Intended use
This article is not a toy. This article is a baby
changing mat and must be used by an adult.
Warnings on battery!
•Remove the battery if it is empty or if the
product is not going to be used for an
extended period.
•Do not use different battery type or battery
with a different capacity as it will leak and
can thus cause damage
•Observe the polarity (+/-) when inserting
the battery
•Warning! Battery may not be charged or
reactivated in any way. It may not be
dismantled, thrown into fire, or short-
circuited.
•Always keep battery out of the reach of
children
•Do not use rechargeable battery!
•Battery is small and could possibly be
ingested. Battery can endanger life if
swallowed. Keep battery out of the reach of
small children for this reason. Seek medical
help immediately if a battery is swallowed.

even for a moment, when you are changing
baby’s diaper, always keep one hand on
child at all times. Put the baby changing pad
on the floor on a level, stable and
structurally sound surface.
✓Do Not let babies and children play with this
product.
✓Strangulation Hazard: STRINGS CAN CAUSE
STRANGULATION! DO NOT place items with
a string around a child’s neck, such as
disposable baby sheets.
✓Strangulation Hazard: DO NOT place straps
from this product around your child’s neck.
✓To avoid danger of suffocation and/or
strangulation, keep unassembled parts out
of the reach of small children.
✓To avoid suffocation and/or strangulation,
keep the disposable sheets in a different
location away from babies and children.
✓NEVER lift this product with child on it.
✓Be aware of the risk of open fire and other
sources of strong heat such as electric bar
fires, gas fires, open fire, etc in the vicinity
of the product.
✓Use only the changing mat and parts
provided by BellAyan®.
✓Do not use the changing mat if it is
damaged, broken, or missing any parts.
✓After use, keep this product out of the
reach of babies and children.

Storage, cleaning
Always store the product in dry and clean
condition at room temperature. Clean and
disinfect the mat with soap and water.
Disposal
Dispose of the article and the packaging
materials in accordance with current local
regulations. Packaging materials such as bags
are not suitable to be given to children. Keep
the packaging materials out of the reach of
children.
Notes on the guarantee and service
handling
The product was produced with great care
and under constant supervision. You receive
a six-month warranty for this product from
the date of purchase. Please retain your
receipt.
The warranty applies only to material and
workmanship and does not apply to misuse or
improper handling. Your statutory rights,
especially the warranty rights, are not
affected by this warranty.
With regard to complaints, please contact us
by e-mail.
Our service employees will advise us to the
subsequent procedure as quickly as possible.
We will be personally available to discuss the
situation with you.
Any repairs under the warranty, statutory
guarantees or through goodwill do not extend
the warranty period. This also apply to
replaced and repaired parts.
Repairs after the warranty are subject to a
charge.

Music box
When changing time is coming, you can use
the music box of BellAyan™ changing mat to
create a happy and relaxing moment for you
and your baby.
Before the first use, unzip the fabric, reach
the music box, and remove the plastic tab.
Music pattern:

How to use the changing mat
Prepare BellAyan® - changing mat (for pee)
Part 1:
1. Extend the changing mat on a flat surface
2. Place a clean diaper on the mat with the
topsheet facing up.
✓Start from the top side to bottom side,
stretching the diaper by adhering the
diaper waistband to the Velcro strips as
shown below, for an easy fit:
3. Fit the leak guards of the diaper to the
Anti-leak Tabs by adhering them to the
Velcro hook tabs
4. Lay the baby on his back with the bottom
on the changing area.
5. Use the straps to secure the baby’s legs to
prevent rolling off (when necessary).
6. Fasten the clean diaper securely.
Prepare BellAyan™ - changing mat using
plastic disposable sheets (baby poo)
Part 2:
Place the diaper as
in Part 1 following
the instructions
steps 1, 2 and 3.
4. Cover the changing area with the
disposable plastic sheet, hooking each
corner as shown below:
✓Start form the bottom side for an easy
fit
5. Lay the baby on his back with the bottom
on the changing area. Remove the soiled
diaper and fold it under your baby, clean
side up.
6. Lift the baby up gently. Unhook the
plastic disposable sheet from the
changing mat and roll the soiled diaper
and used wipes into the sheet.
Tie the rolled-up sheet using the
attached elastic cord and dispose of the
soiled items.
7. Use the straps to secure the baby’s legs
to prevent rolling off (when necessary).
8. Fasten the clean diaper securely and
unfasten the leg straps.
Enjoy a fast, clean and relaxing changing
time!
