kitchen towel and wipe off any excess oil.
3. Plug the Pizza Maker into a standard
domestic power outlet to preheat. The power
indicator light will illuminate. Close the lid.
NOTE: When your Pizza Maker is heated
for the rst time, it may emit slight
smoke or odor. This is normal and
should disappear after 1 or 2 uses.
This does not affect the safety of the
appliance. However, as it may affect
the avor of the rst pizza prepared in
the Pizza Maker, it is recommended that
these be discarded.
4. While preheating, prepare the pizza.
5. After approximately 2 to 3 minutes, the Ready
indicator light will turn on, indicating the unit is
preheated and is ready for use.

each pizza recipe for future use.

the recipe. Place the pizza directly onto the
cooking plate.
8. Use the handle to lower the top lid.
9. Close the Pizza Maker and allow to cook for
approximately 25 minutes or until cheese is
melted and crust is golden.
NOTE: Check for doneness by inserting
a dry toothpick into the center of the
pizza. If it comes out dry, the pizza is
ready.

5
10. If necessary, continue cooking by broiling for
1 or 2 minutes, or until cheese bubbles.
11. The READY light will cycle on and off as the
unit maintains baking temperatures.
12. Wearing oven mitts, wipe the outside with
a clean paper towel or cleaning cloth if
necessary.
13. At the end of the cook time, use the handle
to lift the top lid.
14. Wearing oven mitts, remove the pizza from

because extra heat has been retained.

cord from electric outlet. Lift the top lid to
expose the cooking plate and allow unit to
cool.
