This high-quality guitar modeling driver is designed for hands-on musicians
and no-frills types. We have rebuilt dierent circuitries and components from
famous amps, and packed them into one housing. You can alternate between
several dierent amp re-creations, gain settings and mic placements with a ick of
a switch—intuitively and with minimal eort. In addition, the GDI21 functions as
standard ultra-transparent direct injection box when used in bypass mode.
A DI (Direct Injection) box allows you to send a signal directly from an unbalanced,
high-impedance output (like an electric guitar) and connect it directly to the
balanced mic input of a mixing console.
Whether for stage, recording, rehearsal or warm-up, Behringer’s V-TONE
GUITAR GDI21 is a natural choice for all players who want an arsenal of dierent tones.
1. Control Elements
Control elements
(1) The DRIVE control adjusts the overall amount of gain and overdrive,
similar to pushing the output section of a tube amp.
(2) The TREBLE control governs the high-frequency range of the signal (±12 dB).
(3) The BASS control allows you to boost/cut the low-frequency range (±12 dB).
(4) The LEVEL control adjusts the output level of the GDI21.
(5) Use the AMP switch to select one of three great classic tube amps. You will
recognize these classic amp tones as soon as you hear them. For crystal-clear,
transparent sounds with dynamic bass select TWE(E)D. For aggressive mids
and incredible sustain select BRIT(ISH). Rounder and more evened-out (yet
still sophisticated) sounds can be dialed up if you select CALIF(ORNIAN); it’s
perfect for leads.
(6) Use the MODE switch to dial up one of three gain settings (HOT, HI G(AIN),
CL(EA)N) that you want to combine with the amp setting.
(7) The MIC switch simulates the microphone placement (orientation and
distance) in relation to the cabinet. Select CL(AS)SIC (distant mic placement
without ambience) to achieve high mid-range content and a greater
denition of notes like with classic early tube amps. In C(E)NT(E)R
(close miking at the center of a cone) you get greater high mid-range content

and increased low-end for mega crunchy results. OFF (A)X(IS) (close miking
at the edge of a cone) is very similar to CENTER, but produces a smoother,
softer sound with less upper mid-range content; perfect in combination with
MODE position HOT.
(8) When activated, the GND LIFT disconnects the ground connection between
input and output. Depending on the grounding of the connected equipment,
this can eliminate hum or ground loops.
(9) Use the footswitch to activate/deactivate all the tone functions
(EQ, DRIVE, modeling). When deactivated, the GDI21 functions solely
as a standard transparent DI box.
(10) This LED illuminates when the eect is activated (see (8)).
Connectors
(11) Use this ¼" TS INPUT connector to plug in the instrument cable of your guitar
or other instruments.
(12) BAL OUT is the GDI21’s balanced mic level output. Use a high-quality,
balanced XLR (microphone) cable to connect the driver to a mixing console.
(13) The unbalanced ¼" TS OUT connector sends the signal to your guitar amp.

(14) SERIAL NUMBER. The serial number of the GDI21 is located at the bottom.
(15) BATTERY COMPARTMENT. Open the lid to install or replace the 9 V battery.
◊◊ The GDI21 is powered as soon you insert a plug into the INPUT.
The battery is “disconnected” when the plug is removed. For this
reason, the GDI21 has no on/o switch. To prolong battery life,
always disconnect the input when the driver is not in use.

Este driver de modelado para guitarra está diseñado para guitarristas prácticos
que no se complican la vida. Hemos reconstruido diferentes circuitos y
componentes de amplicadores famosos y los metimos en un mismo recipiente,
permitiéndote ajustar rápida y fácilmente la ganancia y posiciones de micrófono.
Además, el GDI21 funciona como una caja de inyección directa ultratransparente
si la utilizas en modo bypass.
Una caja de inyección directa (DI-box) te permite convertir una señal no
balanceada de alta impedancia (de guitarra eléctrica) en una señal balanceada
de baja impedancia, permitiéndote conectarla así a la entrada de micrófono de
una mesa de mezclas.
Ya sea en directo, en estudio o para practicar, el V-TONE ACOUSTIC ADI21 de
Behringer es la elección perfecta para aquellos que buscan un gran sonido con un
equipo sencillo.
1. Elementos de Control
Elementos de control
(1) El control DRIVE ajusta la cantidad de ganancia total, y por ende el efecto
de overdrive, de forma similar a la sección de preamplicación de un
amplicador a válvulas.
(2) El control TREBLE afecta el rango de frecuencias altas de la señal (±12 dB).
(3) El control BASS te permite atenuar/aumentar el rango de frecuencias bajas
(±12 dB).
(4) El control LEVEL ajusta el nivel de salida del GDI21.
(5) AMP te permite seleccionar uno de los tres amplicadores a
válvulas clásicos, que de seguro reconocerás enseguida. Para sonidos
transparentes con graves dinámicos, selecciona TWE(E)D. Para obtener
medios agresivos, y un sustain increíble, selecciona BRIT(ISH).
Para un sonido más redondo y parejo, pero sin perder sosticación,
selecciona CALIF(ORNIAN), es ideal para guitarras principales.
(6) Con MODE selecciona uno de los tres ajustes de ganancia: HOT, HI G(AIN),
CL(EA)N que desees combinar con el ajuste de amplicador.
(7) MIC te permite seleccionar una posición (orientación y distancia)
de micrófono en relación al amplicador. Selec-ciona CL(AS)SIC
(microfonía distante sin ambiente) para obtener un sonido rico en medios y
con gran denición de notas, como los primeros amplicadores a válvulas.
C(E)NT(E)R (microfonía cercana al centro del cono) te ofrece un contenido
de medios altos más rico, además de mucha potencia en graves para lograr
un sonido crujiente. OFF (A)X(IS) (microfonía cercana a la orilla del cono)
es similar a CENTER, pero el sonido es más suave, sin tantos medios altos,
y se combina perfectamente con el modo HOT.
(8) Al activar la separación de masa, GND LIFT, se interrumpe la conexión
a tierra entre entrada y salida. Dependiendo de los equipos, esto puede
eliminar problemas de zumbidos y bucles de masa.
(9) El pedal te permite activar o desactivar todas las funciones de sonido
(ecualizador, simulación de válvulas/micrófono). En modo bypass, el GD121
funciona únicamente como una caja de inyección directa.
(10) Este LED se ilumina cuando el efecto está activo (ver (8)).

(11) Este jack mono de 6,3 mm de entrada te permite conectar tu guitarra u otro
instrumento al GD121.
(12) BAL OUT es la salida balanceada con nivel de micrófono del GDI21,
que te permite conectarlo a una mesa de mezclas mediante un cable
XLR balanceado.
(13) Este jack mono de 6,3 mm no balanceado te permite enviar la señal al
amplicador de tu instrumento.

(14) NÚMERO DE SERIE. El número de serie de tu GDI21 se encuentra en la
parte inferior del mismo.
(15) COMPARTIMENTO DE LA BATERÍA. Quita esta tapa para
instalar o reemplazar la batería de 9 V (ver también el capítulo
“REQUERIMIENTOS DE POTENCIA”).
◊◊ El GDI21 se enciende al conectar un plug en la entrada INPUT.
La batería se desconecta al retirar el plug del jack de entrada.
Por esta razón, el GD121 no tiene interruptor de encendido/apagado.
Para prolongar la vida de la batería, desconecta el plug de la entrada
cuando no estés utilizando el equipo.

(16) El conector DC IN te permite conectar una fuente de alimentación

V-TONE GUITAR GDI21. Cette pédale de grande qualité est destinée aux guitaristes
exigeants désireux d’aller droit au but. Nous avons reconstitué diérents circuits et
composants d’amplis célèbres et les avons implantés dans un châssis ultra compact
qui te permet de choisir rapidement et simplement entre plusieurs simulations
d’ampli, mais également parmi plusieurs modes de Gain et prises par micro.
La BDI21 peut également servir de boîte de direct en mode Bypass.
Une boîte de direct transforme les signaux asymétriques à haute impédance pour
qu’ils puissent alimenter directement une console, ce qui permet d’éviter toute prise
de son par micro.
Que ce soit sur scène, en studio, en répétition ou pour travailler l’instrument,
la V-TONE GUITAR GDI21 Behringer est essentielle à tous ceux qui ont besoin
d’un grand nombre de sons pour s’adapter à toutes les situations possibles.
1. Commandes et Connexions
Commandes
(1) Le potentiomètre DRIVE détermine la préamplication, autrement dit
l’eet Overdrive, comme c’est le cas avec l’étage de préamplication d’un
ampli à lampes.
(2) Le bouton TREBLE permet d’augmenter ou de réduire le niveau des hautes
fréquences (±12 dB).
(3) La commande BASS xe le niveau des basses fréquences du signal (±12 dB).
(4) Le potentiomètre LEVEL permet de régler le volume de sortie de la GDI21.
(5) Utilise le sélecteur AMP pour choisir l’un des trois modèles d’ampli à
lampe pour ton son de base. Tu les diérencieras dès la première écoute.
Sélectionne TWE(E)D si tu veux un son transparent et cristallin doté de
graves dynamiques. La position BRIT(ISH) délivre des médiums tranchants
et gorgés de sustain. Enn, sélectionne CALIF(ORNIAN) pour obtenir un son
plein idéal pour les solos.
(6) Parmi les trois types de gain disponibles (HOT, HI G(AIN), CL(EA)N) choisis celui
que tu veux combiner à la simulation d’ampli à l’aide du sélecteur MODE.
(7) Le sélecteur MIC permet de choisir parmi trois simulations de microphonie
(position et éloignement par rapport à la source). Sélectionne CL(AS)SIC
(micro éloigné sans reprise de l’acoustique) pour avoir un son bien déni chargé
en médiums de type ampli à lampes. La position C(E)NT(E)R (micro proche du
centre du haut-parleur) délivre plus de haut-médiums ainsi que des graves
généreux pour les sons crunch. Idéale combinée au type de Gain HOT,
la réponse OFF (A)X(IS) (micro reprenant le bord du cône) rejoint celle de la
position CENTER mais délivre un son plus doux moins chargé en haut-médiums.
(8) La touche GND LIFT permet d’interrompre la liaison des masses entre l’entrée
et la sortie de la pédale. Selon la mise à la terre des équipements utilisés,
cette commande peut supprimer un ronement ou une boucle de masse.
(9) Utilise le commutateur au pied pour activer ou désactiver l’ensemble des
traitements (égaliseur, DRIVE, modélisation). En mode Bypass, la GDI21 se
transforme en boîte de direct.
(10) Cette LED s’allume lorsque l’eet est actif (voir (8)).
Connexions
(11) L’embase jack 6,3 mm INPUT est conçue pour recevoir le signal de ta
guitare ou d’une autre source.
(12) Le connecteur BAL OUT est la sortie symétrique de niveau micro
de la GDI21. Pour son câblage, utilise un câble symétrique de bonne
qualité monté en XLR.
(13) La sortie OUT sur jack est conçue pour être reliée à l’entrée de ton ampli guitare.

(14) NUMERO DE SERIE. Le numéro de série de ta GDI21 se trouve sur la base
de la pédale.
(15) COMPARTIMENT PILE. Retire la plaque de protection pour installer ou
remplacer la pile 9 V (voir chapitre « MISE EN SERVICE »).
◊◊ La GDI21 est active dès qu’un connecteur est présent dans
l’entrée INPUT. La pile n’est pas utilisée tant que l’entrée
est inoccupée. C’est la raison pour laquelle ta pédale GDI21 ne
possède pas de commutateur Marche/Arrêt. An de prolonger la
durée de vie de la pile, débranche le câble relié à l’entrée lorsque
que tu n’utilises pas la pédale.

Vielen Dank für Dein Vertrauen in BEHRINGER-Produkte, das Du mit dem
Kauf des V-TONE GUITAR GDI21 zum Ausdruck gebracht hast. Dieser hoch
qualitative Modeling Driver empehlt sich für anspruchsvolle Gitarristen,
die ohne Umwege schnell ans Ziel gelangen wollen. Wir haben verschiedene
Schaltungen und Komponenten von berühmten Verstärkern nachgebildet und
in einem kompakten Gehäuse untergebracht. Durch simples Umschalten können
verschiedene Amp-Simulationen, Gain-Einstellungen und Mikrofonierungs-
simulationen ausgewählt werden – intuitiv und schnell. Zusätzlich kann der
GDI21 im Bypass-Modus als neutrale Standard-DI-Box verwendet werden.
Eine DI-Box ermöglicht es, ein Signal direkt von einer hoch-ohmigen,
unsymmetrischen Leitung abzugreifen. Von dort aus kann man es direkt in den
Mischpulteingang einspeisen, ohne dafür ein Mikrofon benutzen zu müssen.
Ob auf der Bühne, im Studio, bei der Probe oder zum Üben, Behringers V-TONE
GUITAR GDI21 ist ein “Muss” für all diejenigen, die eine Fülle von verschiedenen
Sounds benötigen, um für jede Situation gewappnet zu sein.
1. Bedienungselemente
Bedienungselemente
(1) Der DRIVE-Regler bestimmt die Vorverstärkung und somit den
Overdrive-Eekt, ähnlich wie die Vorstufe eines Röhrenverstärkers.
(2) Der TREBLE-Regler erlaubt eine Anhebung/Absenkung der hohen
Frequenzen (±12 dB).
(3) Der BASS-Regler regelt die tiefen Frequenzen des Signals (±12 dB).
(4) Der LEVEL-Regler regelt die Ausgangslautstärke des GDI21.
(5) Mit dem AMP-Schalter kannst Du aus drei klassischen Röhren-
verstärkersimulationen auswählen. Diese wirst Du schnell wiedererkennen,
sobald Du sie hörst. Wähle TWE(E)D, wenn Du einen kristallklaren,
transparenten Sound mit dynamischen Bässen benötigst.
BRIT(ISH) bietet aggressive Mitten mit Durchsetzungsvermögen
und Sustain. Einen ausgeglichenen, unverfälschten Sound erreichst
Du mit der Einstellung CALIF(ORNIAN); perfekt für Lead Sounds.
(6) Wähle mit dem MODE-Schalter eine von drei Gain-Einstellungen
(HOT, HI G(AIN), CL(EA)N), die Du in Verbindung mit der gewählten
Verstärkersimulation verwenden willst.
(7) Der MIC-Schalter simuliert die Mikrofonplatzierung (Ausrichtung und Abstand
zum Lautsprecher). Wähle CL(AS)SIC (entfernte Platzierung ohne Raumanteil),
um einen denierten Ton mit hohem Mittenanteil zu erlangen, wie man ihn
von klassischen Röhrenverstärkern kennt. Die Position C(E)NT(E)R (Platzierung
nah an der Lautsprechermitte) bietet mehr hohe Mitten und ausgeprägte
Bässe für mega-crunchige Ergebnisse. OFF (A)X(IS) (Platzierung am Rand
des Lautsprechers) gleicht der Einstellung CENTER, erreicht allerdings einen
sanfteren Sound mit weniger hohen Mitten; perfekt in Kombination mit der
Gain-Einstellung HOT.
(8) Mit dem GND LIFT-Schalter kannst Du die Masseverbindung zwischen
Eingang und Ausgang unterbrechen. Je nachdem, wie die angeschlossenen
Geräte geerdet sind, lassen sich damit Brummgeräusche oder Masse-
schleifen verhindern.
(9) Nutze den Fußschalter, um alle klangbeeinussenden Funktionen
(EQ, DRIVE, Modeling) zu aktivieren/deaktivieren. Im Bypass-Modus
arbeitet der GDI21 als neutrale Standard-DI-Box.
(10) Diese LED leuchtet bei aktiviertem Eekt (siehe (8)).
Anschlüsse
(11) Diese 6,3-mm-Monoklinkenbuchse (INPUT) dient zum Anschluss Deiner
Gitarre oder anderer Signalquellen.
(12) Der BAL OUT-Anschluss ist der symmetrische Ausgang des GDI21
mit Mikrofonpegel. Der Anschluss ans Mischpult sollte über
ein herkömmliches, symmetrisches XLR-Kabel hoher Qualität erfolgen.
(13) Dieser 6,3-mm-Monoklinkenanschluss (OUT) wird mit dem Eingang Deines
Gitarrenverstärkers verbunden.

(14) SERIENNUMMER. Die Seriennummer des GDI21 bendet sich auf der
Unterseite des Geräts.
(15) BATTERIEFACH. Entferne die Abdeckung, um die 9 V Batterie zu installieren
bzw. zu ersetzen (siehe hierzu auch Kapitel “INBETRIEBNAHME”).

Obrigado por demonstrar sua conança em nossa empresa comprando o
V-TONE GUITAR GDI21. Este driver de alta qualidade para guitarra foi criado para
músicos com formação prática e sem luxo. Reconstruímos diferentes circuitos
e componentes de amplicadores famosos, e os colocamos em um gabinete.
Você pode alterar entre várias recriações diferentes de amplicador, ajustes de
ganho e colocação de microfone com a mudança de uma chave – intuitivamente
e com mínimo esforço. Além disso, o GDI21 funciona com uma caixa de injecção
directa ultra-transparente padrão quando utilizada no modo bypass.
A caixa DI (Injecção Directa) permite que você envie um sinal directamente de uma
saída não balanceada de alta impedância (como uma guitarra eléctrica) e a conecte
à entrada balanceada de microfone de um console de mixagem.
Seja para palco, gravação, ensaio ou aquecimento, o V-TONE GUITAR GDI21 da

(1) O controlo DRIVE ajusta a quantidade total de ganho e overdrive, similar ao
controlo da secção de saída de um amplicador valvulado.
(2) O controlo TREBLE actua na faixa de altas frequências do sinal (±12 dB).
(3) O controlo BASS permite reforçar/atenuar a faixa de baixas frequências
(±12 dB).
(4) O controlo LEVEL ajusta o nível de saída do GDI21.
(5) Utilize a chave AMP para seleccionar um de três grandes amplicadores
clássicos a válvula. Você vai reconhecer os tons desses amplicadores
clássicos assim que os ouvir. Para sons claríssimos e transparentes com
graves dinâmicos, seleccione TWE(E)D. para médios agressivos e incrível
sustentação, seleccione BRIT(ISH). Sons mais arredondados e uniformizados
(ainda assim sosticados) podem ser denidos ao seleccionar CALIF(ORNIAN);
é perfeito para guitarra principal.
(6) Utilize a chave MODE para seleccionar um de três ajustes de ganho (HOT, HI
G(AIN), CL(EA)N) que você deseja combinar com a conguração do amplicador.
(7) A chave MIC simula a colocação do microfone (orientação e distância)
em relação ao gabinete. Seleccione CL(AS)SIC (colocação do microfone
distante sem ambiência) para atingir um elevado conteúdo de médios e
maior denição de notas como os antigos clássicos amplicadores valvulados.
Em C(E)NT(E)R (microfone perto no centro de um cone) você obtém maior
conteúdo de médios-altos e maior extremidade inferior para resultados
super nítidos. OFF (A)X(IS) (microfone próximo na extremidade de um cone)
é muito similar a CENTER, mas produz um som mais suave, macio com menos
conteúdo médio-alto; perfeito em combinação com a posição MODE HOT.

(8) Quando activado, o GND LIFT desconecta a conexão terra entre a entrada
e saída. Dependendo da aterragem do equipamento conectado, isto pode
eliminar zumbido ou loops de terra.

modelagem). Quando desactivado, o GDI21 funciona apenas como caixa

Grazie per aver scelto di acquistare il V-TONE GUITAR GDI21. Il driver di
congurazione di elevata qualità per chitarre è realizzato per musicisti
hands-on e di base. Abbiamo rielaborato diversi circuiti e componenti di famosi
amplicatori e li abbiamo sistemati in un’unica unità. E’ possibile passare fra
diverse ricreazioni di amplicazione, impostazioni acquisite e posizioni del
microfono con un semplice azionamento del pulsante-intuitivo e con uno
sforzo minimo. Inoltre il GDI21 funziona come una unità ad innesto diretto
standard ultra-trasparente quando è usato in modalità di bypass.
Una unità DI (Direct Injection) permette di inviare un segnale direttamente da
una uscita non bilanciata, ad elevata impedenza (come una chitarra elettrica)
e la connette direttamente all’ingresso del microfono bilanciato di una console
di mixaggio.
Per le perforamance sul palco, la registrazione, le prove o il riscaldamento,
Behringer’s V-TONE GUITAR GDI21 è la scelta naturale per tutti coloro che
desiderano un arsenale di toni diversi.

(1) Il controllo DRIVE regola la somma generale di gain e di overdrive,
simile all’azionamento la sezione di uscita di un amplicatore a valvole.
(2) Il controllo TREBLE controlla l’intervallo di alta frequenza del segnale (±12 dB).
(3) Il controllo BASS permette di aumentare/ridurre l’intervallo di bassa
frequenza (±12 dB).
(4) Il controllo LEVEL regola il livello di uscita del GDI21.
(5) Utilizzare il pulsante AMP per selezionare uno dei tre amplicatori a valvole
classici. Riconoscerete queste tonalità non appena le ascolterete. Per un
suono cristallino e trasparente con un basso dinamico selezionare TWE(E)D.
Per quelli aggressivi ed incredibili selezionare BRIT(ISH). Suoni più tondi e
di evento (ancora sosticati) possono essere selezionati con CALIF(ORNIAN);
perfetto per spazieggiare.
(6) Utilizzare il pulsante MODE per selezionare una delle tre impostazioni
(HOT, HI G(AIN), CL(EA)N) che si desidera combinare con le impostazioni
dell’amplicatore.
(7) Il pulsante MIC simula la posizione del microfono (orientamento e distanza)
in correlazione all’alloggiamento. Selezionare CL(AS)SIC (posizione distante
del microfono senza ambiente) per archiviare l’intervallo medio alto ed
una denizione maggiore di note come per amplicatori a valvole classici.
In C(E)NT(E)R (registrazione con microfono vicino al centro di un cono)
è possibile ottenere un intervallo medio alto e maggiori risultati a ne
basso per mega distorsioni. OFF (A)X(IS) (registrazione con mcrofono
vicino all’estremità di un cono) è molto simile al CENTER, ma produce un
conesto più dolce e morbido con un intervallo medio meno alto; perfetto in
combinazione con la modalità MODE in posizione HOT.
(8) Quando è attivato, il GND LIFT scollega il collegamento di base tra
entrata ed uscita. In base alla massa dei dispositivi collegati, sarà possibile
eliminare ronzii o rumori di fondo.
(9) Utilizzare il pulsante a pedale per attivare/disattivare tutte le funzioni del
suono (EQ, DRIVE, congurazione). Quando è disattivato, il GDI21 funziona
solo come un DI box standard trasparente.

◊◊ Il GDI21 è attivato subito dopo aver inserito una spina
nell’ENTRATA. La batteria è “scollegata” quando si rimuove
la spina. Per questa ragione il GDI21 non è dotato di un interruttore
on/o. Per allungare la vita della batteria si consiglia di scollegare
l’ingresso quando non si utilizza l’unità.

Hartelijk bedankt voor het vertrouwen dat u ons schonk bij het aanschaen van
de V-TONE GUITAR GDI21. Deze hoogwaardige gitaar-modelling-driver werd
ontworpen voor praktische musici en eenvoudige types. Wij hebben verschillende
schakelingen en componenten van bekende versterkers vernieuwd en in één kast
ondergebracht. U kunt met één schakelaarbeweging wisselen tussen een aantal
verschillende versterkerpauzen, versterkings instellingen en microfoonplaatsingen
– intuïtief en zonder veel moeite. Bovendien functioneert de GDI21 bij gebruik in de
bypass-modus als een ultra-transparante directe standaard injectie box.
Een DI (directe injectie) box maakt het mogelijk om een signaal direct van
een ongebalanceerde, hoge impedantie output (zoals een elektrische gitaar)
te sturen en dit direct met de gebalanceerde microfoon input van een mengtafel
te verbinden.
Op het podium, voor opnames, voor repitities of tijdens het opwarmen, is de
V-TONE GITAAR GDI21 van Behringer een normale keuze voor alle spelers die een
scala van verschillende tonen wensen.

Stuurelementen
(1) De DRIVE regelaar stelt het geheel van versterking en oversturen in,
vergelijkbaar met het stimuleren van de output sectie van een buisversterker.
(2) De TREBLE regelaar bepaalt het hogefrequentie-bereik van het signaal
(±12 dB).
(3) De BASS regelaar maakt het mogelijk het lagefrequentie bereik (±12 dB)
te verhogen of te verlagen.
(4) De LEVEL regelaar stelt het output niveau van de GDI21 in.
(5) Gebruik de AMP schakelaar om één van de drie grote klassieke
buisversterkers te kiezen. U zult deze klassieke versterkingsklanken direct
herkennen, wanneer u ze hoort. Kies TWE(E)D voor een kristalklare,
transparante klank met een dynamische bas. Kies BRIT(ISH) voor agressieve
mids en een verbluende aanhoudende kracht. Rondere en gelijkmatiger
gespreide klanken, (maar nog steeds subtiel) worden geselecteerd,
wanneer u CALIF(ORNIAN) kiest; dit is uitstekend geschikt voor leads.
(6) Gebruik de MODE schakelaar om op één van de drie versterkingsinstellingen
af te stemmen (HOT, HI G(AIN), CL(EA)N) die u met de versterkerinstelling
wenst te combineren.
(7) De MIC schakelaar simuleert de microfoonplaatsing
(plaatsbepaling en afstand) in verhouding tot de kast. Kies CL(AS)SIC
(verwijderde microfoonplaatsing zonder sfeer) om een hoge middenklasse
content en een uitstekende scherpte van de tonen te verkrijgen,
zoals met de klassieke vroegere buisversterkers. In C(E)NT(E)R
(aansluiting microfoon dichtbij, in het midden van een conus) krijgt u een
uitstekende middenklasse content en een verhoogd low-end voor mega
crunchy resultaten. OFF (A)X(IS) (aansluiting microfoon op de rand van
een conus) is vergelijkbaar met CENTER, maar produceert een rustigere,
zachtere klank met minder bovenste middenklasse content; perfect in
combinatie met de MODUS positie HOT.
(8) Geactiveerd scheidt de GND LIFT de aardverbinding tussen de input en de
output. Afhankelijk van de aarding van de aangesloten apparatuur, kan dit
brom- of aardlussen elimineren.
(9) Gebruik de voetschakelaar om alle toonfuncties (EQ, DRIVE, modelling) te
activeren/deactiveren. Wanneer de GDI21 gedeactiveerd is, functioneert
deze uitsluitend als transparante standaard DI box.
(10) Deze LED is verlicht, wanneer het eect geactiveerd is (zie (8)).

(11) Gebruik deze ¼" TS INPUT connector om de instrumenten-kabel van uw
gitaar of van andere instrumenten aan te sluiten.
(12) BAL OUT is het gebalanceerde microfoonniveau output van de GDI21. Gebruik
een hoogwaardige, gebalanceerde XLR (microfoon) kabel om de driver op een
mengtafel aan te sluiten.
(13) De ongebalanceerde ¼" TS OUT connector stuurt het signaal naar
uw gitaarversterker.

(14) SERIENUMMER. Het serienummer van de GDI21 bevindt
zich op de onderkant.
(15) BATTERIJHOUDER. Open het deksel om de 9 V batterij te installeren of te
vervangen (zie ook hoofdstuk “VERMOGENSVEREISTEN”).
◊◊ Zodra u een stekker in de INPUT steekt wordt de GDI21 van energie
voorzien. De batterij wordt “onderbroken”, wanneer de stekker
verwijderd wordt. Daarom heeft de GDI21 geen aan-/uit-schakelaar.
Onderbreek telkens de input, wanneer de driver niet gebruikt wordt
om het batterijleven te verlengen.

Voedingsconnector

Tack för det förtroende du har visat oss genom att köpa V-TONE GUITAR GDI21.
Denna högkvalitativa gitarrmodellerande driver har skapats för aktiva och chosefria
musiker. Vi har byggt om en rad kretsar och komponenter från kända förstärkare
och paketerat dem i ett hölje. Du kan växla mellan era olika förstärkarfunktioner
och återskapa inställningar och mikrofon placeringar med en knapptryckning
– intuitivt och utan ansträngning. Dessutom fungerar GDI21 som en standard ultra-
transparent direct injection-box när den används i bypass-läge.
Med en DI-box (DI = direct injection) kan man skicka en signal direkt från en
obalanserad högimpedansutgång (till exempel en elgitarr) och ansluta den
direkt till den balanserade mikrofon ingången på ett mixerbord.
För scen, inspelning, repetition eller uppvärmning – Behringer V-TONE
GUITAR GDI21 är det givna valet för dem som vill ha ett stort urval av olika klanger.
1. Kontroller
Kontroller
(1) Med DRIVE-kontrollen justerar du den totala förstärkningen och overdrive,
på liknande sätt som när man reglerar output på en rörförstärkare.
(2) TREBLE (diskant-kontrollen) styr signalens högfrekvens intervall (±12 dB).
(3) Med BASS (baskontrollen) kan du höja eller sänka ljudet i
lågfrekvensintervallet (±12 dB).
(4) Med LEVEL (nivåkontrollen) justerar du utgångsljudnivån på din GDI21.
(5) AMP-omkopplaren anväder du för att välja en av tre klassiska
rörförstärkare. Du känner igen de här klassiska förstärkarklangerna så snart
du hör dem. För kristallklart, transparent ljud med dynamisk bas väljer
du TWE(E)D. För aggressiva mids och otrolig sustain väljer du BRIT(ISH).
Rundare och mer utjämnade (men ändå avancerade) ljud får du med
CALIF(ORNIAN) – perfekt för leads.
(6) Använd MODE-omkopplaren för att välja en av de tre inställningar (HOT, HI
G(AIN), CL(EAN) som du kan kombinera med förstärkarinställningen.
(7) MIC-omkopplaren simulerar mikrofonens placering (riktning och avstånd)
i förhållande till kabinettet. Välj CL(AS)SIC (mikrofonen långt borta, utan
speciell atmosfär) när du vill få en kraftig klang i mellanregistret och mer
markerade toner som i de klassiska tidiga rörförstärkarna. I C(E)NT(E)
R-läget (mikrofonen nära och centrerad) får du mer styrka i det högre
mellanregistret och förstärkning i bottenregistret för en riktigt “crunchy”
eekt. OFF (A)X(IS) (mikrofonen nära men högre upp) liknar mycket
CENTER-läget, men ger ett jämnare. Mjukare ljud med mindre av det högre
mellanregistret; perfekt i kombination med MODE-läget HOT.
(8) GND LIFT kopplar bort jordningen mellan input och output, Beroende på
hur den anslutna utrustningen är jordad kan detta eliminera brum eller
rundgång (ground loops).
(9) Använd fotkontakten för att aktivera/deaktivera alla ljudfunktioner
(EQ, DRIVE, modellering). Då fungerar GDI21 enbart som en standard
transparent DI-box.
(10) Denna lysdiod tänds när eekten aktiveras (se (8)).

(11) Använd denna ¼" TS INPUT-kontakt för att ansluta instrumentkabeln till
din gitarr eller andra instrument.
(12) BAL OUT är den balanserade mikrofonutgången på GDI21. Använd en
högkvalitativ balanserad XLR-kabel (mikrofon kabel) för att ansluta drivern
till ett mixerbord.
(13) Den obalanserade ¼" TS OUT-kontakten sänder signalen till
din gitarrförstärkare.

(15) BATTERIFACK. Öppna locket för att installera eller byta 9 V-batteriet
(se också avsnittet STRÖMKRAV).
◊◊ Din GDI21 är igång så snart du sätter i en stickkontakt i INPUT-
kontakten. Batteriet kopplas ur när kon takten tas bort.
Därför har GDI21 ingen on/o-strömbrytare. Du kan förlänga
batteriets livslängd genom att alltid koppla ur strömmen när
drivern inte används.

GUITAR GDI21. Ten wysokiej jakości sterownik modulacji tonów jest zaprojektowany
dla każdego gitarzysty. Przebudowaliśmy różne obwody, oraz składniki spotykane
w najbardziej znanych wzmacniaczach gitarowych i ulokowaliśmy
je w jednej obudowie. Możliwy jest wybór pomiędzy różnymi ustawieniami
wstępnymi wzmacniaczy klasycznych, ustawieniami poziomu wzmocnienia
i pozycjami mikrofonu, za pomocą “jednego pstryknięcia” przełącznikiem –
intuicyjnie i przy minimum wysiłku. Ponadto, sterownik GDI21 działa jako
standardowe ultra-przeźroczyste urządzenie wprowadzania bezpośredniego.
Kostka DI (wprowadzenie bezpośrednie) pozwala na wysłanie sygnału
bezpośrednio z niezrównoważonego wysoce impedancyjnego wyjścia
(takiego jak gitara elektryczna) i podłączenia go bezpośrednio do symetrycznego
wejścia mikrofonowego w mikserze.
Czy na scenę, czy do nagrywania, próby generalnej, czy nawet rozgrzewki,
sterownik Behringer V-TONE GUITAR GDI21 jest najlepszym wyborem

1. Elementy Sterujące
Elementy sterujące
(1) Pokrętło DRIVE reguluje całkowitą wielkość wzmocnienia i przesterowania.
Podobny efekt można uzyskać naciskając część wyjściową w
wzmacniaczu lampowym.
(2) Pokrętło TREBLE zarządza zakresem wysokiej częstotliwości sygnału
(±12 dB).
(3) Pokrętło BASS pozwala zwiększyć/wyłączyć zakres niskiej częstotliwości
(±12 dB).
(4) Pokrętło LEVEL reguluje poziom wyjścia w GDI21.
(5) Pokrętło AMP pozwala na wybranie symulacji jednego z trzech
wspaniale brzmiących, klasycznych wzmacniaczy lampowych.
Te klasyczne brzmienia można z łatwością rozpoznać, gdy się tylko je
usłyszy. Dla krystalicznie czystych, przejrzystych dźwięków z dynamicznym
basem należy wybrać TWE(E)D. Dla brzmień średnio agresywnych z
niewiarygodnym podtrzymywaniem dźwięku (sustain) należy wybrać
BRIT(ISH). Łagodne, oraz bardziej wyrównane, lecz nadal wyszukane,
dźwięki można uzyskać, gdy wybierze się CALIF(ORNIAN); idealne na solo.
(6) Przełącznik MODE daje do wyboru jeden z trzech trybów wzmocnienia (HOT,
HI G(AIN), CL(EA)N), które można łączyć z ustawieniami zasilacza gitarowego.
(7) Przełącznik MIC symuluje położenie mikrofonu (orientację i dystans)
w stosunku do obudowy. Wybierając CL(AS)SIC (dalsze umieszczenie
mikrofonu bez uwzględniania dźwięków otoczenia) można uzyskać wysoką
wartość o średniej skali, jak również lepsze denicje brzmień, tak jak w
starych klasycznych zasilaczach lampowych. Dzięki C(E)NT(E)R (mikrofon
położony w centrum stożka) można otrzymać wysoką wartość o średniej
skali z narastającym niskim zakończeniem, dającym bardzo skrzypiące
brzmienia. OFF (A)X(IS) (mikrofon położony blisko krawędzi stożka) jest
bardzo podobny do CENTER, lecz wytwarza gładszy i łagodniejszy dźwięk, z
nie tak wysoką wartością sredniej skali; ustawienie idealne w połączeniu z
MODE w pozycji HOT.
(8) Gdy GND LIFT jest aktywowany, rozłącza uziemienie między wejściem
i wyjściem. Zależnie od rodzaju uziemienia podłączonego sprzętu, może to
wyeliminować brzęczenie i pętle wywołane niewłaściwym uziemieniem.
(9) Pedał służy do włączania/wyłączania wszystkich funkcji tonalnych
(EQ, DRIVE, modulacja). Gdy są one wyłączone, GDI21 funkcjonuje jedynie
jako standardowe, przeźroczyste urządzenie wprowadzające DL.
(10) Dioda LED świeci gdy efekt jest włączony (zobacz (8)).
Gniazda
(11) Gniazdo ¼" TS INPUT służy do przewodowego podłączenia gitary lub
innych instrumentów.
(12) BAL OUT jest symetrycznym wyjściem poziomu mikrofonu sterownika GDI21.
Do podłączenia sterownika do konsoli miksującej, należy użyć wyokiej jakości
kabla symetrycznego XLR (mikrofonowego).
(13) Niezrównoważone gniazdo ¼" TS OUT wysyła sygnał do wzmacniacza gitary.

(14) NUMER SERYJNY. Numer seryjny sterownika ADI21 znajduje się na spodzie.
(15) PRZEDZIAŁ BATERII. Aby włożyć lub zmienić baterie

◊◊ Sterownik GDI21 otrzymuje zasilanie w momencie włożenia wtyczki
do gniazda INPUT. Po wyjęciu wtyczki, bateria jest odłączana.
Z tego powodu procesor GDI21 nie posiada przełącznika włączone/
wyłączone. Aby wydłużyć czas życia baterii, gdy sterownik nie jest
używany, zawsze należy wyciągać wtyczkę z gniazda.
