Baxi Solaro™
The Baxi Ecogen is a dual energy micro-CHP boiler, delivering highly efcient heating and hot
water and generating up to 1kW/h of low cost, low carbon electricity. MCS certied.
The Baxi Solaro provides hot water using free solar energy and can signicantly reduce
fuel bills and carbon emissions. The range includes on-roof and in-roof collector panels and
evacuated tubes, and is MCS certied.
The Baxi Solargen is a complete PV kit which uses energy from daylight to produce clean,
sustainable electricity. The range includes a number of outputs with both pitched roof & at
roof mountings available. The kit includes all components required for installation and is
MCS Certied.

Baxi Geoo™
The Baxi Bioo is the ideal solution for homeowners who wish to take a proactive role in
environmental protection. The 94% efcient wood pellet biomass boiler provides a steady
supply of clean, sustainable, carbon neutral heating and hot water. It is MCS certied.
The Baxi Geoo ground source heat pump exploits the latent heat from the earth. It is
particularly effective for use in the UK as our ground temperature below a certain depth
remains constant throughout the year. The Baxi Geoo is particularly suitable for well
insulated, off mains gas homes with underoor heating or low temperature radiators.

If you need additional information to complete
an installation while on site, our technical
support team made up of experienced
heateam gas engineers are always available on
the end of the phone with direct access to our
boilers to provide all the backup you need to
get the job nished quickly and easily.
Warranties
Once you’ve installed your customer’s new Baxi
boiler they will be covered by our two years
parts and labour warranty*. They can register
their warranty either online or by post, giving
them complete peace of mind. Once this initial
warranty has expired, they have the option of
extending it.
Aftersales service
heateam, our award-winning
customer service division, is our
team of 270 Gas Safe registered
engineers working across the UK to
ensure your customers are happy
with their investment in their Baxi
boiler. In fact, it’s like having your
very own aftersales team. Any problems
encountered with a Baxi product within two
years of installation will be resolved quickly and
efciently by one of our engineers.
If you’re a member of our business support
scheme works we will guarantee to be with
your customer the very next day**.
Our aftersales support is on hand whenever you need it, even if you
haven’t nished the installation yet
