3. A mainpiping mustbe madeinaccordance withthenationalstandardsandrules. Its diameter must be counted, so thatto eliminate a
pressurelossand irregularityoftheinstallation. There mustnot beany closing valves oninlet andoutletpipes.Ingeneralwerecommend
notto reduceadiameterofinletand outlet.
4. It is possible toinstalthe warmwaterfireplaceinsertinto the system with anopenand also closed expansionvessel (pos.8).Its capacity
must notbe less than20%of watervolume inthe systemofthecentral heating. The openexpansionvesselmust be situatedonthetop
pointofthesystem. It is connected withthehotwateroutlet into the system, betweenthefireplaceionsert and the circulatingpump. The
connectionmustbe made by the piping of themin.bore of pipejs 1.
5. The circulating pump is connectingwiththe hotwater outlet. Themin.flow is 900l/hour.
The circulating pump is connected by thethermostat..We recommendthe temperaturefor theconnectionof 450C.
6. The totaloutput of installed radiators mustbehigherthanthewarm waterchanger output. It is not recommended toinstalroom
thermostatsonradiators,except the roomwherethefireplaceis situated.
7. There mustbea pressure relief valve connectedwiththe warm water outlet from the changer.Itmust alsobeconnected with the
dischargepipetoprotectthefireplace surround from waterofthesystem. Operating pressureof thecentralheatingsystemis 0.9 atm,the
pressurereliefvalvemust be set onmax.pressureof 1atm.
8. The warmwater fireplaceinsert canbeinstalled with the existing central heating system withthe main boiler (e.g.boilerroom).The
connectionmustbeparaller tothe mainboilerpos.14 (pict.4)Itis neccesarytoinstal clapvalves behindcirculating pumpsof theboiler
andthe fireplace(downstreamofwarmwater)(pos. 5and 16 –pict.3,4)to stopthe water circulationbetweenthefireplaceand themain
boiler.
9. After the connectionwith thecentralheatingsystemitis necessaryto pressurizethewhole system.Theremustbe amagnitudeof the
operating pressure, sothat toeliminate the systemwater leak before thehot water fireplace insert isput intothewall.
Applicationofanti-freezemixture inthe circuitofthecentral heating
Ifyouuse thetwo- waysafetyvalve(Caleffi), anti-freezemixture must not be usedinthe circuit ofthecentral heating. These
mixtures are toxicand theycancause ecologicaldamageinthe sewer system.
Service inspectionofthethermostatic valve
Whenthefireplace inserthas beensetawayforalongtime, it is necessaryto checkthefunctionof thethermostatic valve. The
thermostatic valveensures asafeoperationoftheboiler inthecase of a fault of theheating system. This faultcanbe e.g.whenthe heating
system isfrozen, etc.The right functionisqualified by asufficient pressureand sufficientcoolingwater rate. The water pressuremust be min.
2 barsand the flow20 l/minforthecooling system.
Atest of thethermostatic valve shouldbe duringoverheating of thefireplaceinsertwith thetemperatureof95°C.If thetestcannot
be done, itis necessaryto doanalternativetest.
Unscrew thesensor ofthethermostatic valve, putit into a dish with waterof100°C.The thermostatic valvemustopenthecooling
waterflowbeforethe temperaturegetstheboiling point. Thewaterflow youcancheckonthewateroutletinto thedischarge pipe.Whenwater
gets cooler, thethermostatic valvemust closethewaterflow.
After thesuccessful test, put thesensor back into thethermostatic valve.
Whenthetestwas not successful –the thermostaticvalvewasnotopened – itisnecessary tochange it!
Thethermostaticvalveisnotincluded, it isnecessarytoorderit.
Mindthe possibilityof injurycaused byhot water. Itis prohibitedtochange the settingofthethermostaticvalve ortotorepairit!
Fillingthe systemwith water
Itis necessarytoadd thevalve onthe coldwaterinletpict.3,4pos. 2 forwater inflow into thesystem. Waterhardness must be
according to nationalstandards.Afterfilling the systemwithwater, check all joints andtheir tightness.Whenyouneed toaddsome waterinto
thesystem, waterinthesystemmust becold toprotect thefireplace insertagainst the damage.
After theconnection withthecentralheatingsystemitisnecessarytopressurize thewholesystem.
There must beamagnitudeoftheoperating pressure, sothattoeliminatethesystemwater leak
before thehotwaterfireplace insertis putintothewall.
Brickveneerand thermalside and backwall insulation
Thebrick veneerand thermalinsulationcanbe made after thesuitable chimneyconnection.
Requiredbrickveneer and thermalinsulation
Minimalthermal insulationof protected building panelswas defined duringthe test ofBlanzek 730 AQUA fireplaceinsertinaccordance with
EN 13229. During the test thethermalinsulationmade of cellular calcium-silicate slabswas used =250kg/m3. Itisnecessaryto use thiskind
of materialinthe prescribed minimalthickness.Other insulationmaterialsmust be of the same or lower thermal conductivityandcomparable
thermal resistance!
§Brickveneer: a10 cm thickmineralbrick veneer must be made exactly onthe protected building wall (back wall, whereappropriateside
wall). The brickveneermust abutonto the insulationlayer andonthe protected biuldingside.Itmust over-lap the connectingpiece
(venting) upwardsby at least20 cm.The insulationbrick veneer isnotnecessarywhenthebuildingwallis 10 cmthick andisnot made
of combustible materialanditisnot a concrete-steelwall.
