1. Product Introduction
BEVS2501/1 laboratory mixer is designed for blending multi-component formulations in the fields of coatings,
dyes, inks, pigments, papermaking, cosmetics, food, resins, adhesives, emulsions, medicine, petroleum,
pesticides, daily chemicals, etc. Its speed can be adjusted arbitrarily on the touch panel.

2. Operation
2.1 Installation of the mixer
1. The machine must be placed on a firm and flat test bench.
2. The vessel must be clamp tightly and lock the shaft before running.
2.2 Touch panel

Power on the mixer you will see the window below, you can set speed and runtime quickly.

1) Runtime setting：click button to increase dispersing time, click button to reduce dispersing time.
2) Speed: Slide button to right/left to increase/decrease rpm.
2. RunSet button
Click it to enter the window below:
MaxSpeed: the max speed which mixer can run;
Runtime: the mixer’s running duration;
Speed: the real running speed, it must be lower than the MaxSpeed.
3. SysSet button
Click it to enter the window below, change the setting if needed.
2.3 Use steps
1. Loosen the shaft lock knob, rotate the lifting knob to lift the dispersing shaft;
2. Fix the selected dispersing disc clockwise to the dispersing shaft. Use M8 hex bolts to connect the disc to the
bottom of the shaft, and use wrench to tighten the bolts.

3. Place the vessel at the base center and clamp it tightly, lift down the shaft to a suitable height, pour in the
paint and cover the lid.
4. Power on the machine and set the parameter, start running.
3. Precautions
1. When the power supply voltage is lower than 198V, the speed suddenly increases, do not run at this time.
2. Wait at least 10 seconds after power off before turning on the machine, otherwise the phenomenon of sudden
high speed will occur.
3. Since the motor drives the load, the actual speed will be less than the no-load speed. If you find that the actual
speed is seriously inconsistent with the no-load speed (the actual speed is much less than the no-load speed), it
means that the motor is in an overload state at this time, and the inverter will automatically stop working and
the machine stops. At this time, pls shut the mixer down for more than 1 minute, restart to reduce the speed and
load, and then start running.
4. If an emergency occurs, press the "emergency stop switch" button immediately.
