3. Operations
3.1Turnon the machine; enterthepanelshowingcompanyinformation
3.2Then the panelshowTime T1T2”,DistributingSpeed andProofingSpeed.
3.3Press “SET”buttontoenterthe Distribution SettingSelection Mode;thenpress “△”or “▽”button to
select “Mode 1”, “Mode 2”or “Mode 3”.
3.4Press “ ” button toenterthe DistributingSpeed Selection Mode;then press “△”or “▽”button to
select “HighSpeed”, “Median Speed”or “LowSpeed”.
3.5Press “ ” button toenterthe ProofingSpeed Selection Mode; thenpress “△”or “▽”button toselect
“HighSpeed”, “Median Speed”or “LowSpeed”.
3.6Press “ ” button toentertheTime “T1”SettingMode; then press “△”or “▽”button tosettingT1.
3.7Press “ ” button toentertheTime “T2”SettingMode; then press “△”or “▽”button tosettingT2.
3.8Press “SET”buttontoquit theSettingMode andsavethe SettingParameter.
3.9Press “Washing”button toenterthe WashingMode; then press the “Washing”button one timeto
3.10Press “Start”buttontoentertheselectedDistribution Mode;themachine will auto-stopafter
completingthe process; duringthe process, press “Stop/Reset”button toforce-stop.
3.11Duringdistributingorwashingprocess,press “Emergencystop”button tostopall the processing
mode;afterunlockingthe “Emergencystop”Mode,press “Stop/Reset”button tocontinue the previous
process.
3.12 Press “Proof”button toentertheselectedProofingMode;the machine will auto-stopafter
completingproofingprocess.

byusingawhiteclothwithsolutiontoexaminewhethertheclothis
dyed.Thecolorof frontalpart isnonuniformfromthehinderpartor
thereissandholesontheplatenaretheunexpectedsituations.
Solution:washtheplatenbyusingabluent,orscouritrepeatedly.
PrimaryCause
Non-uniform
thickness of
ink-layer.
Examination:observebyeyeortestbyinstrument
Solution:controlthequantityofinkduringproofingprocess.
Testthequalitycontrolbarby
spectrophotometerandbyeye.
Inkisnot
dispersed
homogeneously.
Solution:extend thedistributingtimeorimprovethedistributing
method.
Theproofing inkisnotcoherent
withtheinkinduck
Thewaterin
tankisunclean.
Examination:observebyeyewhenitiscontainedbyatransparent
container.
Solution:changewater.
Obviouseffectonthelightor
brightcolor
Inkisoxidized.
Examination:measurepHvaluebyusing pHmeter;measureroller
platentemperaturebyusinginfraredradiationthermometer.
Solution:adjustpHvalue,conductivity,watershortageorroller
platentemperature.
Ingeneral,the() isactive,the
otherinkisinoxidable.
Inkisover
emulsified.
Examination:measureinkemulsifiabilitybyusing emulsification
tester.
Solution:adjustpHvalue,conductivity,watershortage,roller
platentemperatureorchangeappropriateink.
Causedbytheinsufficientwater
sincetheconstantlycontact
betweeninkand fountainsolution.
Generally,thehueisnothugely
affected,buttheinkwillbecome
3%shallower.
