1. Idenfy a posion which does not fall into “Zone 1” as shown.
Refers to the area above the bath or the shower,
up to a height of 2.25 metres.
The minimum rating required here is IPX5.
Covers an area of 0.6 metres wide immediately next
to, and all around “Zone 1”. Washbasins should
also be treated as “Zone 2”.
The minimum rating required here is IPX4.
Has no special requirements, unless water jets
are likely to be used for cleaning purposes.
Installaon Warning
If hard wiring this mirror, it must be installed by a qualied electrician in accordance with AS/ NZS 3000
wiring rules. Switch o the power supply at the mains before installaon and maintenance. A means of
disconnecon must be incorporated in the xed wiring in accordance with the wiring rules. If the supply cord
is damaged it must be replaced by the manufacturer, its service agent or similarly qualied person in order to
avoid a hazard.

ATTENTION: The mirror must be installed 15cm from nearest object to the boom right corner where the
Infrared On/ O sensor is located. Otherwise the sensor may not operate properly.

2. In order to facilitate installaon we have included
a paper template to drill the holes in the wall.
3. Unfold the paper template and apply on the mirror
back to ensure that the holes match up.
4. Tape the paper template to the wall taking into
consideraon the posion of the mounng holes
and the mirror edge. With a level, posion the
template so that it is perfectly level.

5. Ensure that there are no water pipes or
electrical wiring behind the xing points.

6. Drill and insert the screw anchors suited to the type
of wall to which the cabinet mirror will be xed (only
screws in the case of wood studs) and install the xing
bar with its screws as shown.

7B.1 In order to hardwire the mirror the back frame (A) must be separated from the mirror (B).
1. Remove all power to the mirror
2. Remove the snless steel side screw
3. Unplug the connectors
7B.2 Open the connector box and replace the
original eletrical cord (red eletrical cord pictured)
with the hard wire eletrical cord (green eletrical
cord pictured).

8. Hang the mirror.

Infrared On/ O Sensor - boom
Moving your hand in proximity of the sensor turns the mirror light on and o.
Defogger On/ O Switch - top
The defogger is switched on and o via switch mounted on the side of the mirror. It will illuminate RED when
switched on.

Maintenance and Care
Clean with a so cloth. Microbre cloths are ideal. Do not use abrasives or solvents as these will damage
the mirror and void the warranty condions.
Warranty
2 years replacement parts only from date of purchase at Beaumont Tiles.
If a model is faulty in assembly or material and deemed unrepairable during the 2 year warranty period, a
replacement model will be available for pick up from a nominated Beaumont Tiles outlet.
The warranty does not cover any associated labour costs without prior agreement with Beaumont Tiles.
The warranty is applicable when:
The item has been correctly installed, maintained and used in accordance with instrucons provided
The failure is due to manufacturing fault
Proof of purchase from Beaumont Tiles is provided
The warranty does not cover faults caused by:
Improper use
Incorrect installaon
Installaon in hard wiring situaon by any other than a Licensed Electrician
Normal wear and tear
Poor care and maintenance
Harsh cleansing materials
