Assembly
Attaching the T-rock to the Chair Base

□Place the chair base (B) on a flat, smooth surface. Turn the chair seat upright and insert the shaft of the T-rock into the central cylinder
of the chair base until an audible click sound is heard.
□Place cushions (#1) and (#2) on the swivel rocking lounge. Repeat Step 1 through 2 for the other chair.

Place the chair seat (A) upside down on a flat, smooth surface.

Align the T-rock (C) to the U-bar of the chair seat.
□
Attach the rocking plates of the T-rock to the U-bar with washer plates (DD), washers (CC), lock washers (BB) and nuts (EE)
from above the rocking plate , and also with washer plates (DD) , washers (CC) and bolts (AA) from
below the U-bar using wrench (FF).
If the T-rock and the U-bar cannot line up properly, you may need to
loosen pre-installed bolts and nuts and retry.

□Once all bolts and nuts are in position, fully tighten all of them.
□Cover all the bolts and pre-installed bolts with bolt caps (HH).
Cover all the nuts and pre-installed nuts with nut caps (GG).

Limited Warranty
All BarcaLounger Outdoor Living Products are warranted to be free from defects in materials and workmanship. This
limited warranty is only valid to the original purchaser from the date of purchase from an authorized BarcaLounger
Outdoor Living dealer. Defective products must be returned or shipped pre-paid with dated purchase receipt to one of
our authorized return centers listed below (freight collect will be refused.) Prior to returning any BarcaLounger Outdoor
Living product or part for warranty inspection, the original retail purchaser must obtain written authorization from a
BarcaLounger Outdoor Living customer service representative at the telephone number provided below or by writing to
the BarcaLounger Outdoor Living department listed below.
Frame Warranty: Aluminum frames are warranted to be free from defects in material or workmanship for a period of
seven (7) years. If your BarcaLounger Outdoor Living furniture fails structurally during normal use within seven (7) years
of purchase, after inspection, if it is verified that the unit was defective in material or workmanship during the warranty
period, then BarcaLounger Outdoor Living, at its option, will repair or replace this product at no charge. If the model is
no longer available, or cannot be repaired effectively, BarcaLounger Outdoor Living reserves the right to substitute items
of our choice similar in style and quantity. In no event shall BarcaLounger Outdoor Living’s responsibility exceed the
value of the replacement product.
Finish Warranty: If your BarcaLounger Outdoor Living Furniture is used within five (5) miles from the ocean or around a
salt water pool, the finish is warranted against blistering, peeling, or cracking for a period of one (1) year provided the
finish has not been scratched or abraded. Otherwise the finish is warranted for a period of three (3) years against
blistering, peeling, or cracking provided the finish has not been scratched or abraded. Scratches and chips resulting from
normal wear and tear are not covered. Due to the harsh effects of weather and the unique nature of multi-step, hand
applied finishes, the finish color of a replacement item may not perfectly match your original furniture.
Cushion & Pillow Warranty: All BarcaLounger Outdoor Living Cushions are warranted for a period of one (1) year
against fading, and/or discoloration caused by exposure to the elements. Pillows are warranted to be free of defects in
materials and workmanship at time of purchase when they are taken out of the carton.
Inner Coil Spring Core Warranty: BarcaLounger Outdoor Living warrants the Inner Coil Spring Core against abnormal
loss of resiliency of the cushion cores for three (3) years after the original date of purchase, as long as the core has
remained upholstered in the original covering and is used under normal conditions. Some softening and flattening of the
foam core and fiber/feather wraps should be expected, and will not be considered defective. The cushion core warranty
covers replacement cores only and does not cover any associated labor or shipping costs.
Resin Wicker Warranty: All BarcaLounger Outdoor Living resin wicker is warranted against fading, cracking, and splitting
for a period of three (3) years. Mold, mildew and any damage caused due to exposure to chemicals or spills are not
covered under this warranty.
Umbrella Warranty: All BarcaLounger Outdoor Living umbrellas (if applicable) are warranted to be free from defects in
material and workmanship for a period of one (1) year. Umbrella Bases are not covered.
Mechanisms: All BarcaLounger Outdoor Living mechanisms are warranted to be free from defects in materials and
workmanship, and to be free of rusting for a period of three (3) years.

Stone Table Top Warranty: All BarcaLounger Outdoor Living natural stone top tables are warranted to be free from
defects in material and workmanship for a period of one (1) year. All stone table tops are sealed before shipment;
however, it is recommended that a sealant designated appropriate for your specific table surface be re-applied annually
in order to safeguard against fading and water damage which is not included in this warranty. Fading, chipping, and
pitting can occur in natural stone, and is not covered under this warranty.
Suggested Product Care for Extreme Environments: BarcaLounger Outdoor Living recognizes that certain extreme
outdoor environments may exist, and depending on where you reside and choose to enjoy your furniture, these
conditions can potentially accelerate the potential for oxidation, fading, and freezing. Therefore, if your BarcaLounger
Outdoor Living furniture is exposed to any of these extreme conditions we strongly suggest you take the following
measures to reduce the chance of damage. Salt Air – if your furniture is exposed to salt air, we strongly recommend
that you wash your frames with a solution of mild soap and water 2 – 3 times per year to help resist oxidation. Direct
Sunlight even though today’s premium fabrics offer excellent UV resistance, if your furniture is not under some type of
canopy or covered structure, and it is in direct sunlight, we strongly recommend that you remove the cushions when
they are not in use and store them indoors. Freeze – if your furniture is exposed to any type of freezing conditions, we
strongly recommend that you tip the furniture on edge to allow any potential moisture build up to drain out through
one of the frame’s several strategically located drain holes. When finished, we strongly recommend that you store your
furniture inside. The above recommended actions will help prevent oxidation, fading, and freezing, and will greatly help
preserve the life of your furniture.
Warranty Exclusions: This BarcaLounger Outdoor Living warranty excludes the following: Acts of nature (i.e. wind, fire,
freeze); damage caused by improper assembly, accident, disaster, misuse, abuse, negligence and commercial use; dis-
coloration or fading of the finish or fabric as a result of exposure to the elements; scratches and chips due to normal
wear and tear; furniture sold as a display, on clearance, or other as-is condition; freight damage; loss of time and/or
convenience, money, travel, packaging, or other inconsequential or incidental damages. In no event shall BarcaLounger
Outdoor Living’s responsibility exceed the value of the replacement product. Important: This warranty only applies to
furniture used in a residential setting. Use of the furniture in any commercial application will void the warranty
Freight: Shipping and Handling charges incurred to return you furniture to one of our return centers are at all times the
responsibility of the claimant.
Furniture weight limits: All seating items have a 300 lb. weight limit per seating section. i.e. a love seat would have two
(2) seating sections a recliner would have one (1) seating section.
How to File Warranty Claim: To obtain warranty service, please contact BarcaLounger Outdoor Living toll-free at 888-
445-7757 between the hours of 8:00 am and 5:00 pm EST, Monday through Friday, or e-mail us at
[e-mail]. All warranty claims must be submitted with a dated register receipt
within the relevant warranty period. The manufacturer reserves the right, for quality control purposes and verification,
to request photographs of the defective item or to have the item returned. The terms of this warranty are subject to
change without notice.
