press PTT and hold it while you are
talking to the rear cabin.
Light indicators
• Red: indicates that the equipment is on.
• Green: indicates the system’s operation mode according to the light pattern.
Steady on: indicates that the rearfront communication channel is open.
Blinking on: the indicator blinks when the frontrear communication channel is open
while the user on the rear cabin is trying to communicate as well (namely, that the rear
PTT button was pushed while you were pushing the front PTT button).
Switching off
To switch the equipment off, turn the volume knob counterclockwise until hearing a
click; the light indicators will then turn off.

Volume control
Use the knob to control the volume level of the incoming audio.
• Volume up: turn the knob clockwise.
• Volume down: turn the knob counterclockwise.
Mode selection (manual / hands-free)
The rear module allows two communication modes: keeping the rearfront
communication channel continuously open (hands-free mode), and opening the channel
every time you wish to communicate, by pushing PTT (manual mode).
To activate the hands-free mode, move the switch to its Mod. Auto position; to return the
equipment to manual mode, move the switch back to its Mod. PTT position.
Push to talk (in manual mode)
To open the rearfront communication channel, press PTT and hold it while you are
talking to the front cabin.
Light indicators
• Red: shows that the equipment is on.
• Green: indicates that the frontrear communication channel is open.

manufacturing. If for any reason a failure related to materials and manufacturing were to occur during the period
of one year after the date of purchase, BYG Electrónica S.A.S. would repair or replace the failing equipment free
of charge.
This warranty shall be voided if the product is modifi ed, tampered with, misused, or subjected to abnormal working
conditions. This warranty does not cover physical damage to the product surface. This warranty does not apply
when the malfunction results from the use of this product in conjunction with accessories, other products, or

Para encender el equipo gire la perilla de volumen en sentido horario hasta escuchar un
clic, el indicador de encendido se iluminará.
La función de encendido/apagado del equipo sólo se controla desde el módulo delantero.
Control del volumen
Use la perilla para controlar el volumen del audio entrante.
• Subir el volumen: gire la perilla en sentido horario.
• Bajar el volumen: gire la perilla en sentido anti horario.
Pulsador para hablar
Para abrir el canal de comunicación delanteroposterior, presione PTT y mantenga
presionado mientras le esté hablando a la cabina posterior.
Indicadores luminosos
• Rojo: indica que el equipo se encuentra encendido.
• Verde: indica el modo de operación del sistema según el patrón de luz.
Encendido constante: indica que el canal de comunicación posteriordelantero se
encuentra abierto.
Encendido intermitente: el indicador enciende de forma intermitente cuando el canal
delanteroposterior está abierto al mismo tiempo que el usuario del módulo posterior
está tratando de comunicarse (es decir, que presionaron el botón PTT del módulo
posterior mientras tenía PTT presionado en el módulo delantero).
Apagado
Para apagar el equipo, gire la perilla de volumen en sentido anti horario hasta que
escuche un clic, los indicadores luminosos se apagarán.

Use la perilla para controlar el volumen del audio entrante.
• Subir el volumen: gire la perilla en sentido horario.
• Bajar el volumen: gire la perilla en sentido anti horario.
Selección de modo (manual / manos libres)
El módulo posterior ofrece dos posibles modos de comunicación: dejar el canal
posteriordelantero abierto permanentemente (modo manos libres), y abrir el canal
cada vez que quiera comunicarse, presionando PTT (modo manual). Para activar el
modo manos libres, mueva el switch selector de modo a la posición Mod. Auto; para
regresar el equipo a modo manual, mueva el switch a la posición Mod. PTT.
Pulsador para hablar (estando en modo manual)
Para abrir el canal de comunicación posteriordelantero, presione PTT y mantenga
presionado mientras le esté hablando a la cabina delantera.
Indicadores luminosos
• Rojo: indica que el equipo se encuentra encendido.
• Verde: indica que el canal de comunicación delanteroposterior se encuentra abierto.
