INSTALLATION MANUAL
1) GENERAL INFORMATION
Compact electromechanical barrier suitable for enclosing private areas and
car parks and for use across entrances used by vehicle trac only. Available
for entrance/exit points between 3 and 5 metres across. Adjustable electro-
mechanical limit switches ensure the boom stops in the correct position.
The emergency release for manual operation is operated by a lock with a
personalized key.
The actuator is always supplied ready for assembly on the left.
Where necessary, the opening direction can always be reversed with a few
simple operations. The foundation base mod. CBO (on request) can be
supplied to make the barrier easier to install.
Provision for accessories makes installing them straightforward, with no
need to drill additional holes.

WARNING! The barrier must be used only for entrance/exit points
intendedforvehicletrac.Pedestriansmustnotbeallowedtopass
within range of the automated system. Make sure there is a separate
entrance/exit just for pedestrians.
The entrance/exit must be suitably signposted with the compulsory
signs illustrated in Fig.A.
WARNING: before opening the door, the spring must be decompressed
(vertical boom). The door in the cabinet must face towards the inside of the
property. Standing in the middle of the entrance, facing out, if the cabinet
is on your left, the barrier is on your left: if the cabinet is on your right, the
barrier is on your right.
The actuator is always supplied ready for assembly on the left.

- Balance the boom as illustrated in Fig. AB.

For Moovi 30:
WARNING! During the closing operation, the balancing spring
must never be fully compressed. Fig.AB rif.3 shows the position
for determining the minimum size that the compressed spring can be
allowed to reach with the boom in the open position (vertical).
9) MOOVI accessories (boom length limits and balancing) (Fig. AF)
For further information on installing and using the accessories, refer to the
relevant instruction manual.
10) FITTING THE FLASHING LIGHT (FIG.AC)
Complete assembly and wiring as directed in instructions provided for the
ashing light.

13) PREPARING THE ELECTRICAL SYSTEM
WARNING: before opening the door, the spring must be decompressed
(vertical boom). Prepare the electrical system (g. A), referring to the stan-
dards in force. Keep mains power connections well separated from service
connections (photocells, safety edges, control devices, etc.).
WARNING! For connection to the mains power supply, use a multicore
cable with a cross-section of at least 3x1.5mm2of the kind provided for
by the regulations mentioned above (for example, it must be at least
equal to H05RN-F).
14) EMERGENCY RELEASE (Fig. Y)
WARNING: When needing to activate the release in an actuator without a
boom, make sure the balancing spring is not compressed (boom in opening
position).
15) TROUBLESHOOTING.
15.1) Boom fails to open. Motor not running.
WARNING: before opening the door, the spring must be decompressed
(vertical boom).
1) Makesure thephotocells arenot dirty,misaligned orhave hadtheir beam
broken.
2) Check that the motor is connected properly.
3) Make sure power is being supplied correctly to electronic equipment.
Check for blown fuses. If a fuse is malfunctioning, remove and replace
as illustrated in Fig. I, J.
4) If the panel is not working, replace it.
5) Grease the spring guide tie rods if you encounter noise or vibrations.
15.2) Boom fails to open. Motor running but there is no movement.
1) Manual release is still engaged. Reset to motorized operation.
2) If the release is in the motorized operation position, check the gearbox
for damage.

1) GENERALIDADES

pasos de 3 a 5 metros. Los nales de carrera electromecánicos regulables
garantizan la posición correcta de parada del mástil.
El desbloqueo de emergencia para la maniobra manual se acciona desde
una cerradura con llave personalizada.
El actuador siempre se suministra listo para el montaje a izquierdas.
En caso de necesidad es posible invertir el sentido de apertura con algunas
operaciones sencillas. La base de cimentación mod. CBO (bajo pedido)
facilita la instalación de la barrera.
Unas soluciones especícas facilitan la instalación de los accesorios sin
necesidad de realizar perforaciones.

¡ATENCIÓN! La barrera debe utilizarse exclusivamente para el
paso de vehículos. Los peatones no deben transitar en el área de
maniobra del automatismo. Disponer un paso de peatones.
El paso debe señalarse adecuadamente con las señales de obligación
indicadas en Fig.A.
ATENCIÓN:antesdeabrirlaportezuelaelmuelledebeestardescargado
(mástil vertical). La portezuela de la caja debe quedar hacia el interior de
la propiedad. Situándose en medio del paso, mirando hacia el exterior, si la
caja queda a la izquierda, la barrera es izquierda; si la caja queda a la derecha,
la barrera es derecha.
El actuador siempre se suministra listo para el montaje a izquierdas.
5) Montaje a izquierdas (Fig. A, B, C, D).
- Realizar el equilibrado del mástil tal como indicado en la Fig. AB.
6) Montaje a derechas (Fig. AA).
- Realizar el equilibrado del mástil tal como indicado en la Fig. AB.
7) Montaje de mástiles (Fig. D).
8) EQUILIBRADO DEL MÁSTIL (Fig. AB).
Para Moovi 30:
¡ATENCIÓN!Durantelamaniobradecierre,elmuelledeequilibrado
no debe quedar nunca completamente comprimido. En la g. AB
rif. 3 se indica la posición de la medida mínima que puede alcanzar el
muelle comprimido con el mástil en posición de apertura (vertical).
9) Accesorios MOOVI (límites de longitud del mástil y equilibrado
(Fig. AF).
Para más informaciones relativas a la instalación y utilización de los acce-
sorios, consultar el manual de instrucciones respectivo.
10) MONTAJE DEL INDICADOR PARPADEANTE e (FIG.AC)
Completar el montaje y el cableado como se indica en las instruccione del
indicador parpadeante.
11) MONTAJE DE LA FOTOCÉLULA (FIG. AD).
Completar el montaje como se indica en las instrucciones de la fotocélula
12) REGULACIÓN DEL FINAL DE CARRERA (FIG. E).
13) PREPARACIÓN DE LA INSTALACIÓN ELÉCTRICA
ATENCIÓN:antesdeabrirlaportezuelaelmuelledebeestardescargado
(mástil vertical). Preparar la instalación eléctrica (g. A) tomando como
referencia las normas vigentes. Mantener claramente separadas las cone-
xiones de alimentación de red de las conexiones de servicio (fotocélulas,
bandas sensibles, dispositivos de mando, etc.).
¡ATENCIÓN! Para la conexión a la red eléctrica, utilizar cable multipolar
desecciónmínima 3x1.5mm2y detipoprevisto por lasnormas vigentes
antescitadas(amododeejemplodebeserporlomenosigualaH05RN-F).
14) DESBLOQUEO DE EMERGENCIA (Fig. Y)
ATENCIÓN:enel casoque senecesiteactivareldesbloqueo deun actuador
sin mástil. comprobar que el muelle de equilibrado no esté comprimido
(mástil en posición de apertura).
15) PROBLEMAS DE FUNCIONAMIENTO: CAUSAS y SOLUCIONES.
15.1) El mástil no se abre. El motor no gira.
ATENCIÓN:antesdeabrirlaportezuelaelmuelledebeestardescargado
(mástil vertical).
1) Vericar que las fotocélulas no estén sucias ni cubiertas, ni desalineadas.
2) Vericar la conexión correcta del motor.
3) Vericar que el equipo electrónico esté alimentado normalmente.
Comprobar la integridad de los fusibles. En caso de desperfecto del
fusible, hay que extraerlo (para sustituirlo) tal como indicado en Fig. I, J.
4) Si el cuadro no funciona., sustituirlo.
5) Engrasar los tirantes de guía del muelle en caso de ruidos o vibraciones.
15.2)Elmástilnoseabre.Elmotorgiraperonoseproduceelmovimiento.
1) El desbloqueo manual quedó conectado. Restablecer el funcionamiento
motorizado.
2) Sieldesbloqueoestáenposicióndefuncionamientomotorizado,vericar
la integridad del reductor.
