2)Removeadditionalitems
fromboxsupplied.Itemlistis

‐Frameguards
‐Toolkit
‐BatteryOring
‐Ownersmanual
‐Battery
‐Hardware
3)Cutlargetiestrapsonrear
swingarmandfootrests
4)Afterremovingwood
support,installhandlebars
usingboltssupplied.Tighten
boltsto18ft.lbs.
5)Installspeedometerusing
thetwoboltssupplied.
6)Begininstallingthe
headlightassemblybyfirst
plugginginthewires.

7)Completetheheadlight
installationbyinsertingthe
twofingersintotheslotscut
intothefrontfenderbrace.
Nextconnectthetworubber
strapsaroundtheforks.
8)Installtherubber
expandingnutintotheleft
sideoftheswingarmpivot
bolt.
9)Installtheleftsideframe
guardusingthe5x20mmbolt
andtwozipties.
10)Repeatstep8fortheright
sideframeguard.
11)Installrightsidepanel
6x25mmboltwithframe
guardattached.Pleasenote
thatthespacergoesbetween
thesidepanelandtheframe
guard.
12)Installaziptiethrough
theholesintheframeguard
andaroundtherearbrake
pump.

13)Installtheskidplate
bumpersasseeninthe
picture.
14)Installthetwoskidplate
push‐nutsonthefront
mounts.Nextinstalltheskid
plateusingthetwo6x16mm
boltsinthefrontandthepan‐
head6x16mmscrewinthe
lowerrearmount.
15)Insurethattheemission
hangtagisziptiedtotheleft
handlebar.

setupprocedure!
